How to Change the Trajectory of Your Life

A spoken YouTube monologue urging listeners to "know thyself" by pulling energy back from external distractions and reintegrating into the body. The speaker argues that outward focus—comparison, social media, codependency—drains power and prevents intuition, purpose, and sustained motivation; reclaiming energy through specific daily practices (meditation, gratitude, pattern interruption, surrender) restores clarity and shifts life trajectory. The talk mixes personal anecdotes, spiritual framing (relationship with God/Source), and practical signs to watch for (persistent tiredness, repeated visions, emotional blockages).

If you want to change the trajectory of your life, it starts with knowing yourself. It starts with pulling your energy back from external circumstances, people and things, and bringing it back into your body. Because most of us in this modern world, we are focusing on everything around us. We're so bombarded by social media, looking at what everyone else is achieving and doing, and they're living our dreams and, and we don't have the energy inside ourselves to create our own dreams anymore because we're giving it all away. It's like little leakages of energy here, there and everywhere. And I think the first step and the step that most people skip when they're trying to change their life and the reason their life doesn't change is pulling that energy back into yourself and reintegrating into your body. Because most of us are not. We're not integrated in our bodies. We don't know what we want. We don't know what our purpose is. We, how can we, when all our energy and focus is on everything outside of us? We don't know who we are because our energy is not inside us. It's out there. And the biggest shifts that I saw in my life and the most clarity I've ever had with my direction, my intuition, my purpose came from reintegrating back into myself. So know thyself. It is always the step. One first step. Bring your energy back to you. Notice where you're sending it. Notice where all your power and energy is going. What, what are you giving your power away to? These are the things that people don't pay attention to. You, you look at other people, you think, oh, I can never have that. Well, if with that attitude, when you're focusing all your energy and attention on other people, you will never have it because that's your currency and you're spending it on other people rather than spending it on yourself. When you're outward focus, you will have like dreams and things come up and they seem too good to be true. And because you don't have that inner power, that inner strength, because you're giving all your energy and your power away. So there's a big, big difference. And this is a big, big shift that everyone needs to make if they really want to change the trajectory of their life, you have to go from outward focus to inward focus. That's how you bring your power back. That's how you create inner empowerment where you feel like anything is possible for you, and that is how you create purpose. So when your outward focus, you have a very weak sense of self. You don't have a strong energy field and you feel like a victim. Like you feel like you're at the whim of life because you are, because you don't have any strength. Your power is not inside you, it's over there. So in your day to day life, when you're going about everything and circumstances are happening and you're looking at people of things going on, you have to notice and be aware of what you're doing with your energy. What are you giving your energy to? When you see something on the news, are you going to go on a downward spiral about it all day and leave yourself depleted and leave no energy for yourself and your dreams and your life? Notice what you're doing with your energy because that is how you start to transition. That's how you start to transition from a life that you're living on everyone else's terms to a life that you're living on your own terms. You, you call your energy and your power back to yourself. There is a distinction between, you know, people who have easy in life and people who struggle in life and people who have it very easy in life. In my experience, they are on a path that's aligned with their intuition. And when you're struggling a lot, when you're in victim mode, when you feel really lost, when you have like a lot of cheap dopamine fixes that are keeping you going, so sometimes you're happy, most of the time you're not. When you're codependent, when you're dependent on relationships and substances and things to bring you joy, normally it's because of what I'm telling you here, where you're putting all your energy outward. You're not integrated into yourself and you're striving for ideals and you're striving for a life that is belonging to other people, that lives up to other people's ideals. Because your energy is constantly outward and you're using outward markers for success. You're using outward markers to bring you fulfillment. So you're striving for all these things that other people say that you want or say. That is an ideal that you should strive towards without asking yourself if this is actually for you. And then when you get to the thing, when you achieve this goal that you set for other people, basically you don't feel fulfilled and that's why you feel so lost. And I did this for years and I didn't. Looking back now, I can see what was happening. But society is really set up for us to act like this and to Live like this and it's really, really sad. So this is why we have to have to learn this. There is a huge difference between striving for an ideal that belongs to somebody else and striving for an ideal that is in line with you and your intuition. And, and most people can't hear their intuition because they're