Self-Worth, Like You've Never Heard It

In this video, the speaker explores the pervasive "worthiness wound" that afflicts a majority of millennials, arguing that feelings of inadequacy stem from a deep‑seated programming inherited through our 3‑dimensional (3D) incarnation. She reframes personal identity by asserting that at the core we are consciousness—a fractal of the universal Source—projected into a physical body and ego avatar. The ego, shaped by early conditioning and societal values, creates the illusion of worthiness, tying self‑value to external achievements, status, and material success. The speaker maps this illusion onto the solar plexus chakra, describing it as the "wounded solar plexus" level of consciousness that drives the chase for external validation. She contrasts the current 3D paradigm with an emerging 5D consciousness, suggesting humanity is collectively shifting toward higher vibrational states. The central remedy presented is unconditional self‑love: recognizing inherent worth independent of external metrics, healing trauma through shadow work, and aligning actions with one's authentic essence. By moving from misalignment (where parts of the self are in conflict) to alignment (where all aspects are on board), individuals can access greater energy, flow, and fulfillment. The talk concludes with practical encouragement to practice meditation, identify past wounds, and embody unconditional love, emphasizing that true worth is an intrinsic, unchanging reality within each person.
Chapters
Hello, my loves. Welcome or welcome back to the channel. Today we're gonna be diving deep on worthiness. Why? Because 80% or more of millennials, when interviewed, said that they don't feel like they are good enough. And if I look at all the people that I've coached, hundreds and hundreds of people over the last couple of years, in my community, one-to-one, it is the most prominent core wound that I see in the collective. It's this worthiness wound. It's this feeling of not being enough, no matter what you do, no matter what you change, no matter how much you succeed or don't succeed. At the core, you still don't feel like you are good enough. This is something that I personally struggled with for a really long time. And now that I'm out the other end of it, I can see it from such a different perspective. And that perspective is what I'm going to be sharing with you today. So this is gonna be, an explanation of worthiness that perhaps you haven't heard before that's going to help you to kind of zoom out and get to the truth of self-worth and this whole concept so that you can see that it's all essentially an illusion of this 3D experience. And it's not something that you need to keep carrying as your internal narrative. And before we dive into it, the reason that you would want to overcome this idea that you're not good enough or these wounds around your self-worth, always feeling inadequate, always feeling like everyone is above you. The reason it's so important to address this directly and to start getting a different perspective on this and to understand where this is coming from, which is the main focus of today's video, is because you will likely, if you have this wound, your confidence will suffer. You will likely put other things on pedestals above you. So it'll be really difficult to actually manifest the success, the partners, whatever it is that you desire into your reality because you're chasing things constantly from a void of worth rather than realizing that you are enough and that you deserve these things. And you'll essentially be operating from a persona that is disconnected from your real true power, okay? So that is why this is important. If you weren't excited, get excited. You might need a piece of paper and a pen. I don't know where we're going to go with this, but this is something once you unlock this, you are going to feel so free to align with the big things in your life that you really want to align with. So in order to deconstruct this concept of worthiness, we're going to go through it in layers. And for the first layer, I'd like you to consider Who are you? You might say your name. You might say a description of your physical appearance, or you might describe your physical body. You might describe your nationality, your personality, your characteristics. But who are you really? At your deepest, deepest layer, you are Consciousness. You are a soul, which is a fractal of your higher self incarnated into a physical vessel. But to keep it simple, you are consciousness being projected into a 3D world, so a third-dimensional world, and therefore you needed to come into a third-dimensional body. And you needed to be operating with a mind that could understand through a 3D perspective. So your consciousness is the thing that's animating your body and your mind, but you are not just your body and you are not just your mind. How do you know this? Because you can observe your body. You know you have a body. You can see the body moving. You can feel and notice the sensations in the body. So you're not just the body, and you can also do the same thing with your mind. So you can observe that you're thinking, you can become aware of the fact, wow, my mind is busy. Wow, I'm thinking about that thing again. And you can take that awareness and you can put it on something else. So you're not just your mind that's having all of these thoughts and mental experiences either. You're the deeper awareness that is behind that. You are the one watching the body. Watching the mind, having the experience of body and mind. You are the consciousness that is making this whole physical experience possible. If you, as the consciousness, did not come into this physical meat suit, it would not be animated. The experience of your life would not exist. The 3D experience that you have embarked upon up until this moment, all your challenges, trials, tribulations. never would've happened. So you are that divine spark of pure life energy that is consciousness, okay? You can think of this like a glowing orb. I'll put a picture on the screen so you could start to connect to it. A glowing