Part of You Can't Come to the Next Level

A first-person motivational YouTube talk (by Elay Amitay Halevi) about personal transformation: setting goals reveals the parts of yourself that must be released to become the person who can have those goals. The speaker uses personal anecdotes (gym, skydive, powerlifting, relationships) to illustrate exposure to fear, small wins, and recommitment as tools for shedding limiting beliefs and raising one’s minimum standards. The talk emphasizes repeated practice, conscious will over subconscious patterns, patience through setbacks, and embracing change as ongoing work.

Setting a goal is really just the beginning. A goal is just a marker of progress. And to me, progress or transformation has always just been shedding a part of myself that has limited me in a certain area. So as I have evolved over the last 10 years of my life, I can look back and see that really all it was was me letting go of different parts of myself that were limiting me from being the person I had to be to have the things that I want. Because if you now could have the things that you want, they wouldn't be desires. You would have them. You would just have them. So it needs to be a different version of you. It needs to be a version of you that's more confident or more decisive or more courageous, less shy, more trusting, whatever. Could be a number of things that need to be released. And the trick is, all of these things are just wired into us, and we think that it's just who we are. So really, the process of transforming is just about becoming somebody who becomes very comfortable with letting go of different parts of yourself that that's all it is. The person who is living your dream life, the highest expression of you, they don't have all these limiting aspects, limiting beliefs that you're currently carrying. So when you set the goal, the goal is important. You need the goal to guide you, but the goal is there to reveal to you what you need to release so you can become the version of you who has the goal. The more you evolve, it'll just be different stuff coming up that needs to be released that's on different levels. So I have stuff coming up almost every other day, and I'm like, oh, this is something else that I'm gonna have to get into. Like, for a few days there, I was cruising. And now some things after happening today, which is inherently a good thing, but it made me stop. Like, I had an emotional reaction to it where I felt like, oh, God. Like, oh, like, this person is watching my videos, is basically somebody. A creator I really, really admire on here messaged me and told me they were watching my videos. So I. That, like, triggers, like, a whole thing where I was like, oh, God, okay, well, I. I better be, like, good enough. I better be this. And I was like, okay, why am I going down this wormhole? This is another aspect of me that I need to release and let go. But I get excited now when this comes up because this means this test, this trigger. As soon as I face it, there's gonna be another evolution. So I don't want to sound, like, overly positive. Or like, you know, rainbows and sunshine, because triggers are tough. But the thing to be excited about when you do get triggered and you do get challenged is it's here so that you can release that part of yourself that's limiting you. And when you do that, you're. You can guarantee that you are going to evolve at the end of that. So I do kind of get excited now when something flares up like that, I'm like, oh, why is that here? I'm like, oh, I need to release it. And I'm like, like, okay, when I release it, I'm going to end up up here. So that's okay. That's exciting. When you face into this, your excitement to change and your excitement to level up is really what you need to lean into, because you will also feel fear. You're going to feel fear about letting go of parts of yourself that feel so familiar to you. And so you do have a choice. You can go into the fear or you can go into the excitement. Choose the excitement. Because you don't really have anything to be scared of. And the more you do this and the more you just shed these parts of yourself that feel so familiar, that are holding you back, the more you realize that there is no reason to be scared in the first place. It's hard to understand what I'm speaking about in the beginning because you don't know that these are parts of you. You just think they're you, or you don't even notice that there's anything that could be limiting you. But if you look at your results in your life, say you're capped at a certain level of income, you're never able to break above that. That's because there's a part of you that is somehow thinking it's keeping you safe by keeping you at this level. So whatever that is, if it's how you act in your relationships, how you act with your finances, how you act in your career, if you feel like you just can't reach your goals, it's because of this. It's because there's a part of you that thinks it's keeping you safe by stopping you from going for it. So if I look back on my life to who I was, how old am I? Ten years ago, I had a completely different paradigm to who I am now. And that's. That's why my results are different. And I was just thinking recently about how much of myself I've actually shed and let go. And the bigger the goal that you set, the more of your old Self you will need to let go of because you like when you set a goal. And this is the thing I need you to realize. When you set a goal, you will be put on a path to become the person who can handle the responsibility that comes with that goal. If it's a goal to have more income, if it's a goal to have your dream career, whatever it is, you need to evolve into a version of you that. That can deal with that opportunity and actually make the most out of it. And this is why when we set goals, we're set challenges and we're set circumstances and we can't understand why all of this is happening. Like, why can't I just have my dream job? Why can't I just have the nice car? It's because you're being evolved into the version of you that can have