How to Create a Frequency so Magnetic Your Desires Chase You

Most of us have subscribed to a belief that manifesting a change in our reality is difficult, that it takes a lot of trying and yearning and effort. But that is an outdated way of trying to manifest a change. And it's actually very ineffective. You can know this if you think about maybe some things that you've wanted and been yearning for for years and years and years. Why don't you have them yet? Is because the way that you've been approaching transformation or manifestation or even just the achievement of a goal has been wrong. It's been so wrong. And there is a way to achieve your desires in this reality that is easy, that is effortless, and that is seamless. And I'm going to be teaching you that way today. And when you truly understand this, like when you get that light bulb moment, which you're probably going to have a couple of those today, when you where you really figure out the order of creation in this reality and it registers internally to you, and then you start reprioritizing the things that need to come first in the order of creation. It's going to be like a total switch. It's going to be like a veil is lifted off your eyes and creation is going to become so much easier. This is exactly what I did last year. This is the one big switch that I made. And all of my dreams came true last year when I started doing this. So what did I do? Changed my energy, I changed my frequency. And then my entire reality changed. All my wildest dreams started running at me and it didn't even feel like I was doing it. It didn't even feel like I was really trying. I was flowing. I was in the flow. And then the flow of life, the creative energy of life was flowing through me into my reality and bringing all my desires to life. This energy is available to everyone. This creative life force consciousness is available to all of us. But you have to be in the right state, that is the right frequency, the magnetic frequency, in order to actually access this energy and harness it so that your desires start chasing you. And before we get into this today, there's a quote that I absolutely love that always comes to mind. It's if you work hard on yourself, you will never have to work hard in reality. If you do the inner work, if you watch this full video and you apply what I'm going to be sharing with you today and you actually truly shift your energy properly, then everything else looks after itself automatically. And you don't have to keep trying and forcing with no success in your physical reality anymore. So this is going to be you. By the end of this video, you are going to have a frequency that is so magnetic that your desires start chasing you. I'm essentially going to show you how you can change your energy so that you actually become visible to the experiences and the resonant frequencies that you desire to experience. First of all, I want to tell you what you've been getting wrong. Now, this is why you've been suffering so much, because you have the order of creation backwards. So you likely, if you've clicked on this video, you want to figure out how to get what you want in this reality, okay? You want to change your circumstances, so you're focusing on getting things in physical reality. 90% of your thoughts are obsessing over outcomes, material gain. You're either thinking about your SP or, sorry I never use that word, your SP or your. You want your ideal relationship, or you want new friends, or you want more money, or you want a different career, or you want to move country, etc. Etc. So you're focusing on the physical change, right? And that's actually exactly what's what you're getting wrong. You're thinking to yourself, when I get the job, then I will be happy. When I get the relationship, then I will feel loved. When I, whatever it is, lose that weight, then I will be good enough. So you're trying to chase physical outcomes to give you an emotional state. And this is the incorrect order of manifestation or creation in this reality. And that is why you're going backwards, and that is why you're suffering. You might not even be trying to actively manifest things in your reality, but most of the time you're thinking about what you don't have, what you wish to be different. This is a guaranteed way for you to never actually get that thing. So manifestation is not about getting something physically. And I want you to start getting this in your brain immediately. It's not about getting a physical change. Manifestation is simply changing your internal state. And then the external is simply a mirror reflection of the change that has happened internally. So what manifestation actually is, it's not getting something physically, it's getting something internally, it's getting something energetically. And then what you perceive as reality as physical reality is changes. Okay? And even if, okay, let's just say in the unlikely event that maybe you do end up getting the physical outcome, right? So you're chasing things. You're chasing things. You use hard work and force and you eventually start to see a change, for example, in your finances you will find that the emotional state that you had connected to the change in your finances is not there for you, okay? Because things can't give you feelings. Only you can generate the feelings that you desire. So most of us are running around chasing material outcomes because we want to feel a certain way. The only reason that we want anything in this reality, in this physical world, is to avoid a particular emotion or state or to gain a particular feeling state that we currently feel we don't have, okay? Whether it's confidence, whether it's love, whether it's respect, whether it's peace. That is the only reason why we want anything in this reality. Even financial security is an emotion. It's the emotion of comfort and safety, right? And freedom. So anything that you desire, you only desire it because you have an emotional state attached to the achievement of that thing. Well, here's the issue and here's the problem and why this is wrong. Things can't give you emotions. And if you have an