Stop Shrinking to Fit Where You Don’t Belong

Elay Amitay Halevi describes learning to stop shrinking herself to fit toxic environments. She moved from Ireland to Spain, quit her job, and started a YouTube channel and coaching practice. The process meant temporary loneliness, but aligned opportunities followed once she stopped morphing to please others.

Hi, everyone. Welcome or welcome back to the channel. Or if you're listening to this on Spotify, welcome back to the Cosmic Creators Podcast. Happy Sunday. I'm kind of sleepy today, so we might be talking in slow motion. I've got this. Look at the color of this. It's so cool. If you're watching on videos like, it's pink juice, it's so nice. So hopefully that'll put a pep in my step. I just downed, like, that whole glass. But this week, it's so important that we talk about what we're gonna talk about. I want to speak to you guys about how you can struggle to perceive your own value when you've been standing your whole life in a place where your light cannot be reflected back to you. And I want to share my experience with this, and I really want to share it, because this week I've spoken with a lot of you guys on consultation calls, and it's something. Whenever I get an influx of consultations and I speak to a lot of you guys, I always notice this one common thread amongst all. All of you, and it always, always comes up, and it's that I speak to you, right? And I. You share. And I'm so grateful for all of you that. Come on. And you share so much with me, and you're very vulnerable and authentic with me. I love it, and I love you guys for sharing that. But in doing so, I can see your potential. I can see this, like, inner strength and this side of you that wants to come out and be expressed and all these things that you want to create. And even, like, there's layers to this, right? So some of you come on the call, and you kind of have a feeling that you have a calling to do a certain thing or you have, like, certain desires that you know you might be repressing. Some of you don't even know how powerful you could be and how powerful you are because you haven't perceived your own light or your own value at all for your whole life. But when you speak to me and you're, like, authentic and open, I can literally see it. And it's like you'll feel it inside you, if you know what I'm speaking about. It's like this. Like, this yearning that there's got to be more to your life than what's been. And this feeling of untapped potential and this feeling of there's something you're meant to do that's bigger than what you've been doing and where you've been, right? And it's so the biggest struggle and the biggest, like, hurdle to those of you that resonate with this is if you've spent your whole life in environments where your truth, your character, is not really reflected back to you, is not really valued. It's almost impossible for you to see your own inherent value when nobody outside you is reflecting that back to you. When the people outside you are placing value on all these things that aren't really you. Then you start morphing and becoming this kind of false self that doesn't really align with you. And then you wonder why you've ended up in this life that's really out of alignment. Well, that's why you did it to survive. You did it to survive. But then you end up thinking, okay, there's gotta be more to life. And you can't even see the. The issue with this is you can't even see how valuable you truly are. Like your truth, your quirks, your characteristics. You can't see how valuable that is because nobody has reflected that back to you yet. And I really just feel for anyone who feels like this because I have felt like this a thousand percent, I felt like this. Like I. And the thing is, I've been around some amazing people in my life. I've had some amazing friends, I've had like, you know, family members that I really do love and have really supported me so much. But it's like I can't even describe. You feel like. I don't want to say this in a way that's insulting, but you feel like a lion in a sea of dolphins or something. Do you know what I mean? Like, dolphins are incredible, but you're not a dolphin, you're a lion. And like, you're standing there thinking, what is wrong with me? And you think there's something wrong with you for your whole life. And then you build up the inner strength to finally get out of this herd of dolphins and go hang out with other lions and you realize, holy, I am valuable. I've just been comparing myself to dolphins and I was never going to be able to match up to all the amazing things about dolphins because I'm a lion. And the dolphins were never going to be able to notice the amazing things about me because they're dolphins. That is such a stupid example. Guys, I'm gonna might say some weird stuff today. I don't know what is going on with the energies today. I'm so like, out of it, so please bear with me. But I hope that made sense. Sense. So essentially, let me just Explain what I mean by this in real terms. Okay, So I have felt this. And when I speak to you guys, I really see, like, reflections of my own story in you guys where, you know, I've built this whole life around trying to do things that make sense to other people. Go to college, get a job, do all of that. And I always felt, like, wrong. I always felt wrong. I always felt not good enough. I always felt out of place. I always put everything on a pedestal above me. And I was, like, I've mentioned a thousand times before, had these toxic patterns and toxic relationships and toxic things in my life that didn't serve me for a really, really long time. And all of those toxic behaviors, really, if I look at it, were to soothe this internal fracture that I had, which, which was me not being able to see my light. And as such, living a life that didn't support that inner light that I had, that inner intuition that I have. So living a life out of alignment is so discombobulating and feels like you're fighting an uphill battle constantly. And the interesting thing is if you're living a life out of alignment, like back when I was doing all the things