it. And every single time, the reason I'm making this video today is because I finally come off the end of another transformation cycle. And I've looked back again and I've been doing this for probably 10 years, maybe more. Looked back again and thought to myself, that was why it happened like that. That was why I was put through this, this, and this. Like every little thing I dealt with was preparing me for the blessings that I have right now and for the person that I suddenly am right now. And the things that I'm able to take on experience now was because of those tests that came in order to change the limiting parts of myself, in order for me to let go of the limiting parts of myself so that I could actually be the person who has what I desire. So this is usually the phases that it will happen in your unconscious, right? So before you set the goal, maybe you. Maybe you don't even want to set the goal. Because when you set the goal, you know on some level that you're going to have to change this thing. Thing that you have going on internally. You know that you will. So you don't want to set the goal because you know it's going to take work for you to change that. But eventually you come to terms with it and you want to change and you want stuff to happen in your life. So you set the goal. Still the thing, whatever part of you that's limiting, you may still be unconscious because it's built into yourself and your identity. So you can't see it. But then something might happen. So this is like a trigger event or something comes up that causes you to kind of look. It's where, like, something happens where you're like I can't do that. Or you see someone do something and you know you should be doing that for you to get to your goal, but you feel like you just can't. Like, I can never do that. Like, no, no. And then you realize, I'm gonna have to get over that if I want to get to my goal. And that's when it becomes a conscious thing that you're aware of. So there's different phases to it. At first it's unconscious, then you become aware of it. Then you might go into a period of denial where you're like, I don't need to be like that. I can be myself and still achieve my goal. But. But then you realize, okay, I do need to change that. And then that's really just a process of letting that go. This could be something like, if you have a part of you that became quite shy, the, the key to all of this is that part of you is serving you in some way. And this is what you need to realize. Like, even if you know you're behaving in a way that is not ideal, it's not conducive to your goals, and you're just getting so frustrated. You have to know that that part of you is serving you in some way. Otherwise you would not act like that at all. Like it's trying to keep you safe from something. So let's say you are very. You see yourself as quite introverted. And the thought of making a cold call or calling businesses, you. You could never do that. You don't think you could ever do that. Well, if you have a dream to start a business and the thing that limits you is that you don't have the courage to call people and tell them about your business, you're not going to do very well in business. And you may be doing every other thing. I'm speaking from experience here because I've dealt with this. You may be doing every other thing other than cold calling, because you know that you will have to face this fear and face this part of yourself until you get to the point where you realize, okay, I'm going to have to change this if I want to do well and if I want to get my goal. So then you have to get into how is this part of me serving me so you could. Like, for me, I was kind of resentful of the fact that I was introverted or shy or not just a very, like, salesy person. I was like, oh, that's annoying. I wish I was more like this person or that person who's just a natural. And you can just pick, pick up the phone and sell and they don't care. But I had to realize that that part of me that was introverted or shy, they were just trying to keep me safe from criticism, from rejection. And that's fine, and that's normal. And the thing is, once you realize what it is that part of you is trying to keep you safe from, you can directly soothe that part of you. You can cut through all the other bullshit and, and you can sit down with that part and be like, okay, I understand you think we're going to get rejected. We're putting our. We're putting ourselves out there. It's scary, I get it. But nothing's going to happen if we get rejected. If someone hangs up the phone, we never have to speak to them again. And so it's okay. So you can come up with a way to sue that part of yourself and be like, well, actually, this, this, this, this. And this isn't going to happen. Because you probably don't even realize the fears that you have subconsciously in your head. And most of the fears that you have subconsciously in your head, in fact, probably all of them are not. They're made up, they're not true. But really, how people go from being one kind of way when they were growing up to being totally opposite. Like, say, let's say they grew up in a poor household, no opportunities, no nothing. They were very shy, they weren't that smart in school or whatever, to being a super successful CEO athlete that never played sports in their life. How people go from completely just transforming and evolving themselves into is by just literally noticing when something comes up, when a part of them flares up that limits them. That stops them in their progress towards their goals. Noticing that and deciding to act in a way that that part of them would never act. So if we use the shy example, the way you get over that is by literally proving to that part of yourself that there's nothing really to fear. And you do the thing that you fear the most. You pick up the phone, you call a stranger. Like, you have to kind of mentally reprogram yourself using the things on the physical plane to demonstrate to your mind, like, look, here is evidence. I have concrete physical evidence for you, which you can create and be