emotional pattern, if you have a pattern of thinking and feeling the same way all the time, I'm going to just break it to you right now. Even if somehow you get that thing, you. You're gonna feel the same. You might feel a little bit different for a week, maybe two weeks, maybe three weeks max. Four weeks will be pushing it. But then you will revert back to your old emotional baseline because that is your program, that is your comfort level. That's what's within your identity, okay? And that's your nervous system state. So things can't give you feelings, so you're chasing these things that are a lower form of consciousness, which we're gonna get into in a second, that have no actual creative capacity over you, thinking they're gonna give you something when you're can give yourself that thing. And in fact, if you could flip this and if you could let yourself have the emotional state resonant with your idea of the experience of this physical outcome, then you would actually collapse time and you would draw that outcome to you in a way that is magnetic and effortless. Why is that? And this is going to bring us to the next point. The energy that you are is what you experience more of. And I can't tell you. I know I've given this. I heard this, you guys, before. I started manifesting things into my reality, and I was like very slowly bringing about incremental changes in my reality. And it started with me. I had a marketing agency the year before last, and I started finally getting clients and making money in this marketing Agency. And I thought this physical outcome would give me emotional state of peace and joy and excitement and bliss. And at first, maybe for like a day or two after I would get a new client, I would feel like that. But then I would always revert back to my old emotional baseline. Why? Because I didn't change that myself. And circumstances can't give you emotions. You're the one generating your emotions, and they're set in particular patterns. And what I don't want for you is to somehow arrive at these things that you thought were going to make you so happy, only to find out that you're still stuck in the same experience because you haven't changed your energy. So even though you're standing in what seems like paradise, in your reality, you're still in an energy of hell. You're still in a state of consciousness of hell. So it doesn't even matter where you are. You could have all the blessings and the miracles and the opportunities that could be right in front of you. But if you're not in the energy to perceive them and experience them and make the most of them and actually enjoy them, it's fruitless. It's pointless. But in any event, this is also just the wrong order of creation in reality, okay? Trying to focus on changing things in physical reality is not how you actually create change. Let me break it down to you like this. You're probably thinking, okay, if I change my actions and if I work harder, this was me in my marketing agency, okay? So when I'm telling you I've lived this, I have lived this. If I work harder and I just clock in and I do more hours, then I will get more results, okay? That works. Increasing your action to get increased results works up until you hit a ceiling where you can't take any more action. And now you're just doing busy work. And 90% of the actions you're taking are not actually generating more results, okay? And what happens then is you're capped at the amount of actions you can take. So you need to graduate from that and change the type of actions that you're taking. Okay? Stay with me. So all of this is a component of physical reality. So this is physical reality. It's that model of taking different actions to have different results. And so when I say what you're getting wrong is focusing on the physical too much. This includes action because action is a physical component. It's a component of physical reality. You're using your physical body to do it. And so you're getting stuck in your reality because you're just thinking, how can I. How can I take more action? How can I change my action? But you can never take an action that is outside of your state of consciousness. So what compels you to take certain actions versus other actions? What's the difference between the actions that you're taking versus the actions that a physicist is taking or neuroscientists are taking? I don't know why I'm picking scientists a day. There's a. There's a difference in your state of consciousness. Your paradigm is different. And so even the difference between you and an athlete, the difference between you and an herbalist who lives in the mountains, right? Your actions are very, probably very different. Unless that's you, which, if so, hello. But your actions are very different to these kind of people. Why? Because you have a different state of consciousness. They would never think to take the actions that you take. And this is something that I realized last year when I. When I was trying to grow my marketing agency at the beginning of last year and the end of the year before, I was taking action all day long, but they were the wrong actions. Why? Because I was still thinking from my old level of consciousness. I was still in my old frequency, and I was still chasing the results that I wanted. But I was in the wrong energy to actually magnetize them to me. And so I realized, okay, how can I change my action? I need to change my energy first. So this is the correct order of creation. This is the actual order of creation in this reality. Where did creation begin? This is kind of deep. We're not going to go too deep into this today. You didn't create this world. You didn't create this physical body. You didn't create your mind. You didn't create your brain. You also didn't create the consciousness that brought your brain to life and created mind and created thoughts and created life in your body. You didn't create any of that. You didn't create nature, trees, nothing. There's a source of creation. This is God, or source consciousness, whatever you want to call it. So the order of creation begins on the spiritual plane of existence, with