so outward focused all the time. When you reintegrate back into yourself, when you call your energy and power back to yourself, you'll actually feel it. Like you'll feel, it will actually feel strange because of how detached you've become from yourself. So when you reintegrate back in, you'll have a lot of emotions come up. You'll have a lot of things come up that you won't even believe are there because you've been so detached for so long. You know, people ask me, how do I, how do I connect to my intuition? How do I know what my intuition is? You start first by reconnecting with yourself and with your connection with God. Your, your energy and your relationship with the divine is the foundation for everything. It must come before everything and it sets the foundation for your whole life. And if that is off you, you're going to feel insecure, like just not secure. You're going to feel afraid, you're going to feel fear. You're going to not know who you are or what you want. You're going to people, please. You're not going to have boundaries. You're going to just follow what everyone else expects you to do and you're just going to live a life that will never, ever, ever fulfill you. And if you have like this yearning inside you, if you're living life and you're kind of thinking there has to be more to this, if you have random flashes of like visions of dream that you could have, but you talk yourself out of them and say it's not realistic, then that is a sign that there is something greater meant for you. And that is a sign that you really need to reintegrate with yourself to figure out what that is. So when you see people who seem to just have life on easy mode, these are people that are tapped into their intuition. They have a strong sense of self, they have purpose, they know who they are and they know what they want. And when you get in alignment with the things that are meant for you, when you start disregarding intellect and following intuition with faith, that's when you start to have an actually magical existence in this world. And I can't even, I can't even describe I followed intellect for so long. I did a whole degree in law. I was trained to become a solicitor. I was logic, logic, logic first. Following logic made me so, so miserable. I was so depressed. Money was so difficult to earn. Everything just felt so out of whack. I felt so fractured within myself. And I was coping through smoking weed, I was coping through, you know, binge scrolling on social media, I was coping through, I was exercising so much because I just needed something to give me meaning. And at the end of the day, if you can't sit still in your life and be present and enjoy it, then there is something that is not aligned, there's something you're doing wrong. If you can't hear your intuition and follow it in faith, that means you need to spend some time with yourself and detach from what's logical or what you're supposed to do. So this is so important. You want to sit every day and imagine calling your energy and your power back from everything, everyone that you may have given it away to throughout the day. You want to cut the energetic cord between you and circumstances and people that are not serving you. You want to just let them float off. And you want to feel, when you're sitting and you're doing this, you want to feel the energy coming back into your body, in through your hands, in through your feet. And you want to just feel what it feels like to be in your body. Imagine your body filling back up with energy, with light, with your inner power and let yourself sit in that and take a lot of deep breaths. There's a meditation on YouTube that really, really was so good for this. It's Aaron D. I will link it in the description because I think everybody should try it. You want to just. He does it with a candle flame, so you want to feel the separation between you and the flame or just feel the separation between you and everything around you. Feel, feel what it feels like to be in your body separate from everything else. And that's how you start to detach from everything else and reintegrate back into yourself. That's how your energy comes back into your body, especially if you're a very empathetic person. I'm going to make a whole other video about practices you can have as somebody who's highly empathetic to protect your energy. But as a bare minimum, you should just spend time every day calling your energy back. Aside from doing like a practice for it. Start noticing that little voice in your head that tells you to do things that maybe aren't logical but that Feel right and start doing those things because that's how you strengthen your intuition. And then in your day to day life, you just want to notice where are you putting your energy and your attention, where are you overly feeding into things that have nothing to do with you and, and that have no meaning to your life. And cut those out. That is your energy. You only have a certain amount of energy to spend while you're here on this earth. So you better be spending things that are meaningful to you. When you start reintegrating back into yourself, when you stop giving your energy away to all these things, you will start to have a sense of self, you start to have a sense of purpose. Your intuition will be louder and your mind will just be so much more clear from all this junk that you're constantly feeling, feeding it. You'll be able to know what's for you and what's not. You'll be able to set boundaries of people. And you kind of develop like this really strong. When your energy is, is protected like that, you develop a really strong energy field. And basically you're not at the whim of everything around you, which is how you become very powerful. You don't feel like a victim anymore. You feel like you are at