When you are going through a dark time, the first thought is that you think the solution isn't there. There's no light, there's no sustenance, there's no one there to help me, and the Creator is not here. The sages say that when you are in darkness, it is not the absence of light, but it is the excess of light. There are so many miracles that want to come into your life. There's so much love and abundance and wisdom. Everything that has ever been meant for your soul, it's surrounding you right now. So much wants to come in that this light is blinding, and that is why you are in a period of darkness. Just knowing that, knowing that you are not alone, knowing that you're fulfilled Fulfillment is not absent, it is right there in excess. Knowing that already builds your vessel to remove this darkness and to hold this great light. Here's a mantra for you: I know that the difficulties and pain that I am facing is here to expand me. I let go of trying to stop the pain. I instead desire to feel the pain, and through feeling the pain and loving the pain, I expand my vessel to reveal the light.