orb of light. Some people feel like theirs is white, some feel like theirs is golden, some feel like theirs is purple, green, whatever. But that's you. Congratulations, you've just met yourself for the first time. That is you. You are consciousness. Okay, beautiful. Now, this consciousness is a fractal of the divine consciousness of the entire universe, AKA God, Source. That ultimate causal being, that causal energy, Is fragmented down into every dimension, every experience, every soul, everything in the universe. And you are a part of that. Okay? So you are actually source or God. You're a fractal of that energy, pure. So if God is an ocean, if source is an ocean, you are a drop of that ocean. You have all the qualities of the ocean within you. You have that divinity within you. So you are source experiencing itself through a physical form for now. Okay? So that's who you are. And the reason it's important for us to start there is because you being a fractal of source, of God, of the divine, of pure consciousness, That being your true essence and your true nature in the big picture grand scheme of things, when you zoom out of this temporary experience in this physical reality, you are already whole and perfect and worthy on a soul level. Yes, your soul may have particular lessons it's learning. Yes, your soul may be breaking certain karmic cycles Or clearing certain things, certain patterns or whatever else. But none of that affects the wholeness, the worthiness, and the perfection of the soul. Because the soul has affinity of form with source, with God. And God is perfect. God is whole. So how could there be anything wrong with you? There can't be. There cannot be. Okay? And I know you're fighting with me, but here I'm going to get into why you feel like there might be a lot of things wrong with you. When your consciousness essence came into your physical body and you opened your eyes and you began to have a 3D experience, that is when concepts, Right and wrong, good and bad, all of that came into your being. Why? Because you incarnated into a third-dimensional reality. Okay, so we're going to get a little deep on that for a second before I zoom on. Because your soul chose to incarnate into a third-dimensional reality, you opted into an experience of polarity, opposites, contrast, and tension. You did. I'm sorry, you did. And souls opt into a 3rd-dimensional experience because it is a fantastic teacher. It teaches you a lot of lessons. If you were to opt into a 5-dimensional experience, 5 is the number of harmony, it would be beautiful. It would be blissful. And by the way, Gaia, our planet, is ascending from 3D to 5D. So that's incredible. But if you were in a 5th-dimensional reality, there wouldn't be that much expansion, actually. There wouldn't be enough contrast there to fuel the lessons, the growth, and the expansion. So because your pure, perfect soul decided to come into a 3rd-dimensional reality, you had to inhabit an avatar that could navigate a 3rd-dimensional reality. And that avatar is your physical body, it's your mind, but it's also the character or the persona that you're playing, which is the ego. Okay? So your ego is not bad, it's not good, it's not any of these things from a higher perspective. It just is. It is necessary. It's like if you try to enter a video game, right? Let's say the third dimension is a video game and you try to go in as your soul, right? You try to go in and just like your energy body, you wouldn't be able to play the game. So you need to pick a player. Before you can get into the level in the game, you need to pick a character, a player that you're going to play, and then you can start actually playing in the world. So that's what the ego is. Without it, you wouldn't be able to have this physical experience that you actually wanted on soul level. You wouldn't be able to learn. You wouldn't be able to have a sensory experience, develop these relationships around you, communicate, all of this amazing stuff that you can do in this world. The ego is the one that allows you to experience all of that. Okay? And so the ego self, from the moment that your consciousness landed into this world, the day that you were born and you opened your eyes, that self began to be created by what? Your environment. The ego self is programmed and conditioned by the environment, by the physical world. Okay? So your parents, your family, your upbringing, your society that you grew up in, your school, all of that, the news, everything, your friends, everything, everything, all of the input that you received from the world through your senses about who you are, about what's right or wrong, about what's good or bad, about You know, everything. That all was just copy paste. Like, if you can imagine just a little download button, it was downloaded into your system, into your being for a really good reason, for a really good reason, so you could survive. Okay. We are extremely relationally dependent as a species, as animals. We take the longest to get up and going and get independent from our mother. Okay. Or our father or parents or whatever. So it takes us— we're very, very attached to our caregivers and also other people. Okay, we are very, very socially dependent, relationally dependent creatures. And especially in early years of life, as a survival mechanism, it's hardwired into us. We download everything automatically, even things that aren't said, even subconscious things. Even, and this is where we're going to get into where worthiness comes from, bear with me, guys. Even the state of consciousness of the people around you. Yes, the state of consciousness of the people around you. So I almost want you to start imagining, just zoom out again for a second, okay? Your soul is vast. Your soul is infinite. Your soul has access to this vast infinite range of consciousness. You have to project and focus your energy and consciousness into a very limited range in order to have a 3rd-dimensional experience. If you were having a 5th-dimensional experience, the range would be different. Same if you're having a 1st-dimensional, 2nd-dimensional, whatever, 11th-dimensional, the