the seat of power in your life. You can, you know, work with the divine Creator to create what is meant for you in your life. That's how you start to get on a positive trajectory. That's how you start to get in flow. The most successful people in the world, they don't copy and paste what other people do. They create it from their own intuition. And so this is how you start to do that. The thing is, when you're in this energy, there's no room for comparison, envy, anything like that. You're on your destined path and there is no better feeling than that. And that's how you get on the trajectory that's meant for you. Because I could give you advice on how to have discipline, how to be motivated, but that all naturally comes from having clarity. I saw a video where somebody said discipline actually just comes from clarity. It doesn't come from forcing yourself all the time. It comes from being clear on who you are and on what you want. And, and if you're constantly focusing on other people and you're doing what other people think you should do, you will never have that clarity. You're always going to be confused because nothing is clearer than your intuition. And if you're looking at what other people are doing and you're just copying it, your intuition is not playing any part in that. But if you're tuned into yourself and you're listening to that inner voice, that's when things become extremely clear. That's when you have clarity, discipline, you, you have natural motivation and you have so much energy. Oh my God. People don't talk about this. When you're on your own path and you're, you're following your intuition and your alignment, you don't need to listen to David Goggins At 5 in the morning every day to get you out of bed. You don't need to force yourself to do every little thing and you don't feel tired. This is something people don't talk about when you're tired, guys, that is a sign that you're forcing something that's not meant for you. When you're tired all the time, normal to be tired, obviously when you don't sleep. But when you're tired all the time in your day to day life, when you're working on what you're working on, that's a sign that you're working on the wrong thing. Because you won't feel lethargic when you're doing something that's fulfilling your soul's purpose. You will feel energized and that's how you know what's for you and what's not. And I know it sounds weird me saying that because I forced a million different career paths, a million different things in my life. I just thought I always got tired. I just thought I never had energy. I just thought that that's how it was. I didn't realize how much energy I actually had until I started working on things that were aligned. Because that gives you like divine life force energy. It fills up your soul, it fills up your heart. It just makes you want to jump up and down. When you feel like that, you know you're in alignment. And really we should all be feeling like that. When you really get in flow and get on the path that's meant for you, you feel like that all the time. And it's such an incredible journey to move from, you know, swimming upstream and something that's not meant for you, to being on your path and just feeling full of light, discipline, motivation, naturally. Full of energy naturally. Because you're doing what's feeding you versus what's draining you. It's so crazy when you do this. You. The more I go down the path of my alignment, the less I need quick dopamine fixes, the less I rely on bad habits. I don't feel the need to escape my life anymore. And that's such a big thing I see with people. So many people are just living this template set out for them. It's not meant for them. And they're getting their happiness and their dopamine from these quick fixes and relying on them so that they can just escape their Life. They're working 9 to 5 and they're living for drinking on the weekends. They're living for their holiday where they can just drink every day and escape. And the purpose of living in life like you're supposed to be enjoying every day, you're supposed to be waking up and doing something that means something to you. And, and this just like when I was working an office job, I got so it just hit me in the face how much we just kind of follow the path before us without questioning if it is for us. And I was working an office job, I was working half eight to six every single day. And I could feel my soul dying when I was in the office just doing like boring, mundane admin stuff. I felt my soul dying. I felt like I was, you know, losing meaning, losing purpose. And I was crying every other day. I would come home and just cry hysterically cry because I felt so empty. I felt so numb and so tired and uninspired. So, you know, that's not how life is supposed to be lived at that time. I remember, you know, I was reading Robert Greene Mastery, which is a really good book, and he said something like 80 something percent of your life is spent at work. And it's so sad that most of us, we just choose a work that's okay, that's doable. We don't do something that means something to us. We neglect the part of us that's yearning for something and it kind of festers and eats away at us that we just kind of end up living this half life life when, you know, all of us have the ability to live a full life, a life of alignment, a life of purpose. It's actually our responsibility to dig within us and figure out what that little. What that little yearning is for. And you won't know what it's for when you're constantly focusing on everyone and everything except for yourself. There's, you know, there could be people out there. I know right now you might feel like maybe you have no purpose or, you know, for the longest time I felt like I had no purpose at all. And I was running around