on paper that I should have done and going to college and everything, like, I was doing the things to fit in. And yet on paper I fit in. I did fit in, but I felt like I didn't fit in. And even with my own best friends, like, I still kind of felt like there was something weird about me. Like in my own family, I felt like there was something weird about me. And I know how hard it is to go your whole life wondering if anyone is ever gonna fucking really understand you. Like, really understand you. And I've been in three long term relationships and I. I actually morphed into the people I was with in, in one way or another because I had an anxious attachment. That's another thing. But like, I never ever actually, even my. Even in my relationships felt like I was really, really seen and really understood. And through doing these calls at you guys this week, like, you guys see me and you guys understand me, and I see you and I understand you. And. And I have people now, obviously in person in my life, and my partner now who sees me and understands me. And it just got me really emotional this week thinking about, like, the past version of me, which I see in a lot of you guys. She thought that no one would ever really get it. She hoped, she wished she was, like, praying, but she really thought, okay, I'm just like always gonna feel ever so slightly out of place. I'm always gonna feel like there might be something wrong with me. I. I'm always going to feel like people aren't really going to understand me or really value me and all my quirks and all my thoughts and all my weirdness and everything that I really am. And if you have grown up in a household where you weren't validated, whether intentionally or unintentionally, if you were just in a chaotic household and that happened, then that is something that's going to happen to you. But especially if you've got like a soul's yearning or a calling to be different and to do things a little bit differently, you are going to feel like that. And I want to just comfort you and let you know. Like, I had long periods in my life where I felt really alone. And I felt like breakups were always harder for me because I didn't feel like. Like that was as close to being seen as I could get, was being with someone and like, morphing into their personality and merging with them. That was the closest thing to being seen that I could get. So whenever I experienced a breakup in the past, it was like I was losing that in a massive way because I wasn't being seen. I wasn't having like that deep connection of actually being seen anywhere else in my life because my career didn't resonate with me and I didn't feel seen in that. Like, nothing really was setting my soul on fire. Nothing really was like, aligning with me and making me feel present and grounded and whole in my life. I felt spiritual, lintered. So when you feel like that, you search for wholeness in these other things and it leads to like, dependency on, like, codependency in relationships, dependency on other substances, dependency on, you know, success or hyper productivity or whatever else just to fill that void of not feeling whole. But the only thing that's actually going to fill that void is to stay strong and keep pursuing the things that do resonate with you, even if it means you need to do it alone. And just trust that when you do that, eventually when you stand there strong, shining your light as you are, even when you're in an environment where nobody can recognize that light, if you just keep on shining it, eventually someone is going to notice it and they're going to come to you. But if you keep abandoning that and morphing yourself to change and shapeshift to suit all these people in your environment, then you're never going to be able to align with the things that actually do resonate with you, truly and unfortunately, the cost of that is being lonely. Normally for a while. I won't sugarcoat it, it is being lonely for a while. But, you know, the most exceptional, most authentic, most original, most aligned people, they pay that price of loneliness because they know that it's going to be worth it. And to be inauthentic becomes more painful than being alone. That's when this shift starts to happen. And so I want you to know if you felt like for your whole life you've been like a black sheep or you've been like. Felt like you were out of place, you were never meant to fit in where you've been because you're meant for something bigger. You're meant for something else. And that is perfectly okay. You're not supposed to resonate with all of these things from your past. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. It literally just means you are meant for bigger, better and different things. And I know how lonely it is. I know how lonely it is. But the moment you leave this place that your light can be reflected back to you. And you go somewhere where it can be reflected back to you, you're going to. You're going to realize, oh, my God, I am exactly who I need to be. This whole time, I've just been standing in the wrong place. So it kind of breaks my heart when some of you. When I speak with some of you and you're telling me that you don't feel good enough, you don't feel like you fit in, and you're telling me these stories from the past and maybe how your family treated you, how people around you treated you, certain patterns you've fallen into. And I'm looking at you and I'm thinking you are literally pure magic. Like, you are incredible. You're so powerful. And all of this shit that you've been programmed with is just making you forget that it. I. It's like I can see because I've lived through it myself now. I've lived through, you know, living by my program, living by my fears, living by my past pains. And I've managed to wade my way out of that by doing the inner work by changing my environment, by going for my dreams, by getting out of that place that I used to live and moving to somewhere where I could meet people who could reflect my inner light back to me. Now I can see the dual aspect of that in everybody, where it's like I see when you're speaking from your