range I'm trying to find the words to explain this, but the level of consciousness, the nature of experience within that level of consciousness, and that range that you can experience is going to be different depending on where you've incarnated into in terms of, is it a 3rd-dimensional reality? Is it a 5th, blah, blah, blah? And what kind of world it is and what kind of problems are going on and where in this stage of evolution of consciousness is this particular planet and what are the main issues? Yeah. issues and what are the key traumas and what are the generational patterns that you've been born into. So you're not just born into a world where there's things happening, which there's a lot happening, where there's contrast and conflict and opposites and polarity and things going on and opinions and right or wrong concepts and all of that. So you download that for sure. You also download the energetic range in terms of the consciousness level. of the world around you and of the people around you into your being, into your ego necessarily. Okay, so your soul— let's just get this straight— your soul, that pure consciousness, that essence within you, that's untouchable. It's like a lamp. Think of a lamp. Your soul, your essence, is the light. Unchangeable, untouchable, undimmable, always there, always shining like the light of Source. Infinite, cannot be created or destroyed. The ego, okay? So the ego, the vessel that you've come into, is like the lampshade. And if you were born into a family that had a lot of conflict, a lot of pain, you might have a lot of trauma. You might have really thick layers of this lampshade around this light. And so the light gets dimmer and dimmer and dimmer, and your state of consciousness gets more and more and more restricted. Because that's the experience. It's essentially like that darkening. It's just your consciousness gets narrow and restricted and more restricted. So you'll have a very narrow, limited range of experience, and it'll be down that bottom range of the scale of consciousness in emotions like shame, grief, anger, apathy, etc. Okay. So all that to say, no matter how much light has been blocked by the conditioning, the programming, the trauma, and the consciousness range that you inherited automatically, the light never dims. The light never goes out. Okay? It's always there. It's always infinite. It's always connected to the ultimate truth. And it's always perfectly whole, and perfectly worthy. Do you see where I'm going with this? So a part of the program, a part of the consciousness level that was just synced and downloaded into your ego identity avatar is this concept of worthiness. This concept is a human-made concept. This idea of being good enough, is a human-made idea. In the non-physical, on a soul level, you are one with everything. You're not trying to be liked. You're not trying to chase success. You're not trying to achieve things. Money doesn't exist. Businesses don't exist. Okay? Separation does not exist. So you're not worried about being good enough. You're not worried about being accepted. You're not worried about any of that chasing worth, like the idea of worth. doesn't exist. It exists as part of this third-dimensional experience, specifically on this planet, in this level of consciousness that we've been in for the last few years. So it's been showing up in a really unique way in the last few years. And this is how you know you just downloaded it and inherited it automatically. And this is how you know it's an illusion and you can overcome it. 80% or more of people of millennials feel like they're not good enough? Isn't it interesting that 80% or more of people all over the planet have been trapped in the level of consciousness of the wounded solar plexus? So as the consciousness of the planet is rising, as the planet herself, Gaia, is moving from a 3D to a 5D, level of consciousness. We, as the inhabitants of this planet, are also being pushed to shift from 3D to 5D in our consciousness. And we've been stuck at a particular level of consciousness for a while. The wounded solar plexus level of consciousness. There's a creator on YouTube called Maria with a Y. That's the retreat I went to in Sedona a few months ago. She's got some insane insights into things like this. I'm pretty sure I learned this from her a while back, and I just felt it in my body as such a truth. By the way, guys, side note, when you're watching something and you feel a resonance in your body and you can't explain it, but you just know it's true, it's true. That is confirmation enough. I doubted my knowings for long enough, and now I just know that that is a perfectly valid way to confirm truth for yourself. So in any event, this was a truth that I learned from one of her videos a long time ago. And essentially, when I say the level of consciousness of the wounded solar plexus, I'm basically referring to the fact— and you can see this in the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness as well, so everything overlaps— we, years and years and years ago, back in the old days, we were in the level of consciousness of the root chakra. So I'm referring to the energy centers in the body or the chakra system in the body. You can relate the the different levels of consciousness, which when they're down at the lower levels, the lower rates of vibration, down in rage, guilt, shame, you're further from truth, you're further from source, you're further from wholeness and oneness. You're more disconnected from your essence. You're more an illusion. And We, thousands and thousands of years ago, started in the root chakra. And we were— so that's where we were killing each other for food. And like, there was lots of violence and horrible things going on that nowadays we wouldn't even dream of thinking about. And so the human race actually, as a whole, has been rising up from the root through the sacral. And now it's been in the solar plexus, it's actually moving up to the heart. What is the solar plexus? Your solar plexus is your center of will. It's a very masculine energy. It is connected to your identity, your self-concept, your