asking, what's my purpose? What's my purpose? What's my purpose? It wasn't Till I reintegrated with myself and started just following my intuition, even though it didn't make sense, that my purpose slowly became clear. So it starts with you knowing yourself, following that inner voice, despite it not making sense logically and just trusting every single one of us. If you've ever had like visions of something and you just said it's too good to read true, it's not too good to be true. And when you start to integrate back into your energy, you'll realize that those dreams are put on your heart for a reason. There's a reason if something keeps coming up as well, by the way, like again and again and again. God put that on your heart because it's meant for you. And you, your fear is just blocking you from getting it. And you reintegrating with yourself, you detaching from the external, you putting your energy and your power back inside you is going to give you that faith and that belief that these dreams are not only possible, they're actually hand picked for you. You are meant to live them and you will live them if you just have faith. There's a lot of advice on just being present. So obviously being present is very helpful because it helps you detach from the past. But I think what's more important is deciding, deciding what your past means about your future and making it mean something else. So I think a lot of people get stuck in their trauma and that's when their life just doesn't progress, it doesn't get any better. They can't seem to change the trajectory that they're on because they're so stuck in the story that they're telling themselves about what they've been through. And the thing is, I was thinking about this a lot this morning and you know, I've been through a lot of challenges in my life, especially when I was younger and growing up, and even recently as well. And I truly believe that we are sent certain challenges to make us stronger so that we can have a certain kind of life. So I think there's certain blessings that only people with a certain type of strength can access. And the way that you get the strength is through going through certain struggles, but not only going through the struggle, because you can have one person who goes through that struggle and who decides to dwell, to wallow, to stay in that struggle, to stay in a disempowering story about that struggle. And then you can have another person who goes through the same struggle, but who processes it, who accepts it, who handles it with compassion. And acceptance basically moves through it and it makes them stronger, and then they have that strength to receive that blessing. I think that that's how it works. That's how I feel like it has worked in my life. And I always think back on everything that I've been through, and I wouldn't change a thing, even though some of it was so, so painful, because it's made me so incredibly strong, it's made me so incredibly compassionate, it's made me so incredibly empathetic. And I don't think I'd have the blessings that I have now, I don't think I'd have the insight that I have now on life were it not for the struggles that I went through. So when you dwell, when you wallow, when you just identify with your struggles, you block the blessings that were meant to come from the struggles. So you were set on this path with these challenges, and you were meant to go through this pain, as horrible as it sounds, because you were meant to get stronger for it. But when you dwell, you don't get that strength, and then you don't get the blessing. So moving through your trauma with compassion, with acceptance, is how you gain the strength, which is how you get the blessing. So what you feed your subconscious, the thoughts that you're constantly thinking, is what creates your reality. What you impress upon your subconscious repeatedly is what creates your life. So we're always thinking either of the past, the present, and the future. And when you think of the past, what I just said there about having compassion and acceptance, when you bring that in and you start to rewrite it and remodel it in a more compassionate and accepting way, that will help you move through it so that you can start to believe and have more faith in a more empowering future. So when you think of the past, have compassion. When you're in the present, in any given moment, you can choose what you focus on. All that this is is pattern interrupting. All that this is, is having awareness. So in any given moment, when you're faced with something, you can choose to think about it in terms of lack or abundance. You can choose to judge or seek to understand. You can choose to have fear, or you can choose to have blind faith. You can choose to see something as an opportunity, or you can choose to see it as a burden. You can choose to reject something, or you can choose to accept something. You can choose to resist, or you can choose to surrender. And, you know, I know that sounds overly simplistic, but really, we have the power to do that. And it's a little bit Uncomfortable. To switch in the moment, to switch what you're doing. It's like when you're upset with someone and they try to break the tension by making you laugh. And you don't want to laugh because you're upset and you want to stay upset. But then as soon as you laugh, you snap out of the upset energy. It's just pattern breaking. So you, you want to imagine, say if you're feeling upset or you're feeling whatever, frustration. How you can release that and start to move into more fulfilling emotions, more productive emotions, is acknowledge the feeling, be very aware and just say, what's the opposite of this? How can I look for evidence of that and recognize it's going to feel sticky at first? It's going to feel like, I don't want to feel