insecurities. I See, see, when you're speaking from these wounds and these limits that the world has put on you, but I see that under that is literally a tiger waiting to be let out is literally all this power, all this passion, all this beauty that you have to share. And I want you to just remember that no matter what has happened to you, no matter if your family treated you like ass, if your friends never really got you, if you've never really had friends, if you felt alone for your whole life, you do not have to keep living by that story. You do not have to keep living by that story. And the more you try to force yourself to fit in to a story, to a world, to an environment that can't see you, the more you're not going to be able to see yourself, the longer you're going to go on and on living this experience of not seeing your true self and your true power and your true value. Because it's right there. It's right there. And especially if you're in a situation where, you know, you're in an environment where people don't really get you and it's causing you to stifle your truth and stifle your expression, please promise me that you're going to do everything in your power to start getting out of that environment. And yes, you may have to be alone for a while, but I promise you that it is so worth it. Like, I had people around me, I've always had connections and friends that I'm so grateful for, but I really had to move out of home and move abroad so that I could let go of any side of my personality that was making me play small and making me dampen my authenticity and making me hold back on going for what I truly want and being who I truly am. I had to leave my hometown for that. I had to move country for that. And I remember when I left Ireland, the day that I left Ireland, I was on the flight to Spain and I was listening to Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield. You know that song? And I was gazing out the window. I actually started playing it and I didn't have headphones in, so I started playing it out loud in the plane. It's like staring at the blank page before you, looking out the window, oh, my God, girl, get a grip. But that's. That was me. And I was like, you know what? This is a blank page. My story is still unwritten and I'm going to. I've set the intention. On the flight, when I moved to Spain, I was like, I'm gonna stop holding back. I'm going to nurture my authenticity. I'm going to be who I really am. Because I had this feeling that I was gonna meet the people that could support that, that the people who were gonna resonate with me, that the situations that the opportunities that were finally going to see me and click with me and allow me and empower me to really become my true self and my most powerful self, that they were gonna be here for me. And I said, okay, I'm gonna step off the plane in that energy like, it is my season. It is time for me to win. It is time for me to be myself. I'm not gonna keep holding myself back. I've been through enough. Like, right before I moved to Spain, I went through so much pain, you guys, so much trauma. So many things happened that I was like, no, no, this is now about me, and it's about honoring myself fully and what I want. So I listened to Unwritten, and I made the commitment to feel the rain in my skin, and I got off that plane. Everything started changing. Everything started changing. And for the first time in my life, I consistently, since moving here, have found myself in situations, relationships, opportunities, where my light is finally being reflected back to me. And I can't tell you how incredibly validating it is, but the thing that you need to do is lead the dance. I always say that, but you've got to lead that dance. So you have to have the courage to step forward as you are in your truth and release this, like, fear and release this need to play small and release this need to chameleon and shapeshift around people. Because so long as you're doing that, the things that are meant for you and the things that are going to reflect your light back to you, they can't find you. They can't see you. So now, like, I. I really am pushing this more and more and more. I've been building on it since I've moved here. But I used to be someone who, like, whenever I'd meet people, like, for the first time, I would overthink the interaction so much because I was a bit of a people pleaser. And I would be thinking, okay, let me morph into what this person wants to see and let me, you know, say something that's going to please them and make them maybe think that I'm cool and da, da, da, da, da. And I'd be so worried about how. How I was perceived by other people that, again, whatever my truth was, whatever I really wanted to Say, I would just take that, shove that in a box a million miles away. Because I was like, okay, you need to perceive me properly because I need to be liked and accepted by you so I can feel, okay. That's actually a nervous system dysregulation symptom, by the way. But we won't get into that today. But now, like, it's getting to the point where I can go out in public and have an interaction with someone who I don't really know. And not only, like, not shapeshift, that was kind of. Step one was stopping the shape shifting. Step two was just actually saying what I want to say. And even if it's a little bit weird or even if it's like a niche thing that I like or I'm interested in or that I'm doing, I'll just say the first thing that I want to say. And the beauty of this is you're casting your authenticity out. You're casting this, like, net of who you are. You're shining that light of who you are. And some people are gonna just look at you and they're not really gonna get it, and that's fine, but other people are going to get it. And when that happens, it is the most amazing feeling because they can have the permission then to reflect your light back to you and say, oh, my God, I love this thing too. And oh, my God, that's so interesting. Do you do this as well? And then it opens up dialogue and connection to that you've never had before that actually resonates with you, rather than you