confidence, and it's your doing, action-taking center. It's your willpower center. It's very connected to your sense of achievement, and it is the center that is connected to your sense of self-worth more so than any other center. Okay. So when you have wounds around shame, when you have wounds around different things that really affect your self-worth, typically you'll feel them. If you tune into a trauma that you experienced and it caused you a lot of shame, if you were to do some shadow work or just sit in a meditative state and connect to that and go in with the intention of observing it and healing it and integrating it, you might notice that you feel a lot of discomfort as you're tuning in in your abdomen area because that is where your solar plexus lives. And the way that this is manifesting in reality, and it has been in recent years and in recent generations because of the Industrial Revolution, because of the concept of money coming in, because of the way that the world has gone with capitalism and everything else, as a collective began to value achievement, material gain, success, and money above a lot of other things. And you don't need to be deep into spirituality to know and understand this. You don't even need to know what a solar plexus or a chakra is. You can just look at the world. It's really obvious when you look at the world and the way that the world is set up, the way that the systems are set up, that the collective humanity values certain things over other things. So for example, you could look at the way that we're living. We all live in these little boxes, all separate from each other. We get up in the morning, we go to our 9 to 5, we hope for the promotion, we come back home, we don't speak to each other too much. That's a pretty typical experience. I'm not saying you're having that experience. I'm not saying that you want to have that experience. But that is kind of a normal life nowadays. So the way that life is set up, and maybe you're living that and you don't want to live that, and shout out to you, you will get out of there, you'll be fine. But it's not your fault either if you're living that way, because that's just the way that society and the world is largely set up at the moment in most modern developed societies. Okay? Obviously there's variation all over the world, but that is for the majority. So that is just an example of humanity as a whole valuing productivity, work, achievement, material progress over connection, community, rest, play, quality time. And it's obviously getting— you can see it in extremes as well. where people end up, there's been this whole trend recently, but I feel like it's starting to fizzle out now, which this needed to happen, where people were sacrificing their health, their wellbeing, their authenticity, their passions in order to just hustle and chase money and chase a version of success that was not actually meaningful to them just so they could make money and have nice things. I don't know anyone who's done that who's fulfilled. Nobody who's done that has ended up fulfilled just from the financial gain. Perhaps they found fulfillment later on in investing the money in things that were meaningful to them, in using that money to buy back time with their family and friends. Okay, of course. But it wasn't the money that gave them the fulfillment. No. And so this is the wounded solar plexus energy I'm talking about. It is the energy of, and this is where the world has been, chasing your worth and your value outside of you, chasing your fulfillment, your worth, and your value in achievements, in financial gain, in looks, in status, in approval of other people. And that's been in the collective For a few generations. And that is the energy of the wounded solar plexus. Because the truth is your value, it's like a golden, it's like a little golden nugget. I don't know why I want to say nugget, but it's like a little golden nugget that lives deep in your solar plexus. And it's not dependent or reliant on anything outside you. But when you keep making it dependent on things outside you, you actually trade off this beautiful inherent worth and worthiness and value that you have within you for a temporary sense of worth that you get from something outside you. So let's say your degree, right? You're like, right, when I get this degree, that's gonna mean that I am good enough. You don't consciously say that, but you think it deep down. So when you make that trade, you're giving up like a little piece of knowing your inherent value and worth for the temporary satisfaction of getting this degree, but it's never the same power. It's never the same strength, and it's only illusory and temporary. Okay, so how this actually manifests, you know, this wounded solar plexus energy, it's a really broad and wide topic, but you see it in society, in the way our values are set up and what people value at large, the way that corporations are run, the way that governments are run. You see it in people and how people structure their lives and what they deem important. in how they chase things that really don't matter to them, in how people just spend so much of their precious time and energy doing certain things. And the way that this is kind of passed down through generations is because people have been so disconnected from their inherent worth and because people never knew that their worth was not dependent on these things outside them, that their worth was intrinsic, what happened on a deep level is self-love became conditional, and it has been conditional. And this is one of the big shifts that's happening at the moment as we are moving from 3rd dimension to 5th dimension, and a lot of people are awakening. We're learning how to move out of conditional love and into unconditional love. Unconditional love is like a language that has never really been spoken in the mass consciousness, in mass humanity. It's a language that we think we know, but we don't actually really, really know because the generations before us never knew it either. Okay? So I'll give you some examples of this because we've been up in the air for a while. So I'll bring