source. And essentially the entire created universe is just a sea of consciousness that emanates from this source. It's a sea of consciousness existing in various forms or at different frequencies or rates of vibration. So their meta speak about this. In the law of vibration, nothing rests. Everything move, moves, Everything vibrates. We also see this in things like string theory, when we look at atoms and we break atoms down to their tiniest Components. There's little tiny vibrating firmins inside of all the atoms. That's what makes up our physical reality, or what we know as physical reality. So every single thing in this universe is vibrating perpetually infinitely. And the highest form of consciousness is, is God source or the spiritual plane. Everything is a fractal of this. Everything is contained within this. So God source energy exists in everything. In you, in me, in your toenails, in the table, in the lamp, in everything. The Hermetists break down the different forms of life, manifestation, or the different categories of consciousness into three broad groups. So we have the spiritual being, the highest form. Then we have the mental plane, being a kind of a medium form. And then we have the physical plane, the physical plane being the lowest form of consciousness. So I'm going to illustrate this with like shapes. I don't know why, but this is physical reality. So physical reality is a tiny component of the entire universe and everything that exists in this sea of consciousness. It's less than 1% of what actually exists in the universe. And all it is is the component of the sea of consciousness that is vibrating at particular frequencies that are percept, that is perceptible to our five senses. Okay, so for example, if we take light, this is just my go to example. Visible light is a tiny component of the entire electromagnetic spectrum of light. So visible light, what we actually just can perceive through our eyes, is less than 1%, is 0.0035% of the entire electromagnetic spectrum of light. And it's the same for all of our other senses. And that's just out of what we can measure. Ok, so all physical reality is, is it's a grouping of particles that are vibrating at a particular frequency that we can experience through our five senses. That's all the physical reality is. And so physical reality in the grand scheme of things is tiny. It's so small compared to everything else that exists. And in terms of forms of consciousness, it's the lowest, spiritual is the highest. So where does that leave the mental plane? Well, this is what distinguishes us from the other animals. In the animal kingdom, we have been given higher faculties. We've been gifted with a lot of the creative components of source. It says in the Bible that man is made in God's image. And we were given imaging faculties. We have imagination, we have creativity, we have intellect, reasoning, memory, foresight, all of these incredible mental faculties. So you don't just exist here in the physical body. Okay? You are so much more than your physical body. If you just had a physical Body with no life force. You would not be having an experience. You would not be thinking thoughts. You would not be able to imagine. You would not be able to create and express and love and breathe and think. And so you have life force energy running through your body. And as well as that, you're existing on the mental plane, where you have the ability to connect your creative consciousness, which you've been gifted from source to particular outcomes, ideas and possibilities. And even if you think about for a second anything that has been man made, okay, so man did not create nature, but from nature we have created many things. This whiteboard, this pen, that light, this camera. And before any of these things could exist as a physical outcome, where did they have to exist first? On the mental plane. If you think about even way back in the day when planes were being created, the first few people to suggest the idea of creating an aircraft and transporting people in the sky, you know, other people thought they were crazy. But if those few people had not been brave enough to start imagining this as a possibility, we would not be flying around in the planes that we're in today. It had to exist in someone's mind first before it could become a physical outcome. So the order of creation is as follows. Obviously, the highest form of consciousness and the highest form of creation that created everything is God and Source. The next plane is the mental plane. So being a higher form of consciousness, it cannot be created by the physical plane, which is a lower form of consciousness. Okay, I've given this example before. You saying that you are being created by your circumstances, which even if you don't say that, that's actually probably your reality, because that's most people's reality. And that's why most people are stuck in a frequency that does not attract anything. But you being created by your circumstance is essentially like God looking at a human being and saying, this means that I'm X, I'm not good enough. Or this means that I'm flawed or I'm limited. Okay? So a higher form of consciousness should never be bowing to a lower form of consciousness to create its state and its truth. And so being the higher form of creative consciousness and having creative consciousness within you and having these higher faculties within you, that means that you are the cause and reality is the effect. And even if we break down hermeticism, okay, there's a couple of principles that really tie this together. The first is mentalism. So it says the universe is mental and the all is mind. And essentially, so the all here being God or Source, we can Hardly even conceptualize it with our limited human awareness. It essentially means that we are existing in the great vast imagination and in the mind of the All. We are a mental projection of the All. And then we have the law of correspondence in hermeticism that says as within, so without, as above, so below. Man is created in God's image, imagination. And this whole universe is created in the mind of the All. Then