All disease starts with actually not loving ourselves and loving our body. It is true that our organs are always listening to us. Our cells respond through our thoughts. Our thoughts create vibrations of energy. Your healing begins with the way you speak to your body, the way you honor your body, the way you see your body in the mirror. Gratitude is what immortalizes our cells, is what brings life to ourselves. So before you eat and before you get dressed, before you even look at yourself in the mirror, thank your body. Let it know that it is perfect just the way it is. Your lungs, your liver, your heart, your organs, your body parts, your facial features, they've been showing up for you since the day you were born. Real nourishment begins on the level of consciousness when we see ourselves as perfect. Here's a mantra that you can use. I honor my body and I have gratitude for all. It is how I see myself and love myself becomes my healing.