it down to earth for you guys. Let's say, I know some of you are parents and you're thinking, I unconditionally love my child no matter what. I know you do. However, we have concepts because we're in a third-dimensional reality of good and bad, of right and wrong, okay? Of, you know, a good girl, a bad girl, a naughty girl, right? And even though you may love your child when you're doing it, if your child is acting up or being naughty, Are you still coming at them with that unconditional love, or are you telling them, don't do that or you'll be in trouble? Are you shouting at them? Are you communicating with them in a non-loving, rejecting type way? Maybe you think you don't. Maybe you're very loving, in which case, congratulations. I do know and believe that this, this recent generation and the next generation are going to be the ones to start to break this. But, you know, for many of us, we came into a family where parents were stressed, they were overworked, they were overwhelmed, they were drained. And even though they obviously did love us, sometimes that love did feel conditional. What does that mean? Okay, you're only given love, acceptance, and approval. You're only treated like you're worthy and enough when you tick all of these boxes and you do everything right. But when you make a mistake, when you throw a tantrum, when you're naughty, when you act out, when you don't get good grades, then the love that you once knew, the type of behavior that you learned was love, was revoked from you. That is conditional love. That is the experience that 80% or more of people had, because that is the state of consciousness that we have been stuck in up until now, but it's moving, of 80% or more of humanity. It's unconscious. It's automatic. It's your programmed software in your system that's been on autopilot. So most of us were not loved totally unconditionally. It's a tall order. It's not an easy thing to do. It's not something that we've been able to do on a global level yet. Okay? And there's many reasons for that. Our own healing is the biggest reason. Until we unconditionally love ourselves, we can't unconditionally love another person, which explains why you may have not— you may not have been unconditionally loving people around you yet, because how hard is it to unconditionally love yourself? Most people don't. They don't know how to do that because the consciousness, the trauma, the programming just keeps being passed down and around to everyone and everything. So where to go from here? Now that you know that this idea of worthiness and not being good enough is something that you inherited From, first of all, just living in a third-dimensional reality where this concept even exists. Second of all, coming into this reality at a time when we are outsourcing our worth and our value to things outside of us. Now that you know that, you can start to see it for what it is, which is a temporary illusion. How do you know it's a temporary illusion? Go and ask the people who have achieved all the things that they placed their self-worth in. and ask them if they feel good enough yet, they'll tell you, yeah, but I'll feel much better when I get to the next thing. Why? 'Cause they're still running the same program. The program doesn't break when you achieve the thing. The program breaks when you break the program. And this is where it gets really interesting because I had this live call with everyone in my community on Saturday and someone asked a really good question. They said, Well, Will it not be really difficult to achieve things if you are just unconditionally loving to yourself? Will your drive not go away? And then I asked that person, okay, why do you want the success that you want then? Because that tells me that you want it to fill a void. So this is the key distinction, you guys, and this is the thing I want to really anchor you into. Most people, and I see it so clearly now, are running around chasing followers, chasing success, chasing money, chasing clients, chasing whatever it is, validation externally, to fill a void of worth internally. So they don't realize they're doing it, but they're operating from a void of worth internally, and that's what's driving their external behavior. When you chase things outside of you to fill a void, the input of void is going to equal an output of void. So even though you might get the thing, you're still going to feel the void internally because everywhere you go, there you will be. Even if you're in the Bahamas and you've just had your first 6-figure month, okay, you have nice things around you, You've proven to yourself— caveat— you've proven to yourself you can do things in this reality, which is satisfying and can be very fulfilling for a short amount of time. But if the reason for chasing these things were because you're so low on self-worth, you dislike yourself so much, and you picked something that looked good to everyone else but doesn't really mean anything to you, then it is going to feel empty. It is going to feel like a void because you're operating from a— Void. Void. This is why people are burning out. This is why entrepreneurs are just crashing and burning. This is why they're moving into the middle of nowhere and just giving it all up. Because a lot of people are chasing particular businesses, particular versions of success that are coming from wounds. Because you're so disconnected from yourself when you feel like you're not worthy and you're not good enough, you end up kind of running from yourself, and then you don't know what you really want or who you really are. And then you end up like in a career that is so misaligned or building a business that is so misaligned in hopes that it will just fill this void, this feeling that you're not enough. You could end up numbing, you could end up dysregulated, you can end up just presenting yourself in a way to feel validated. But all of it really deep down is not really aligned with who you really are. So when you begin to heal all the wounds, all the traumas that make you feel like you're not good enough, you begin to realize that it's just a made-up thing and you are 