better. I'm enjoying this feeling of feeling annoyed or mad or angry or whatever. But just trust it. Keep leaning into the more positive one and eventually you'll switch over and you'll feel so much better. It's literally like when someone makes you laugh. When you're angry, it almost makes you more angry at first because you're like, damn you, I'm angry. But then you're laughing and you feel better and it snaps the tension of the negative emotion because you're jumping from one pathway to another in your brain. It's a neural pathway. That's all you're doing. So that tension, you gotta let it, let it go and then it'll snap and then you'll be on your more positive emotion or your more positive trajectory. So how can you become more present? Being present in your life is not even just like a moment to moment thing. For me, it's about when you wake up in the morning. Especially you want to bless the day when you wake up. And I know sometimes it can be hard to get up in the morning. Things can be really difficult in our lives. But just say, thank you, God for this day. Thank you for my house, thank you for my bed, thank you for my sleep. I love my house. I love my car. I love my health, I love my body. Say it. Just keep saying, today is a day for miracles. Today is such a blessed day because I open my eyes and I can see, I can breathe, I can feel, speak, you know, all of these things. I know it sounds very basic, but it gives you back your power in your day. It opens up the door to miracles, which is what you want in your life. Ask and you shall receive you. If you keep just asking for a mediocre life, you're going to get a mediocre life. So why don't you ask for a miracle to happen today? Why don't you open your eyes in the morning and say, this is a miracle that I'm here. This is amazing that I've opened my eyes and I'm getting another day and miracles are going to happen today. Open the door for the good. Shut the door on everything you don't want and open the door for the good to come in every single day. When you open your eyes, give thanks, pray, meditate, and open the door for the miracles. When your mind drifts to the future, a lot of times it can drift worst case scenario to worrying. And you want to just kind of affirm to yourself, well, why would I bother worrying when it's probably just not going to even happen? You have to start interrupting. So again, it's just interrupting your thought patterns and having extreme awareness. When your mind drifts to worst case scenario, you have to interrupt and say, I don't have to worry about that. That's not going to happen for me. Instead, this is what's going to happen. Ask and you shall receive. Put your intention on the thing that you desire most. Put your intention on the good. When you think of the future, you want to think of best case scenario rather than worst case scenario all the freaking time. Because if you keep focusing on worst case scenario, that's what you're gonna get. If you focus on best case scenario, that's what you're going to get. How can you have faith in the best case scenario? So let's say you want to be making 20 grand a month, right? And you've only ever made two grand a month. Well, you know, you're asking how can I even believe in that when I don't know what it feels like? I have never seen that type of money before. How can I have faith in something that I've never seen before? I have no evidence that it's coming. How can I have faith? The way that you cultivate faith in something that you've never experienced before is by tapping into the energy of having a wish fulfilled in general. So instead of focusing on just money, you can zoom out in your life and focus on a time in your life when you asked for something and you eventually got it. You want to just get into the energy of wishes fulfilled and that's how you start to have faith. So I think a lot of us, this goes back to having external focus. We don't realize how much we might be living right now in Things that we asked for for in the past. So we always are forward moving, we're always chasing, chasing, chasing. And sometimes we forget to stop and look around at the blessings that we have that we were wishing for two years ago. And that is the key to going into best case scenario mode. When you think of the future is by looking around now and saying, well, I wished for this, this, this and this five years ago and I got it. So that means what I'm wishing for now I will inevitably get because my wishes are always fulfilled as I can see right before me. So even if you're trying to manifest 20 grand in the next month, and you know your wishes maybe haven't been that much fulfilled in the past, when it comes to money, you can look how other wishes have been fulfilled. So let's say you managed to find your soulmate, your soulmate connection came in, you have your dream relationship that you were wishing for 10 years ago. Well, that's an example of a wish fulfilled. And if you can fulfill a wish in any, any area of your life, you can fulfill a wish in another area of your life. It doesn't matter if it's money, it doesn't matter if it's love. It just matters that it's a desire that has been fulfilled. So focusing your energy on that, focusing your energy on times when things have just come true for you, when things have worked out for you, that's how you kind of realign your energy. So that when you think about the future, you're thinking what the best case scenario is. You're not thinking worst case scenario, catastrophizing all the time. Inevitably, when you set your sights on something in your life, when you set your desire and you put it out there, you will have doubts and fears come up that need to be released. That is the inevitable cycle of transformation. You will set your intention, you'll say, I want to change this. And