like, there's nothing to be scared. Like, nothing happened. Nothing actually happened. That's really the fastest, quickest best way to just get into your brain that this part of you is not needed anymore. This part of you that hides you away Keeps you shy, keeps you introverted. It's not keeping you safe from anything because there's no danger in the first place. But you can apply that to everything and anything. Like, the first time probably I ever did this is. I was a teenager, and I had, like, a really strong victim mindset because of things that I went through. It just was the way I was, and I had it all throughout my teenage years. Felt like such a victim. And my kind of two choices were to engage in destructive behaviors or to just switch it up entirely and start doing something that was productive. So I had been kind of destructive to myself. That's what. That's what I was doing to cope, because I was a victim and I was powerless, and that was my story. And then I sort of hit a rock bottom when I was 17, and I was like, I do not want to be a victim anymore. I just don't. I don't like feeling powerless. I don't like feeling like I have no control over the results of my life. What the hell can I do to prove to myself that this is not true to me anymore? So I joined a gym, and that was, like, my obsession, and that was my kind of path. And this is why I freaking love the gym. That was my path to show myself. Like, someone with a victim mindset would not go to the gym, would not challenge themselves, would not push themselves, would not be getting physically stronger. So it was a way for me to show myself. Like, I can be strong, I can be powerful, and I can be productive in some way. I can be in control in something in my life. So when you start small with things like that, it's really not that small, because when you do this first goal, this first time that you prove to yourself that you can change a part of yourself that really you thought was just you and the way you were, that that sets off, like, a domino effect to every other thing that you'll do after that. So really, for me, the gym was just the start of everything. Like, when I realized that I could change the fact that I felt like a victim in my life, when I realized I could take that power back just from, like, making the decision to go to the gym randomly. Then I started noticing other areas of my life. Like, I thought I was shy, so I decided to study law, and I decided to sign up for Moot Court. And, like, I will always notice the moment when I see something, and I think to myself, I can't. Like, I could never do that. That's just not who I am. Immediately there's a voice in there that's like, you have to do it. Like you, you have to now, because that's how you shed that part of yourself. That part of you no longer feels like it needs to protect you from something because you physically show it. Like there's nothing to be scared of. I can do it. And it's gone. It's literally gone. This is why when I was in full freaking Spain or no, when I was in Portugal, I did a skydive and I never in my life had on my bingo card that I wanted to do a skydive. Never, ever, ever, never crossed my mind. And it never crossed my mind because I was so terrified of it that I didn't even consider it. It wouldn't even be a goal for me. That's how you know you're really scared to do something. That's how you. That's how you know where your real limiting beliefs are and your real limiting aspects of yourself are when you can't even set a goal to face into something because you know it will conflict with so many parts of yourself. Those are the real things that you should be chasing after. But anyway, it was suggested to me to go and do this. And my immediate thing was like, that's not something I ever want to do. My. My silly little brain was like, as it always does now because now it's routine was like, you're just saying that because you're scared. Like, oh, no. And as soon as I realized that the only thing stopping me was my fear, I had to do it. Well, I can tell you, since doing that skydive, my fear levels are pretty much gone when it comes to other things. Like, I was scared to dive in the pool for ages. I literally got back from that trip where I did the skydive. I was like, I'm diving in the pool today. I could jump out of a plane. I can dive in the pool. So this is why when people have a lot of like, just anxiety and fear over like random little stuff, and I've gone through phases of the world where I have had this, I realize it's because I've started coddling myself again. I talked about this in another video. I started coddling myself again. And I've started shying away from everything that daunts me. You cannot keep doing that because you're going to make yourself scared of everything. You can't realize how strong you are if you keep over protecting yourself from actually doing anything to be able to show yourself that you're capable of Handling your shit, you need to actually throw yourself into shit. And this is why you feel like you're no good at anything. You don't allow yourself to show yourself that you can do things and that you didn't have anything to actually be scared of. If you literally just go and do all the things that you're putting off, all the things that you're most scared to do, your fear and anxiety would pretty much almost disappear. Like, especially day to day, little things won't stress you out anymore. I saw a clip, I think it was a Joe Rogan clip and he was like, if you do a genuinely grueling like training session in the morning, your anxiety and stress and everything throughout the rest of the day is just so much less because you know you've done something really difficult already. And so your tolerance to do difficult things and to face into challenging things is already up here. You're like, yeah, I can do it. Whereas if you just sit around all day and you know you don't do anything to ever, ever challenge your or show yourself that you're capable of doing things, when you're faced with challenges, which you will be faced with because that is life, you cannot