100% worthy and whole and good enough without even attaching it or chasing it in anything outside you. It's such a difficult thing to do that, but when you do that, your consciousness begins to shift, your vibration raises, your perspective expands and you stop operating from this fragmented self and you start operating from a version of you that's more aligned with that essence. Which means when you stop disconnecting from yourself, stop running from yourself, stop looking for worth outside yourself, you come back and you unconditionally love yourself and you become more whole. Essentially, you stop operating from a fractured place. You begin to operate From a deeper connection with your essence, with your authenticity. And from there, you guys, this is what operating or living in alignment means. When you have less of these wounds, less of these illusions ruling you, you're more connected to your truth. And when you do certain things, what it means to be in alignment is you do something and most, if not all, of the parts of you, you know, you're made up of many different parts of the self, most, if not all, of the parts of you are on board with what you're doing. But when you have a lot of fractures in your being and in your consciousness through traumas that made you feel like you weren't good enough, let's say from childhood, and through just treating yourself that you're not good enough or believing that you're not good enough and living in that way, what happens is some of the parts of you— so let's say the deeper aspects of you— don't want you to work at this job, but other parts of you, these wounded parts of you that think you're not good enough, they do want you to work at that job because then it might finally mean that you are good enough because at least you have this title. So that's operating from misalignment. Some parts of you are on board, other parts of you are not on board. And when you're living your life in that way, you will never be operating at your fullest power because all of you is not on board. So half of your energy is spent resisting what you're doing, and half of your energy is spent doing what you're doing, which means you don't— you're not using all of your life force energy to do this thing. Okay? And side note, if you're somebody who's working at a job that's misaligned and you know it, and you know there's something more aligned that you wanna do, but you're not sure if you're gonna be capable or if you're gonna be good, if you're quite good at doing something that you're misaligned at, just imagine how good you would be at doing something that you are aligned with, when all of your being is on board with this thing, all of the parts of you are on board with this thing, you have so much more energy, you have intrinsic motivation, and you get, rather than having this long chain of like, I'll get this job, I'll do this role, I'll earn this money, I'll put the money back into this thing, and then I'll be able to book a trip, and then my family will come on the trip, and then I'll be happy, which the happiness is really, really far removed. Yeah. You just go, I'm gonna do this thing 'cause it makes me happy. Your fulfillment level in life goes through the roof. That's when you enter flow state, and that's when you can just build momentum so easily in creating and being the creative being that you were designed to be. As well as that, when you finally let go of these ideas of worth and you realize you're already worthy and you start unconditionally loving yourself now as you are, and you start radically valuing your passions, your interests, because you love yourself, right? Because you're not gonna subscribe to what society says you should do just because it looked good, because your worth isn't dependent on what society thinks because you've defined it from within, right? When you start living in alignment and more parts of you are on board, typically you're also in alignment with the intention of your higher self, or your higher aspects, which means the energy of your higher aspects can also be funneled into this thing that you're creating. So if you're somebody who's worried that your drive or your ability to achieve things will go away, like that community member who asked that question, it's the opposite. That's a trick of the ego. And I want you to remind yourself, the reason I went on that long-winded explanation of alignment versus misalignment and how much more energy and drive and passion you get when you are aligned is I'm just presenting an argument for you to start actually considering unconditionally loving yourself. That is why you should do that, okay? Because it's so unnatural feeling to love yourself when you're not being productive, to love yourself when you didn't get your to-do list done, to love yourself when you're having a bad skin day or when you're overeating or any of this stuff. It feels really counterintuitive because it's not something— it's a language we never learned to speak. We only learned conditional love. We learned to love ourselves when we're looking our best, when we're performing our best, when we're making money, when we're getting the promotion, when we finally have done the CV. And yes, those things are satisfying and you need to do things in this reality, but when you revoke your love and acceptance of yourself when you're not doing everything that you quote unquote should be doing. It's actually just, it's all a catch-22 of the ego. It's all an illusion. It's all an illusion. It's all a game and a dance that this ego is doing to keep you like in this contrast, in this like pendulum swinging back and forth rather than coming back to truth. Because if you were to actually just unconditionally love yourself and if you were to actually say, oh, I didn't get my to-do list done today. Rather than berating yourself and criticizing yourself and like forcing yourself to do all this other stuff that you don't wanna do, you say, I love myself anyway. I accept myself anyway. I'm good enough anyway. What you do then is you, rather than continuously leaving your corner and standing against yourself, you come back into