we individually can create our universe in our mind. And that is why we have been gifted these higher faculties and the same a fractal of the same creative consciousness that created this whole universe. And even if we look at quantum mechanics, you guys, there's an experiment called the double slit experiment or the observer effect. And essentially that shows us that electrons exist basically as waves, okay? As potential waves of information in this unified quantum field. And when that wave is observed by an observer, only then does it collapse into particles. What does this mean? Everything exists as a wave of possibility, non physically. There's these waves of energy containing various information. And they're existing in the non physical, beyond our senses. This non physical flow of energy that exists as a possibility. So when I say possibility, it means it's existing non physically. It's possible that it can exist physically. It can be birthed into existence by you and your observation. Why? Because. Because you exist on all three planes. And you having mental faculties, you are actually a vessel for things to be birthed physically into the material world. Why? Because you are a fractal of God. So you exist on the spiritual plane. You have mental faculties. You exist on the mental plane. So you can connect your creative consciousness to this possibility in the spiritual plane, which I'm going to tell you how to do in a moment. And you exist on the physical plane. So when you get your energy in alignment with the thing that you desire, and you connect your creative consciousness to your desired outcome to this possibility in the spiritual quantum field, then automatically your physical body will take the action for that thing to exist physically. And then you can have that physical experience. So you are the portal, you are the vessel, you are the cause. And the physical experience that you desire is simply an effect. So your problem is you are the higher form of consciousness. You are the one creating this experience. But what you're doing is you're looking at your situation and you're saying, for example, how do I always end up with this marker? I see lack, I am lack. I feel lack. I believe in lack. I'm imagining lack. I'm focusing on lack. And then guess what? You see More lack. And so it's not that there's lack just because there's lack. And then that's just the truth of the situation. No, you are creating the experience of lack in your reality because you're using the past circumstances of lack that have been created by your past energy up until this moment to define you and keep you in an energy of lack. And you're chasing these outcomes and you're yearning and you're wishing for things to be different, but you're not changing the cause, which is your frequency and your energy. And so the feedback loop just continues. And you keep seeing lack, you keep feeling more lack, you keep seeing more lack, you keep feeling more lack, and you keep believing in more lack. And that keeps generating a reality of lack of for you. And the only way you're going to break out of this is by you saying, I see lack. I realize that I am the creative consciousness here, and this circumstance cannot define me unless I say it does. And I'm going to instead align my energy with what I desire. So I'm going to break this cycle. I see lack, and I decide instead to change my energy to vibrate differently. And instead I say I am abundant. I feel abundant. I feel. I believe in abundance. And then, guess what? The mirror projection of what you see in reality will shift to reflect that. Not straight away, but eventually it will shift to reflect that. So the only way that you can become irresistible to what you desire is you have to get into harmonious vibration. I sound like Bob Proctor, rest his soul. Harmonious vibration with that which you desire. There's no other way to do it. This is the easiest way to do it. It's effortless. I'm going to walk you through how to actually do it. Now, this is the stuff you need to know and understand, like, on a core level, because it'll change your life forever. And I remember I did this specifically with my bank account, okay, with my finances. That was like my last big block in this physical reality was with money. I had so much, you know, to undo in that. And I had a moment one day I was learning all of this, and I was really starting to realize that I am the creative consciousness. And if I just shift my energy, everything will change from that moment forward. That that's all it takes. And I remember very clearly, I was sitting in my office and I opened my bank account and I looked at the number in there and it was like 800 bucks. And it was not great. This is only earlier this year at the very start of this year, you guys. And I looked at that figure and I had no emotional reaction because I had changed my energy. I said, I am not going to allow my energy to be swayed by this circumstance. I'm deciding to stay in the energy of abundance, to stay in my wealthy identity, to stay strong in this new frequency, in this new vibration. Because I know that's all that matters. And if I can just stay in this energy, my circumstance has to change. And that's exactly what happened. My income has not even 10x, probably 50x since that day. Why? Because I stayed in the new frequency. And that's all that matters. Because your frequency creates your reality. That is it. Okay, so how can you get into a frequency so magnetic that your desires chase you? And I'm not joking, you guys. This is. I've lived this in the past year. I. It feels like a miracle every single day. This is how you do it. I want to give you a little visual for this. So let's just say this is the energy of your desires, okay? So your desired reality is existing as a wave of potential energy right now. And this energy, this is like spiritual life force energy. This is the energy of creation, okay? This energy is flowing all around you right now in abundance. It's infinite. It's the force of God. It's so much bigger than you. It can make miracles happen in your life, but it's not coming to you and through