pretending to be this thing that you're not and there's no real connection there anyway. It's fake, it's superficial. It's a protection mechanism. It's you trying to play safe in the world and be liked, but being liked, playing safe, trying to find safety in becoming likable, is never going to be as freeing, as liberating, or as empowering as. As you just stepping forward as you are and throwing out into the world, this is who I am. And seeing who catches onto it, that's how you really start making real connections. And that is how people are able to kind of magnetize to you for who you actually are. Now, the thing is, you've gotta do this in phases. Okay, so this is something. I've spoken about this before, but when I look back on my life, like, I went from living completely from this program of fear and who I should be to now being, I think, pretty much completely 100 authentically myself most of the time. And I didn't just go from one state to the other overnight, like, flip the switch. Oh, yeah, I switched. Now I'm perfectly confident and capable to just be as I am in the world. No, like, being in your program, operating out of, like, fear of how you should be and how you should act in the world. That is actually a protection mechanism in a way. So for you to just all of a sudden stop doing that and start being, like, completely out there on authentic, your body will probably think you're in a lot of danger. If you all of a sudden just start doing that, it's going to stop you. Like, your nervous system is actually going to stop you from going all in on doing that. So this is something I learned how to do as I've just grown older. And I think it is something that can just naturally happen as you get older. But as I've grown older, like, I went from pursuing a career that I had no interest in to setting up my own business. That was one step towards authenticity. And then, you know, I started changing how I showed up in my relationships. I started being more real, letting my humor out and allowing that to come into my connections. And I've had some really amazing friendships, and I've had, like, you know, that part of me reflected back to me, but there were still, like, even when I was doing these little steps to letting these parts of me out, there were still some parts of me that I felt were locked in a box. Okay, so when I say parts, I literally mean parts. Your whole being is made up of all these different parts of your consciousness. And being fully yourself is accepting all those parts and allowing those to come out and come through without needing to suppress them. That's what actually eliminates shame, by the way. You might have heard me talk about this before, but I used to still have some shame. Even when I started being more myself, Even when I started making good connections and good friendships and, you know, enjoying those connections in my life. Don't want to make out like I had no friendships. I definitely, definitely have had amazing friends. I still had some parts of me that I was almost ashamed of because I didn't want to talk about these things I wanted to do or these things that meant a lot to me because I knew it wouldn't resonate with those people I was in these friendships with or in these connections with or in these circles with. So slowly, slowly, slowly, I started releasing myself from this program. I started being more myself. But when I moved, that's when I was like, okay, what Have I still left in a box? What have I still locked away? And especially, like, making YouTube content and doing what I wanted to do for work, doing life coaching. I think I had told maybe, like two people about that before I moved to Spain, and I'm so grateful. The first, not the first person I told, but one of my friends back home in Ireland who I told. She was so amazing and so supportive and so interested and actually, like, really, really lit up about it and was really encouraging. So, Irene, if you're watching, I love you, girl. But, like, having that validated back to me was amazing. But still, I was nervous to even say it. Like, for me to even say it to her, I was like, it's stupid, but I want to do this thing. And, like, I've always wanted to do it. And then I started saying, oh, yeah, I might start a YouTube channel when I go away. And I slowly got comfortable saying, I want to make YouTube videos. I want to make YouTube videos, you see? So I slowly started taking these things out of the box and into the light. But when I moved to Spain, I was like, no, nothing is staying in the box anymore, girl. Because the type of friendships I was visualizing, the type of life I was visualizing that I always felt like I was, like, yearning for and destined for. I knew the ticket for that was me finally releasing all of these inner parts of me that I had been suppressing and finally letting go of this, like, shame. This not good enough. This playing small and just allowing myself to start being unable unapologetically myself. And I was really lucky. I had that whole moment of listening to Unwritten on the plane and making that decision. I was really lucky that when I got here, I was immediately in an environment of people who were really open minded, business minded, but just being in a new environment anyway lets you reinvent yourself. So I was able to just say, you know what? This is what I want to do. And I do want to start life coaching and I do want to start YouTube. And I was super, super, super lucky that, like, one of the first people I met was my now partner. And he was like, you'd be so good at that. You'd be amazing. And he, like, I literally got here and within 20 minutes I met him. It was so. It was like fate, literally. Thank God for that man. But he was so supportive in showing my light to me because he really could see it. And I remember the first time we were friends for a while before we got together, but we went for coffee one day. It was like our first little coffee date and he was just like staring at me, smiling at me. And I was like, what? And he was like, your energy is incredible. And I was like, oh my God, like nobody has ever looked at me