your corner. You stay with yourself. You stay loving yourself. And from there, you will stay understanding yourself. When you're over here judging yourself, when you're over here saying you're not good enough unless you go and do this thing, you're so disconnected from yourself that you can't understand why maybe you're not being productive or why maybe you're not able to achieve the things you wanna achieve. So it's just an uphill battle. It's like pushing a boulder up a hill. But when you come back into unconditional love, which is the anecdote for this whole experience, by the way, this is like the core of healing that solar plexus. Why? Because the solar plexus wound at the root of it is never having been given unconditional love. So how you heal it is you start giving yourself unconditional love and acceptance now. When you start to do that, At first it feels weird, but then you begin to really start to value yourself just for who you are, just for your energy, just for your beingness, just for your essence, just for your existence. And when you start to feel the value of your energy, of your life force, of your essence, from that state, the ideas that you have, the actions you take, the things that you align with are on a whole other level. You don't really settle anymore. You don't really question yourself anymore. And you don't do any of those things because you're not looking for something anymore. You know, you already have that thing within you. Sometimes I end my videos on everything you could ever need is within you. One of those things is value, is worthiness. It's something that you could spend your whole life chasing only to find out when you log off of this third-dimensional game and you go back up only to find out it was already always there. And you spent all this time dancing around looking for it when if you could just come back into your body, just sit in meditation, And just feel your energy, feel your essence, and feel how that is worth millions, billions, trillions. There's no number you could put on it. Feel how valuable you are internally, intrinsically. And from that place, the world opens up to you. Nothing is on a pedestal. Nothing is worth chasing. Nothing is worth sacrificing. your energy, your authenticity, your passions, your well-being for. And that is when everything that you desire starts chasing you. Now, I'm not going to log this off before I give you some tangible things. This perspective is going to help you in and of itself. You found out that worthiness is a made-up thing. You found out that there's particular wounds around worthiness and chasing worth outside you because of The wounded solar plexus energy. You found out that the way out of that is by unconditionally loving yourself. So you're not subscribing to this version of conditional love and chasing love for yourself, acceptance for yourself, your self-worth outside you. You're not doing that. Okay, cool. So you're going to start unconditionally loving yourself, which means loving yourself on your bad days, loving yourself when you're not achieving, feeling just how valuable you are just for being a human being, just for being consciousness. The other thing that needs to be done, because you can know this intellectually, but you can still feel like, okay, I get it, Katie. I know what you're saying. It makes sense. I get it. I know this is just like a made-up concept and my soul is worthy, but I don't feel worthy. It's likely because you have trauma or wounds or past experiences that have caused you to feel like you're not enough. So abandonment, rejection, bullying. Neglect, abuse, all of these things, we interpret them when we're young as meaning there's something wrong with me, I'm not enough, I'll never be enough. And these wounds around not being good enough are born from these early experiences. So it is so important if you're working on your self-worth to tune into any experience in your past that made you feel like you were not enough. And if you don't know how to do that, I have a whole video on shadow work that guides you through that process. I will leave it in the description. But it's wild, you guys, because I used to be so insecure. I used to think I would never feel like I'm enough. And now I'm like, wow, that was crazy. That was a fever dream. And here's the other thing. It's not in a superiority way because I used to swing from superiority to inferiority. So long as you're swinging into a superiority complex, you have to swing back into an inferiority complex because the pendulum always swings. The Hermetists say rhythm always compensates. And so even if you see a homeless person, and this is a great example I want to finish with, even if you see a homeless person and you judge them and you unconsciously just put yourself above them and think yourself superior to them, you're staying in a level of consciousness of superiority, which means you're also staying in the level of consciousness that corresponds to inferiority because those 2 opposites have to exist together. So the way you transcend feeling inferior is to stop allowing yourself to entertain ideas of superiority. Okay? And the way that you do this is by understanding that homeless person is having a unique soul experience. That soul chose to come into that body at that time with that family, that environment, those challenges, and that likely transpired into this situation of homelessness. And that is their path. That is their journey. And on a soul level, on a higher level, it's not good. It's not bad. It's just an experience. Okay? So the homeless person and the millionaire CEO, From a higher perspective, one is no more valuable than the other. It could be argued that the most valuable one is the one that allowed for the exact type of learning and expansion that that soul wanted. That's it. So if the soul wanted to learn the lessons that came with homelessness, then that is a valuable incarnation. I know it's crazy to get our heads around this, and I'm not negating the pain and the suffering of that. I'm not negating or disputing the pain and suffering that's happening in the world at the moment. I'm