you, because this is you. Your physical body is such a tiny component of who you are. You have this entire energetic body around you. You have an electromagnetic field around you. You are energy, really at your cor, this orb of energy. So you need to start thinking of yourself with that. And if you've been in the energy of negativity, of lack of limitation, of stress, of worry, of fear, of doubt, of insecurity, of chasing and yearning and wishing things to be different, then you are in a negative state. You are in a survival state. You are in an ego state of consciousness. And so you are here and your energy is like this kind of black orb or this black cloud around you. And the energy of your desire, which is maybe abundance and freedom and love and positivity, it can't come to you or through you. It's going to just go around you, right? Because you are not in harmonious vibration with it. And so it has to pass around you. The spiritual energy cannot come to you and through you because you do not resonate with it. So you've got to change your energy. You've got to change Your frequency to that which you associate with your desired outcomes and experiences. What happens then is this energy. It doesn't know the difference between you and it. And so it can pass through you. It's not going to distinguish that you're any different from it because it's the same energy. And so it can pass to you and through you. And it can then start performing miracles for you in your life. And I'm talking miracles, you guys, I don't want to, I don't want to undersell this, right? This is where things that don't make sense can start happening for you. This is where logic is out of the equation. This is where limitation comes out of the equation. If you get your energy right, no past experience, no limitation, no apparent circumstance, nothing can stand in the way of that. Because energy is more powerful than anything in this physical reality. Think of it like this, okay? This is spiritual life force energy. This is the energy that's created everything in existence. So it's more powerful than a situation within the existence that it created because it's so much bigger than that. For example, let's say you have a letter from the bank or there's a. There's an apparent circumstance that seems to be blocking you. Or let's just say I have an example of this. Actually. When I started my YouTube channel, I didn't have a camera, I didn't have lights, I didn't have money to buy any of those things. I was living in a house share. I didn't have that nice of an environment to record in. And I was waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for something to change in physical reality so that I could get into the energy of being a YouTuber and starting my YouTube channel and start feeling all the feelings and emotional states that go with that. And one day I woke up to this and I said, okay, I need to get into that energy now. And the things that align with that energy will come to me, they will be provided for. As soon as I get in that energy, it's all going to align for me. And so I recorded my first YouTube video in the bathroom in this house chair on my iPhone with no mic. It was echoey as shit. You can go back and watch it. But it was good. It was a good video. It was okay. It wasn't bad. I love making it. It was like I was finally doing it and I was in the energy of YouTuber. I was finally being who I wanted to be. I felt amazing, I felt inspired, I felt creative. And because I got into the Vibration of the desired reality. Guess what? The circumstances of the desired reality came to me. So even though it made no sense, suddenly I was given a camera and lights. Suddenly I moved apartment and I had a perfect recording setup to enable me to continue. And a few months later, suddenly I was able to record in the studio. Just fell into my lap. Okay, this is what I mean. You, you lead with your energy first. And you don't have to figure out how. You don't have to figure anything out. Because with man, this is impossible. But with God, all things are possible. God being the impersonal life force, creative energy that's creating everything in this reality and has already created everything in this reality. You don't need to worry about how, you just need to worry about being in the right energy. All my markers are running out. You guys, I'm gonna. Can you even see this? I want you to actually have this visual. So I'm going to just draw this for you again. So this is a frequency or state of consciousness. We can see this esoterically in the Bible. Matthew 6:33, Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you. I've been rereading the Bible again and it's just blowing my mind. I didn't really read it properly the first time. I had a lot of like Catholic guilt in my way. But this time I'm really reading it. Matthew 6:33, Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you. The kingdom of God. If you look at the esoteric meaning of this, and there's another creator who I always plug here, I'm pretty sure he spoke about this in a video I watched a long time ago. Nero Knowledge. You're probably familiar with him if you're watching my content. The kingdom of God represents heaven. In Luke 17:21, it states the kingdom is within you. It's not a location in the sky, it's within you. Heaven is a state of consciousness. And even if we look at this diagram of the different states of consciousness, up here we have like 700 hertz, that's enlightenment, right? Then down here we have fear, guilt, shame. These are the lower frequency states or the lower states of consciousness. And we know from looking at this, this represents your perception. This cone, the lower your frequency, the less you can perceive in physical reality, the less good you can perceive, the less good you can experience. And this is because you are in an ego state of consciousness, which I've been calling it this for a while. And that's actually Restricting the flow of life force or source energy through you. Okay, so this is what's esoterically represented as the Antichrist, the ego driven self. The self that is so enmeshed in the world