A short YouTube monologue (creator/speaker: Elay Amitay Halevi) guiding viewers to release guilt and self-punishment and to embrace joy and certainty. The speaker frames past mistakes as necessary lessons per Kabbalah: when one learns from errors and moves forward with joy, those mistakes serve to elevate the soul rather than condemn it. The video gives practical guidance (stop feeding the past self, give yourself permission to be happy) and closes with a short spoken mantra: "I release all guilt and self punishment... Today I choose to live a life of joy and certainty that I am whole."

If you've made a mistake that you can't let go of in your past, this video is for you. It does not matter what mistake you've made in the past. You are allowed to feel good again. And you must know that looking back, everything happened exactly as it was meant to. Even if you've caused severe trauma and betrayal. Even if you betrayed yourself. Kabbalah teaches that as long as you are willing to learn the lesson from the mistakes you have made and you are going to move on with joy and certainty, then whatever you did in the past was meant to happen. And not only that, but you are elevated to a place that is higher than if you never made the mistake in the first place. Living in self punishment and guilt not only doesn't cleanse the past, it adds to your spiritual debt. Instead, know that your falling was meant to happen in order to eventually elevate you. Say to yourself, that version of me didn't know better, but now I do. Once you fully understand the limited belief that caused you to fall, you've elevated activated the energy. The light that was blocked and captured in that moment becomes energy that is released back to you. You don't need to relive the pain to heal it. You just need to stop feeding the version of you who made that choice. It's not too late. You don't need more suffering. Give yourself permission to be happy. Here's a mantra for you, Creator. I release all guilt and self punishment. I am wise today and I have learned the lessons I need to learn. Today. I choose to live a life of joy and certainty that I am whole. I.