very aware of everything. However, my key point here is you are not the judge of whether something is right or wrong. You are not the judge of whether something is good or bad, and you are not the judge of whether something is better or worse, or someone in specific is better or worse in their experience because they're in their own worlds. They have their own soul journey that they're on. They're not you. So it's different. It's not better, it's not worse, it's different because it's supposed to be. And when you come in with your ego mind and you start judging and you claim internally, maybe unconsciously, an air of superiority and you put someone down, say you're better than them, or if you put someone above you and say they're better than you, You're trying to assume the role of their higher selves or of God, which is not your role. And you open yourself up to feelings of inferiority the more you kind of move into airs of superiority, which is why the spiritual ego is such a dangerous place to be as well. When you awaken, you're like, oh my God, all of you are asleep and I'm awake and you need to wake up. Oh my God, that is such a hard trap to wake up to and to not do. But it keeps you in the ego because it keeps you in an air of superiority, which keeps you open to feeling the frequency and the vibration of inferiority. Okay, so all of that to say, you transcend all of this when you realize and you know that these ideas of good and bad, right or wrong, they're all just characteristics of a third-dimensional reality. And it's not for you to decide. It's not for you to be the judge of everything around you. It's for you to It's for you to allow, and it's for you to just focus on yourself and on your own unique journey and getting into alignment with that. At the core of this, it is a facet of this 3D reality and of our ego avatars in this reality that we assume the things that are attached to pain and suffering are bad. That's part of our concept world and web that we created. Yeah. But for some of us, suffering has been our greatest teacher. For some of us, it's the exact reason we're here, is to learn and grow and expand through suffering. Not saying we always need suffering to grow, not saying we're inviting in more suffering than is necessary, absolutely not. But I know I would not have expanded and grown to the level that I have in my awareness and in my healing were it not for my suffering. So I have really been living, first of all, healing all of the things that made me feel like I was inadequate, like I was unworthy. And as those things healed, just getting more and more into alignment, the more I got into alignment, the more parts of me it showed that were feeling insecure, feeling not enough, the more I was able to work with those parts as the path unfolded, which it always does. If you choose a meaningful vision, an aligned vision, to manifest into your life and align desire. That's going to help you do shadow work, by the way. I've spoken about this before, but when you're moving towards alignment, that path will be one that shows you all the parts of you that are not really you and that are out of alignment. And for me, it was a lot of parts that didn't feel good enough. And so I've been learning to release those illusions, release those instances where I made up that story of not being enough, which our child brains automatically do when there's something wrong. We make it mean there's something wrong with us. And so I was healing that, healing that, healing that. Then my next phase was learning, okay, I got a level of confidence and I got a level of self-esteem, but I still was revoking my love, acceptance, and perception of value of myself whenever I wasn't being productive. So that's another part that I had to work through. Even though I love being productive and I love creating, I'm not going to, you know, criticize myself and stand against myself when I'm not productive and I'm not creating. I'm not gonna love myself any less when I'm creating versus not. So that was the next phase. And I've been learning to love myself unconditionally, and that's been going pretty well recently. And then the next layer became clear in the last couple of months where I've been learning more and more to love others around me unconditionally. And I just wanted to make this note that that layer didn't become available to me until I began to love myself unconditionally. So when they say it starts with you, it starts with you. You might be thinking, well, how am I going to shift the consciousness of the planet? It starts with you, my dear. And when you work on becoming more whole and grounded and healed in yourself, it's only a matter of time before that ripples outward and you're able to just be in servitude of the people you're supposed to serve. When you're fractured, you need to be in an energy of self-servitude. You need to tend to yourself first. Once you're healed, and once, well, once you're more healed, the healing is ongoing, then you're able to, your cup is essentially overflowing, and then you're able to be in servitude of others. So that's something I've been catching myself on lately. It's an ongoing journey, catching the judgment, catching the need to be right in my own mind. You're not right. Your way is not right for anyone but you because everyone's in their own world. So you just send them love, accept who they are. And again, that only came for me after I was able to treat myself that way and give myself that acceptance and that unconditional love. So I'm going to leave you guys there. I hope this gave you another perspective. I hope it allowed you to maybe release some of these false ideas about worth that you've been carrying that are not really yours. I love you all so much. I'm sending you such a big, massive hug. You are amazing. You are worthy. You are perfect. I'm so tired of seeing all of you amazing superstars running around chasing things, not realizing that things you're looking for are already within you. So please tune back into yourself and remember that you've got it. You are it. Sending you such a big hug, and I will see you guys very soon.