and invalidation and in pleasures and in material gain that they don't realize that they are a higher form of consciousness. It's the self is operating from these lower states and this lower frequency so that they can't even see that they are the creative being. So this is the consciousness of hell, of Satan, and this is the consciousness of heaven or Christ, meaning anointed one, meaning the descent of consciousness to the physical world. But maintaining a state of consciousness that is beyond the illusions of limitation in this physical reality. So long as you're operating from a frequency of hell, from the ego frequency, from a lower frequency, from a negative frequency, from a frequency that's rooted in emotions of fear, of lack of limitation, that's being triggered by negative thoughts and focusing on negativity in your reality constantly, you will not be able to resonate with the energy of your desires, which I'm assuming is positive things. None of these things can be added onto you until you first seek the state of consciousness of those things. If you even want to think of it like this, you need to reach a state of inner flow so that the outer flow can pass to you and through you and work miracles into your life. And this is what happened to me last year. Like, everything that unfolded last year felt so much bigger than me. And like I said, it wasn't like I was even trying or forcing as hard as I used to. Back when I was in this state, it was just happening. Everything was just running at me. Why? Because I was in that energy. I was in that state of consciousness that was one with the creative force that makes these miracles happen. I was out of the ego and limitation. So to make this really simple for you, and we'll look at this again, it's nothing actually to do with the things outside you. And the reason you've been so focused on things to make you feel a certain way is because you've been in the ego and not in the higher creative frequency. Okay, so down here, these are the different frequencies. Down here you have like survival mode, and up here you have creative mode. That is, this is a kind of repulsive, that's a very strong word, energy. But there you go to your desires. Because you're in your state of ego consciousness, which means you're identified with a self that's been created by the world around you. And so you're a slave to your circumstances and the world around you. And so you're chasing things materially in reality to make you feel a certain way. It's a place of lack and limitation and it's void of any real creative potential. Up here is where you go into peace and joy and acceptance. That is when you are in your most magnetic state. The more calm you are, the more magnetic you are. So the state of mind that represents the kingdom of God in the Bible is a state of inner tranquility. Why that is is because you rise above your old erratic thought patterns. When you become calm, something crazy happens. Your consciousness basically begins to separate from your conscious thinking mind, from your erratic thought patterns that have been wired in over the years. And you begin to separate from this old limited self based in ego that you've seen yourself as for a long time. You start to create space. And in that space where you finally relax and become calm and your brain waves slow down, you begin to separate from the ego self. You begin to separate from needing things and extra and of reality. And as soon as you stop needing things, that when things, that's when things start chasing you. But as well as that, you begin to harness the power of choosing your thoughts. Okay, so as soon as you relax, you separate from your old thought patterns, the negative thoughts that are creating your negative frequency, and you're able to actually step back and your frequency adjusts automatically because you stop, stop attaching yourself to these negative thoughts and it stops generating the negative emotions in your body, which is creating electromagnetic field of negativity which is making you invisible to the good that you desire. So calm stillness, meditation that separates you from the ego. Then you rise up and you realize you have creative faculties. You can choose new thoughts, you can choose new emotions. So you essentially go from operating in a very limited kind of feedback loop and negative thoughts constantly, and this is a question I get asked a lot, is how do I stop my negative thought loop? Stillness, calm relaxation come into your body and slow down naturally. Your awareness will leave your conscious habitual, autopilot thought patterns and it will flow into your subconscious mind. And fun fact, your subconscious mind is connected to infinity, infinite possibilities. That is where you actually align in the spiritual plane, in the unified field with a new possibility. So it is imperative that you exit this survival state of consciousness, this ego low frequency that you've been in for your whole life, and enter a creative state of consciousness. This is the magnetic frequency. This is you first entering the kingdom. And then the things will be Added on to you naturally, automatically, they will flow into your life in ways that your old logical mind will not be able to even believe. Because once an idea gets into your subconscious mind, once you are relaxed enough and in a good enough state to actually allow a new idea to take root in your subconscious mind, it actually comes to life automatically. Automatically, you will take new actions. Automatically, you will have new thoughts. Automatically, you will feel new emotions. But you have to relax first in order for that change to happen internally. So how to enter the magnetic frequency, you have to exit the ego. The frequency of limitation, the survival frequency. How do you do that? You need to sit down, relax, and become still. Be still and know that I am God, that you've got consciousness, creative consciousness within you. So step number one is to meditate. This is going to cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm and detachment that is so magnetic, because you're going to realize you