A short motivational monologue by Elay Amitay Halevi arguing that all personal hardships are ultimately "good" because they come from the Creator; the speaker claims that believing an experience is "bad" delays its positive outcome and that consciously declaring "it is good" (repeating the affirmation) can hasten fulfillment and transform destiny. The chunk contains both the explanatory claim and a direct practice: repeat the affirmation until you feel a shift.

Every single thing you are going through is good. It may not feel that way. It may feel painful. It may feel humiliating. It may feel like you will never get that kind of love again. It may feel that you are getting older and not as attractive. It may feel that you worked so hard on something and then someone else took it away from you. All these feelings are valid. But you can decide right now that it was good. If you establish energetically with mind, body and soul, with all your heart and all your emotion, that something is good, it becomes good and you experience that miracle in this physical world. The truth is, every experience we have is from the Creator, and it is always positive. But the reason why the fulfillment is delayed, the reason why that breakup is so painful and can take years, and there's a cycle of back and forth before you actually meet your soulmate, before you actually receive that abundance, is because we do not believe it's good. It is because of our consciousness that we think something is bad or should not have happened. That delays the miracle. If you do not want a delay any longer in your life, say right now, with me, it is good. Over and over again. Say it for an hour if you have to. You will wake up tomorrow with a brand new destiny.