hide from them. You will not be a well trained human to be able to actually deal with shit when it comes up. And this is kind of like if, if you meet people who had to grow up very fast, you had to become responsible very early in life, it's because they were challenged. Unfortunately, they were dealt an unfortunate hand where they had to deal with a lot of shit early on. But it makes them like, it's obviously not a good hand to be dealt. But the flip side to that and the positive side to that is they are really highly capable people when they get older. So it's like that in your day to day life. Like if you are always faced with a decision, should I do something harder, should I not? And you're always picking the easy option. You will not evolve as a human being. And that's just how it goes. And even though you think like something so small as going for a walk or going to the gym or your food choices or whatever, they don't feed into your success in your career or your relationship, what you choose in your relationship. That won't feed into whatever it else your goal is, they all feed into each other because it's all feeding into a subconscious paradigm about yourself and what you're capable of, about how mentally strong you are to evolve as a human being, to let go of parts of yourself that limit you, it all feeds in together. You might have a goal where you have like this really big goal, this really big dream that you're. You might not even be ready to like actually say out loud that that's your goal, but that is deep down, you know that's your dream. Well, for you to start shedding the parts of yourself that are stopping you from. From even being able to say that this is a goal of yours. For you to start actually letting go of all the limiting parts of yourself, you need to start setting smaller goals that enable you to do that. Because when you set the goal, you subconsciously raise the standard for yourself in your mind. This is why the goal is really important. So when you set even a small goal, going to the gym three times a week, you've raised the standards for yourself. You will have to challenge whatever parts of you don't meet those standards and you'll have to let them go. That's how you start like knocking and breaking down all these other parts of you. So with that, you'll gain more self confidence. Okay, let's see. The next thing you decide to do better in your exams, right? You set the goal. Instead of getting just about passing your exams, you want to get a second or first. So when you set that goal, you're gonna have to release the parts of you that think that you're not smart. You're gonna have to release the parts of you that tell you that you're not capable of sitting down and focusing and studying each little thing and each little goal slowly but surely will chip away all these bits of you that can't come with you, to become the version of you that has this ultimate big goal. And you won't see as you're going through it how it's going to tie all together. You're just gonna get intuition to tell you for some reason you want to set this goal. And you're gonna have to just follow that. And you're gonna have to just shed the part of you that is limiting you from reaching that goal. And then you're gonna set another one and another one and a bigger one and a bigger one. And next thing you know, you're ready to actually face into this big goal that you have. You're ready to actually break down these last few walls that are stopping you from being like this full embodiment of yourself and living your full dream, your biggest dream. And when you're getting closer and closer and closer and you're built, you're breaking down more and more Walls, you're evolving more and more. The standards that you're setting subconsciously for yourself are just gonna keep going up. And this is what I want to warn you about, because you may have evolved, like, kind of slowly. Like, maybe you faced one thing and you rolled with that for a year, and then you got the itch to evolve again and you had another year, and then you set back a little bit because things happened, and then you just got back to baseline. But when you really get rolling towards what you want and you really start shedding all these parts of yourself, you will be kind of getting whiplash, because the closer you get, it's like you're. It's like your goal is, like, pulling you towards it. And it's like the more you're releasing, the higher you're vibrating. So then you're just getting towards it faster and faster. But each time you release something, it's like there's something else that needs to be released. Each time you go to the next level, you do something and it's like, okay, well, something else needs to be released. And it's like this constant process of the standards phrasing and you realizing something else needs to change and then changing it, and then just like integrating that, enjoying that. And then something else comes up, the standards raise. You need to change it. You need to integrate. You get it. It's constant, and it gets faster and faster. The bigger your goals are. All of this to say the whole point is to get comfortable in what is unfamiliar to you, to get comfortable with letting go of your familiar patterns. Because even a pattern or a paradigm that I had two months ago, a month ago, wouldn't serve me now. There's a lot that I had to release from a month ago. My paradigm now compared to six months ago, is unrecognizable. Whereas my paradigm from a year ago versus maybe a year before that is only a little bit different. You see what I'm saying? It ramps up, and it ramps up the more that you evolve. So the key is to become very, very comfortable with change, changing yourself and changing what you think to be true about yourself. Here's the thing. In life, you're always going to default to your minimum acceptable standards for yourself and your results. Okay? So whatever results you have right now, they're probably in and around like a minimum of what you would expect for yourself. You're not really ever, like, operating at your highest standard standard