have the power to choose your thoughts. You have the creative power to decide what your truth is, what your emotional experience is. And automatically, as soon as you begin to separate from your erratic thought patterns and from your ego, your frequency naturally raises, your vibration naturally expands. And straight away, you're going to stop experiencing such a limited version of reality. Because you've stopped experiencing such a limited version of yourself and your own energy. So this is your ticket to freedom. If you want to ask me how to meditate, I'm just going to tell you to sit down and close your eyes and be quiet for 30 minutes a day, every morning. That's all you need to do. You don't need to do a visualization. You don't need to do anything fancy. In fact, if it feels like a lot of effort, you're not doing it right. All you need to do is sit down, close your eyes, be quiet, and be still. What will happen is you'll have, like, a monkey mind for probably 25 minutes. But maybe the last five minutes, you enter just total awareness. That's the point that you want to get to. Because from there you detach from the ego. And from there, you start rising up in your frequency and in your energy. This is very connected to that. But regulate your nervous system. I'm always going to say this. If you're in fight or flight mode, if your brain is constantly scanning for threats in your reality, you are essentially always going to be in a very negative, constrictive, limited state. And you will not be able to magnetize the blessings that you desire into your life. So you have to regulate your nervous system and so, so slow down. Get out of environments that are triggering you and disregulating you as much as you can. Get out of environments that make you feel unsafe. And from there you can do regulating practices like breath work, somatic practices. There's so many on YouTube to signal to your nervous system that you are safe so that you can come out of fight or flight mode. How can you be in a reality of bliss and of blessings if your nervous system thinks you're in danger and running from a bear? It's just not going to happen. So oftentimes you need to slow down so you can speed up and you'll be shocked the amount of little quantum shifts you can make. I know it's really counterintuitive, but if you actually just slow down and allow yourself to regulate and come into your body, you'll start perceiving things so much differently because your frequency will have changed and automatically the actions you take will be different. And then automatically the results that you have will be different. But it starts with you being calm first. This also comes back to the point of we're all kind of running around fighting for our lives, forcing things to happen, and most of the actions we take aren't actually getting us anywhere. But when you slow down and you regulate and you finally come into your body, you get more clarity, you get stronger intuition because you're connected to your body again. That feminine energy turns on. And now the actions that you feel intuitively or that you know to take are actually the right actions. So you can get so much further with just one or two actions that are the right actions. Rather than burning yourself out constantly doing all of this busy work that's actually not really getting you anywhere. So you're coming out of your head and into your body. Two more big ones. And honestly, I could give you 20 things to enter the magnetic frequency, but these are the most important. And by the way, I said enter here. These are ongoing practices to stay in this state. Okay? This is not a one and done thing. So personally, I meditate every single day. I have to regulate and pay attention to my nervous system constantly. Because as soon as I come out of this energy, I realize that the flow of blessings and all of this good stuff into my life has probably been cut off because I'm now in a negative state again. So always, always, you have to prioritize this. You have to do this. It's a daily thing. But knowing that you're looking after this, you're basically allowing yourself to have miracles and have your Desires run at you, so it is so worth it to prioritize this stuff. The third one is to release emotional blocks. Again, this is not one and done. This is ongoing. And I hate to say this, but I also have to say it. I see a lot of people, especially in the comments and in my community, they want to do like a one and done shadow work exercise. Actually, I always say this. The spiritual path is a path of purification. And as your frequency starts raising and you start setting big visions and big goals, it's going to require you to shed a lot of your past trauma and your past pain because it does not energetically resonate with where you're going with what you want to experience in this reality. And so you'll find naturally, as you're doing this inner work, even as you start meditating and as you start regulating your nervous system, there's blocks within you that have gone unconscious. There are shadow parts of yourself that were created in moments of trauma that come to the surface as your awareness starts to shift. And they come to the surface to be dealt with and released and cleared. And so shadow work is a huge, huge, huge part of you getting into this magnetic frequency. And I know this is not a sexy thing, it's probably not what you want to hear, but it's one of the most powerful things you will ever do because you're liberating yourself from blocked emotions, from the pain of the past. And when you take that stuff out of your energy, it naturally frees up your creative energy and it naturally transforms your frequency because this darkness has been removed. So shadow work, moment to moment, like when you notice you're triggered, when you notice you have something coming up that's really bothering you, ask yourself why. Ask yourself, what's wrong? I talk to myself like I'm a child half the time. And that is shadow work. Like, even on the way here this morning, I got into a bit of a bad mood. I turned off the radio in the car and I said, katie, what's going on