A short YouTube monologue (by Elay Amitay Halevi) warning that phrases like “I'll never…” spiritually contract one’s energy and can block opportunities or miracles. The speaker explains how such limiting language lowers vibration, creates avoidance patterns (e.g., rejecting people who resemble an ex), and offers a corrective mantra promoting openness to the Creator’s possibilities.

Have you ever said these phrases? Because these phrases could be holding you back from miracles. I'll never talk to them again. I'll never shop there again. I'll never date someone like that again. These words, and many like them, feel strong, but spiritually they are weak. Because every time you say I'll never, you contract your energy. You. You block off a piece of the world from your life and the light trying to flow into it to help you. If you'll never go to that restaurant, what if you're supposed to meet your soulmate at that restaurant? If you're never going to go to that country again, what if there is a business transaction or a deal that will change your whole life happening in that country? We do not want to block the Creator from whatever the Creator wants to give us. In fact, when I say I'll never, how does that feel energetically to you? Does your vibration drop? Do you feel inspired or do you feel limited? Sometimes we get hurt. So now we say, I'll never date someone like that again. But here's the trap. If you don't heal the wound behind that experience, you'll reject anyone who even slightly reminds you of your ex. Here's a mantra for you. I choose expansion over limitation. I stay open to all of the Creator's possibilities.
