A guided meditation on chronic overthinking as a sign of deeper uncertainty. Using Kabbalistic teachings, the speaker describes an internal opponent voice that replays past conversations and worst-case scenarios. A simple practice: feel your fingers rubbing together to anchor in the present moment and surrender the need to control what happens next.

What does it mean when you cannot stop overthinking? You keep running every scenario in your head, replaying old conversations, imagining everything that could possibly go wrong. It means that there is a part of you that is trying to still control everything. And underneath that need for control, the sages say, is actually a lack of certainty. In Kabbalah, certainty begins exactly where knowledge and understanding, where your five senses end. It is the trust that whatever happens next is coming from the Creator and is good, even when you don't know why or how it can be good. The sages teach that there is a voice inside all of us that is called the opponent. It keeps you replaying old conversations, rehearsing arguments, and living everywhere except this present moment. What does the present moment feel like? Just rub your fingers together, feel the sensation of the present moment. That voice, the voice of the opponent, is the overthinking, and it only has power when we keep answering. Take a moment and ground yourself and know and trust that you do you do not have to control this world. You do not have to control your children, your business, your love life. Let the Creator bring everything to you. You just become present, have certainty beyond your logical mind, and connect to the energy of wholeness. Feel whole right now because lack attracts lack and wholeness attracts wholeness. Here's a mantra for you: I let go of everything because I cannot control this physical world. I ask instead for the Creator to instill within me the energy of wholeness and certainty.