with you? Why are you grumpy? I spoke to myself out loud. So things like journaling, speaking to yourself in your phone on a voice note, you can do this also, like one on one with somebody. I also have a shadow work meditation in my community, which is amazing for this. But anytime you notice that you're triggered or that you know a part of you that feels really fearful or ashamed or limited is coming up, you have to work with that part of you. Don't repress it and don't run from it, because that will keep it inside of you and it will keep you in a limited energy state. Okay? And the last point, to enter this magnetic frequency and to maintain this magnetic frequency. So again, shadow work you want to be doing consistently in order to maintain this frequency, the last thing is to respond instead of reacting to reality. What do I mean by this? So Kabbalah speaks about this. This is such a hack. I've probably made a whole video on this. If I have, I'll leave it down below. But. But you being the higher form of consciousness and actually the creator of your experience, every time that a circumstance happens and you allow yourself to react automatically, impulsively, you're basically allowing the circumstance to define you rather than the other way around. And that's why you stay limited and trapped in the same old circumstances in your reality, because you're allowing your circumstances to basically keep you in a lower state of consciousness, and so you can't resonate with a different experience in reality. Okay, and so what you have to do, basically the example that I gave you earlier of me seeing my bank account, you have to see the circumstance in front of you and decide how you're going to respond, rather than reacting on autopilot and getting triggered back into a lower state. And I'm going to give you a hack for this. Okay? So you decide how you want to show up. You decide the energy that you're going to be in. You realize that your state, your emotions, your identity, your thoughts. Thoughts are the most important thing, and that if you can just maintain them, it's going to change your circumstances automatically, so your circumstances are irrelevant. And then any circumstance that happens after that point, declare to yourself that even if it seems inherently negative, every single thing that's happening is happening for my greater good. Even if it looks like the worst situation ever, it's happening for my greater good. Nothing can touch you when that's how you respond to circumstances in your life. So everything is happening for my good. And typically this is true. Especially if you declare it as true, then it is true. There are no truths in the universe except for half truth. So if you declare this as your truth, it will be your truth, and that's what will unfold for you. Kind of trippy, but this is how it works. But even the bad stuff will wind up just being a test. And when bad stuff happens, how you deal with it is radical acceptance. Okay? No matter what happens, don't get caught up in it. Don't start vibrating at the same frequency of the negative thing that's happening and trying to get your emotions involved with it and figure it out and force it and fix it. No, accept what has happened. That's going to allow you to free yourself from the situation energetically. And then it's going to allow you to realize why it happened. Because if you're fighting something, you're not letting it be as it is. And oftentimes we're sent kind of inherently negative or objectively negative circumstances. And they're actually tests, they're actually things that do help us in the long run, but we never find out what the test actually was. We never learn from the test. We never grow from the test because we're too busy fighting with the test so radically. Accept everything that happens and you will see why it was there in the first place. And you will see that it actually was happening for your good all along. These four steps. So the first one is meditating in stillness, detaching from your thoughts, coming into that awareness every single day, that void state, which, by the way, is your feminine energy, which is the receiving magnetic component of you. The second point is to regulate your nervous system so that you can come back into your body, be grounded in your body and reconnect to your intuition and your clarity, so that you can stop fighting and forcing and being stressed all day long. The third point is to release emotional block. So do shadow work regularly, journal, understand your triggers and work actively to release them. And then the fourth, fourth point is to respond instead of reacting to reality. So that is what's going to help you maintain this magnetic frequency, this high state of consciousness. And you want to affirm to yourself, even when inherently negative things are happening, everything is happening for my good and radically accept everything in your reality. That's how you stay in a very high state. And that is like. That is the most spiritual thing you could ever do. When things are not perfect in your reality, but you don't let that sway you, you accept it anyway. You stay in your state of calm and peace anyway. That is going to make you so magnetic, your reality will change so fast your head will spin. And a lot of people don't experience this because it's not the easiest thing in the world to do. But if you can come back to this state, no matter what, everything that is destined for you, everything that you desire will start chasing you. Because nothing is more magnetic than somebody who is in that state of inner peace, of inner calm. Remember me saying, the calmer you are, the more magnetic you are, the more you can access that creative life. Force, energy that is actually meant for you, that is going to help all that you desire come to life for you. You have everything you need to do this. No matter what's happened to you in the past few months, in the past few years, your whole life, it's irrelevant. All that matters is the energy that you embody from today going forward. And when you get that right, anything is possible for you in this reality.