then whatever needs to be released will come up to be released. And again, it's about not wallowing, it's about not identifying, it's about feeling it with compassion, with acceptance. And then anything that you, you know, if you have something that say you have a fear or a belief, you, you, you have a lack mindset around things. You can say, I surrender this, I surrender this to God, I surrender this to the universe. I give this up and I welcome the change with open arms. And you can let it go, and you should let it go because it's coming up so that you can release it so consciously, whatever you believe In I release it to God and then I let it. I let God dissipate it. I let it just turn into nothingness. That's what I do. It dissipates, it disappears. It was never there. And because it's now left, because the blockage has cleared, I am now the energy that needs to exist for the thing to come in that I desire. But it, all this, all this negative stuff is just coming up to be cleared. And it's so important. I think we get deterred because we think it's a sign that things aren't working. It's a sign that it is working because it's a clearage. And as soon as you surrender and you release and you let go, that's when you'll see the wish fulfilled. That's when you notice the shift in your life. A lot of pain and suffering comes from trying to just overly control everything. And some things are not for us to control. There are some things that we can change. There are some things that we can control. There are a lot of things that we can't control. And all we're doing is wasting our precious energy trying to control them, give them to God. They're not for you to control. And you're only weighing down yourself and your heart by trying to control and change things that you have no business controlling. Everything in this life is temporary. All that matters is your relationship with yourself and your relationship with source. That's your priority. And everything else. Just flow through it. Do not be overly attached to any one thing. Do not be trying to force outcomes all the time. Lead with faith. Let go of your fear and let go of control. Because control is a fear based action. It means you don't trust. And trust is how you get into flow. Trust is how you get on your divine path. Trust is how miracles happen in your life. And when you're controlling, you're not trusting. There'll be people in your life that come in and you'll want to change them. Because maybe at one point they were aligned with us or we thought they might have a big purpose in our life than they did. And we get overly attached to things. And it's so silly because literally everything in life is temporary. But we get overly attached to things and then it ends up. We hold on to them, we cling on to them, we try to change them. We try to change them so they can fit our lives or whatever it is. But really at the end of the day, you have to let things be. Because if you hold on to things and you keep trying to change them. All it's going to do is create more pain for you. You. It's going to. It's going to make you move away from yourself. It's going to make you move away from your relationship with yourself. And what matters most when you are overly investing your energy into controlling things and changing things that are not really meant for you. And also when you hold on to things that aren't meant for your life or aren't meant for you or you try to force them to fit in. It's like trying to put a round peg in a square hole, and there's a perfectly good square peg sitting over here. And he's like, hey, I want to go on the square hole. Like, I'm a square peg. I can. I can do that one for you. It's gonna be so fun and easy, and you're there with your fucking round peg, and you're, like, trying to get it in the square hole, and you're struggling. It's hard because it is a round peg, and it's not meant to come in that hole. And if you were to let go of the round peg, you could let the square peg come in, and then you just like, boop. Oh, my God. That was so easy. That was so aligned. That was so amazing, because it was what was meant to be. I was reading a book this morning, and there was this woman, and she was seeking some advice because she had met this man, and she really wanted him to be her husband. She was like, I really hope he's my husband. You know, I finally have found my husband. And she was holding on to him so tight, and he started exhibiting some behaviors that her ideal man or her soulmate would not. He just wouldn't have those. And she was kind of holding on and trying to explain his behaviors. She was trying to change him. She was trying to make it fit. And over time, she started losing herself a little bit. And when she got advice from this woman, this woman said, okay, this is what's gonna happen. You have to let him be as he is. And if he is not the one, he will go and the right one will come in. But no matter what, it will be clear to you what the right one is. It won't become clear if you keep trying to force what's wrong. And so when she just detached and let this man be as he is, he showed that he was not the right one. But as soon as he left, the right one came in, and it was perfect and it was aligned. And the only reason he was able to come in is because she let go of the one that was not meant for her. So that's the power of so surrendering. You don't force things anymore that are not meant for your life. And that's how you start to shift trajectory into a life that's aligned and fulfilled and meant for you. Okay, that's all for this video, guys. I hope this helped. Please remember your true power. Everything you need is already inside you. All you have to do is listen to your intuition and let go of the rest. I hope this video helped, and I'll see you in the next one.