like that and like seen me and said that to me. And I was just being myself. And I remember just feeling so, like, freed by that and so incredibly grateful that I trusted my intuition to make this move and to just start fully being myself. So, you know, my partner's been a really big support in me finally seeing my own value and finally seeing my own light. But it started with me making the decision to share that light and to stand in my authenticity fully, unapologetically, so that he could even see it, so that we could even be a match, right? Because who he is as a person as well is unapologetic like he is. This is one of the things I love the most about him. He is so unapologetically himself. Like, I've never met anyone like him, honestly. And that is such a flex. Like I've never met someone as successful, but also just free spirited and humble and kind and just down to earth as he is. Like, it's insane. So I could only be a match to him because I made the decision to be unapologetically myself as well and to embrace all these sides of myself as well. And so then we could actually see each other fully when we did meet. And, you know, I want you to know that no matter what situation you find yourself in right now, it's okay if you're not resonating with the people around you. And I want you to stop putting yourself into this box of who you should be, just to fit in somewhere that you don't freaking belong. Because the moment you start embracing yourself fully is the moment the world is going to start shifting to mirror that back to you. And you're going to start realizing that you're, you're enough. You're more than enough as you are. And being fully who you are is all you've ever needed to be. And the things that are really meant for you are going to find you. There is no way they will not. You just have to stand strong in who you are and stay open to the change, stay open to the possibilities. The world we live in and especially the way the social media is looking these days is very sometimes superficial, even in the self development space. I found for a really long time that there were no creators really that I resonated with. And the more I just started falling in love with myself and all the things about me that I might have suppressed in the past. And I started really honoring myself and my values and what I really wanted. And the more I realized I don't really resonate with a lot of the stuff online. And a lot of the stuff online is people projecting their own insecurities outward. And you know, I'm not trying to bash anyone or anything. I think there's so there is a lot of really good creators online, there's a lot of really helpful advice online. But I don't want you to even watch my videos and take everything I say as gospel. I think we all need to get used to having discernment and, and having space for ourselves and what we value and what we desire. Because let me tell you, I'm going to give you a very clear example. If I had taken relationship advice, which I wanted to for a long time because I was in three toxic relationships, I. The last relationship I was in, now I have my own unhealthy patterns, of course, that contributed to this. I'm not saying it was all the other person's fault, obviously not. But the last relationship I was in, he was very into like the red pill stuff, all of that. And I could have gone in the other direction and gone watching like all this content around how to manipulate men and how all men cheat and all men this and all men that. Because from my experience, that would have been a way that I could start thinking, that could have been a paradigm and a program that I took on to protect myself from getting hurt again in the way that I did. And a lot of women are taking this stance in relationships where it's like, okay, well you need to be smart about this. You need to just go in assuming that all men are going to cheat anyway, and you need to do this, this and this, and you need to be prepared and you need to be a high value woman. And like all of this narrative, it's all avoidance, it's all a protection mechanism because we don't want to get hurt. But if that doesn't align with who you really are and what you truly want, I implore you not to go down this route. And this applies to whether it's relationship advice, whether it's career advice, whether it's life advice. Like if you don't want to be working 18 hour days your whole life to build your business, then you don't need to subscribe to that just because people on the Internet are telling you that if you do not want to be a femme fatale or A high value woman or whatever else. You do not have to do that if that doesn't align with you. And I think, you know, if I had closed my heart and if I had become someone who decided, you know, signed this internal agreement that oh yeah, all men cheat, all men are liars, all men of this, I would never have aligned with the relationship that I'm in right now where that is not my reality. Okay? And I want you to be very careful about the things that you're subscribing to, content wise. Anything external, reality wise, that really doesn't align with you. Be careful what you're consuming, be careful what you're thinking, be careful what you're putting attention on, and be careful what you're speaking over yourself, over your life, and over what's possible for you, because that's what's creating and shaping your experience constantly. And I want you to start checking in with yourself and asking yourself, is this really what I want or is this coming from fear? Because a lot of the stuff that people are doing nowadays is just coming from fear. And if you keep thinking from the perspective of fear, you're going to keep programming an experience in reality that is laced with fear, fear. So you've got to start realizing that you are powerful. You're the one who's creating everything in your experience. Okay, everything already exists, but you're aligning with the possibilities that already exist based on the energy that you're embodying. And so, for example, if you're embodying the energy of all men are going to cheat anyway and I need to be