A short motivational monologue advising listeners who are in conflict with their partners to avoid punitive silence and attempts to change the other person. Instead, the speaker urges focusing on self-growth, cultivating self-worth and inner certainty, and examining why one attracts such situations (e.g., low self-worth). Living from that self-valuing vibration will allow the rest to be resolved.

If you're going through an argument or some kind of disconnect with your partner right now, there will be a part of you that will try to punish them, even without words. Often this happens by being silent. Because we want to teach them a lesson. We think it's a way of setting some kind of a boundary with them. Either way, the focus is on how do I change them as opposed to how do I grow myself? You see, miracles and clarity only come when a person is focused on elevating who they are. The more we are focused in trying to convince the other person of being a certain way. We are interfering with creation in ways that always brings chaos. The only answer is to grow your own certainty and to ask yourself, why am I attracting the situation in the first place? Is it low self worth? Is it that I don't appreciate myself? Is it that I do not value who I am? To value who I am is not to blame the other person. It's to look inside and truly feel the power of of who I am. To live with that power, to live with that vibration. And the rest will be taken care of.