for yourself. It's usually always the minimum acceptable standard. So as soon as what you perceive to be Your dream outcome, as soon as that doesn't. As soon as that's no longer a dream and actually becomes your minimum standard that you would accept for your life and yourself, that's when it comes to be true for you. That's when it comes into your reality and you start experiencing it. So whatever you can do and whoever you need to become for your dreams to actually be what is like the bare minimum for you, that's actually how it happens. Because the thing is you. When you. As soon as you're in the energy that, like, I have it already and I'm on to the next thing, that's when you have it. Anytime that you've ever achieved anything, you probably. By the time you achieve it, you're already looking ahead to the next thing. I know that's true for me. So it's almost like you've done the work, you've done the shift, you know you deserve it. And actually, at this point, you're already moving on. So whatever you can do, raise your standards, like, raise your standards in your mind to make it closer to your dream so that it's your minimum that you would accept. And then you'll realize what will come up that needs to actually shift internally for you to be able to be a match to that. When you set the goal and you set your standards, basically what's going to happen is you will be set on a path to become the person who can handle that responsibility and that goal. And over and over and over again, I've gone through this process of, like, I'll set the goal, and I'll be set on this, like, wild journey of all these challenges. And I'll be like, what has this got to do with anything that I am actually wanting? But every single time I get to the goal, I look back and I'm like, it all made perfect sense, like, down to the last detail. I have things going on now that I can. I couldn't do the things that I'm doing now if it weren't for the things that I went through a month ago, two months ago that I was dealing with that I was like, why am I being sent this shit? Why do I need to learn this lesson? You will figure out as soon as you get to the goal why you had to battle these demons that you're battling right now. They're not random. They are sent so that you will raise your standards for yourself, your beliefs, your behaviors, and so that you will release the parts of you that block you from becoming the person who can have what you want. The biggest thing and the most painful part is when you go into resistance to whatever challenges, whatever is happening. So when. When the call to change comes, you go into denial. And I do this as well. You might go into denial. Maybe you've already made loads of changes. Maybe you just want to relax for a minute. I know. And the call to change comes knocking again and you're like, I've done enough. I'm not doing it. I'm not doing that. No, I don't want to change that. It's who I am. The more you resist what needs to change in order for you to shift, the more pain you're going to be in. Because basically you're going to continue to be sent more and more and more challenges and painful circumstances until it clicks in your brain that is more painful to see stay here than it is to just break through that resistance and change whatever needs to change. And really, you just think that your known suffering, even though it's suffering, you think that that's better because it's known, rather than doing something that's unknown to you, doing something that's unfamiliar. Changing how you show up, changing how you view yourself when actually it's not. If you are being set circumstances, situations to change you and evolve you. If you're in a situation where you know you need to shift and you just keep ignoring it, that is more painful, that will always be more painful than just making the changes that you need to change. In the last six months, I literally have shed so many parts of me that have served me so well throughout my life, that have literally kept me safe from a lot of things that have been with me since childhood. And it has been tough. And I've had to sit through a lot of it. I've had to face a lot of stuff from my past. And it is a bumpy ride to do this. But I can tell you sitting here today that it is absolutely worth it. And I'm actually shedding something else now. But it kind of feels like the final shed, even though God knows this is probably an eternal thing. But as I was shedding all these big. Because these were really big kind of tower moments, the spiritual community would call them, these things in the last six months because they were. Because I was trying to align with my true life's work and my big, big goals, bigger goals than I'd ever set for myself. That's when the shedding of, like, these real big embedded parts of me came in that were limiting me, that were rooted, like, in deep traumas. So shedding those is probably going to be painful and it's going to be long. But I want you to remember that when triggers come up and things come up, they're coming up so you can face these parts of you. It's always for a reason. It's always for a reason. And if you're acting in a certain way that you don't agree with, or, you know you should be different, or, you know you should be more motivated, there's a reason you're acting this way. There's a reason this party was here. It's trying to protect you. It's trying to keep you safe. So not running from your emotions is always the key. Stop being scared of your emotions. Stop being scared to be honest with yourself about what you're feeling and facing. And then once you've done that, don't be scared to release it. Like, there comes a point where you can literally just look at who you've been and the characteristics you've had, and you can decide to just cut the cord with them because you know they're not going to serve you. And you. You get to decide that. You decide it mentally. You can decide it in meditation, but you decide it in how you act and show up after that. I have certain patterns that sometimes I'm pulled to go back into them, but now I have the awareness, and it takes conscious effort to be like, no, I'm not in that pattern anymore. And I had something happen, actually, really interestingly so. I had a pattern in previous relationships where I would lack a lot of trust, right? And when I got into this relationship that I'm in right now, I felt myself wanting to, like, have that lack of trust, wanting to question somebody, wanting to do all the things I used to do before. And that's a really strong pull. Like, that was trying to pull me in to start questioning and start interrogating and doing all these things. I used to do what I demanded myself not to do it. I said, no, no, no, no. You are the only one who can break the cycle. This other person can't. Like, it's me that has to break it. And so I stopped myself. And it was so difficult, but I literally just pulled myself. I was like, no, stand up. Go outside. Go do something else. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't start being whatever you've been in your previous relationships. Don't drag it into this one. The pull to fall into a pattern is really strong. But your. Your will is stronger. It's stronger than your paradigm. It's stronger than anything. You just have to be aware. Like your awareness and your attention, your intention is stronger, your conscious will is stronger than your subconscious paradigms when you exercise it consistently. This is why, like, I've had moments where, let's say, I've been on a certain eating plan or whatever, I've been staring at chocolate and I've been about to reach for it. And I'll have that voice come in being like, you don't need to eat that right now because that's not congruent with your goals. I'm not saying don't eat chocolate, but for me, I was competing in powerlifting. So it's different. And my hand will be going for it, but my brain will be like, no, no. Prove to yourself that you're stronger. Prove to yourself that you're stronger, and then that's it, it's done. And you know that feeling? Do you know how good that feels? When your conscious mind, when you trust your conscious mind, the one that watches all. Because we all have that voice, you know the voice I'm talking about. There's a voice overall, and you control that. And so you get to control whether you feed into your old cycles, your old paradigms, or whether you choose differently for yourself. You are stronger than your patterns. You just have to fucking decide to be every day, every time the pattern flares up. And the thing is, anytime that I've done this and I've really consciously made the effort to break a pattern right before I've broken it, it's been the toughest moment because I really want to give in. But right after I break it, I will get some sort of, like, blessing. Like, something will happen where I'm like, oh, shit, I've done something here. Like something. Something has shifted for me. You break your cycle and the world reflects back to you that the cycle is broken. But it starts with you having that conscious will and having that faith that you can break it. All that matters when you go down this path is that you keep recommitting to this new version of you. That is all that matters. It doesn't matter if you fall off. It doesn't matter if you go off your diet plan five times. When you get back on the sixth time, that'll be the time that it will stick. If you have fallen off, take this as your sign to re commit. If I hadn't recommitted on everything in my life, I wouldn't be who I am today. Nothing I have ever decided to do has Just been one decision and a linear line of progression until I got there. I've always fallen off, I've always recommitted and I've always eventually gotten there. Only because I made the decision that every time I fell off, I would get back on. And that's all you have to do. And every time you get back on, you have. You like gain something. It's like you have different perspective, you have more commitment to this new thing. Like you, you get back on and you feel differently to who you were before and when you fell off. So sometimes the falling off is part of the process. Sometimes you need to fall off to learn something. All that matters is that you get back on because you're still making progress. It takes a while to shed parts of you that have been embedded in you since you were a child. And you need to have patience with yourself. If you fall off and if you default to what's familiar, that is understandable. That is our human nature. We're like wired for survival. We're not wired for fulfillment and happiness. So we're going to default to what's familiar unless we can keep up that conscious will. And sometimes life can happen and we can't keep that conscious motivation, that conscious will all the time. So we can lag and we can go back to what's familiar. That happens. But as soon as you feel that itch, like get back into gear, get back on track, just get back on track. You'll find that the progress you made before still stands. It doesn't just disappear because you fell off. The best you will ever, ever feel. And the most powerful you will ever feel is when you have let go of the most. And it's the weirdest thing, and it's counterintuitive because you really do think that this self Persona that you've made of this identity is, is keeping you safe. You think it's just you. And if you let it go, then what is there left? But freedom is what's left. You have like this lightness to be anyone, anything that you want. And you only get that from really, truly letting go. So if you don't know what to do and you feel stuck, try letting go. We're naturally high vibrational beings, right? Once our needs for survival are met, of course we are naturally quite high vibrational. The thing that drags us down and keeps us down is all these things that we're holding onto that we think are just us. All these stories that we're holding on to that make us feel terrible, make us feel like we can't do anything. And so the key to really raising your vibration and attracting what you want into your life is in letting go. Just let it go. I hope this video helped, and I'll see you in the next one.