this, this and that to protect myself, well, then you're going to attract a partner and an experience that matches that energy. So that is something I want you to watch out for. And this is something I almost fell down a rabbit hole with. Like, I was watching a lot of content around this stuff and the relationships and I started getting a really negative view on relationship because of my own experience as well. But then I started, I just kept confirming that with things I was watching online and I started developing these walls around my heart. And then I realized like, no, my vision has always been to, you know, break the generational, not generational curses, but, you know, to rebuild a family essence in my life that I didn't necessarily get when I was younger and to heal my own inner child by having a healthy marriage, by having a stable family home, by having my own children. That was always, always, always my intention. And I just thought, I'm not going to let all these experiences in the past. And I'm not going to let all this content and this narrative online change that core truth of mine, because it's been my core truth since day one. And so I'm going to do the inner work to become the woman that I need to release these fears, release these traumas, these beliefs in this way of thinking so that I can match up with this vision and this experience that is integral to me and always has been. And I'm going to take radical accountability and responsibility for the ways that I have not been embodying that energy and how I actually was part of the cause for these past relationships happening and continuing and unfolding the way that they did. Okay, so this is the stuff that you need to start doing. You need to realize you're the one in the driver's seat, Come out of your autopilot way of being, come out of the blame game. Do you know how easily I could blame all of my ex boyfriends for all of these things? But I don't. Because there's two people in the relationship. You're the one standing in the relationship nobody likes is hold. Well, I hope nobody's. Nobody's holding you hostage. Nobody forced you into that relationship. And you've got to be aware of the pattern that drove you to the place that you're in. And if it's a place where that does not align with you and your vision, then you're gonna be the one that has to break the pattern that takes you out of that place. The other person is not gonna break that pattern for you. And I promise you, that is really all you have to do and you can actually have what you want. I think we also sometimes think, like it's too good to be true. If that's what you tell yourself, then that's what you're going to experience. And you nothing is too good to be true. So long as you have the courage to keep walking away from the experiences that don't align with your dreams. If you can promise yourself that you will have the courage to do that, to get up and walk away from anything that doesn't align with your dream life, then you can have anything you want. That's all you really, really need. Over and over again. I keep having these moments like it happened this week. I was in the gym earlier this week and I thought to myself, how the hell did I get here? How did I get here? Like, I honestly it. Sometimes I feel like I'm literally in a dream. It's insane. I was like, how did I get here, especially my relationship, because that was something part of me was always like, I'm gonna be alone forever. Like, I'm never gonna figure this out. But I got here because I had the balls to keep leaving the city. Situations that did not serve me and did not align with my inner light, my truth, and my dream life. And I would have got here so much faster if I could have made those decisions and exited those situations faster. But it's just something you have to learn over time. And the fear of things getting worse, like the fear that there isn't better out there, is what keeps you in shitty situations. But I promise you, you will never, ever, ever be let down, be disappointed. When you make a decision that supports your truth and supports your intuition. You are always going to be given something better when you do that. Always. Not once, not one time in my life have I made a decision that was. That scared the hell out of me, that forced me to move and forced me to change my situation. But a decision that was for my greater good and for my truth and what I really wanted. Never in my life have I made a decision like that and has it not resulted in something a thousand times better. Coming into my experience, it always, always had. And all you need for this is to just have a little bit of courage to step into the unknown. You need to have that, like, vision that, like, okay, if I stay here, it's going to keep feeling like this. I'm going to keep feeling like I don't belong. I'm going to keep feeling like I'm not seen. If I leave, if I go out on my own, yes, I'm going to be scared. Yes, I'm going to be lonely. But it is a price that I'm willing to pay. Because that is where my alignment, my blessings, my dreams are going to find me. The more little decisions like that you can make, the more you strengthen that muscle and the more your intuition is going to get louder and the more you're going to just start actually falling in love with yourself. And then the easier and easier it's going to get to keep making decisions that honor you and honor your vision and honor your dreams. Because you know it always pays off. That's all for this week, guys. I hope this video helped. Please remember, you have got everything you need to align with the life of your dreams. No matter what's happened to you, no matter who hurts you, no matter who hasn't seen you, if you haven't been seen for your whole life, I promise you to you it's just because you've been standing in a place that your light cannot be reflected back to you. It does not mean that your light is not there, because it is. And it is shining so bright. You just need to move to a place where people can reflect that back to you. I hope this video helped. I love you all so much, and I will see you next week.
