Hi everyone. Welcome or welcome back to the channel. Today I'm going to be walking you through how to get dangerously focused. So I speak to a lot of people who are really driven people with really big goals, really big aspirations, but they can't seem to stick to the plan, they can't seem to see it through to the end to actually achieve the goal that their heart is yearning for. Okay, so I'm going to take you through a four step process, process to get dangerously focused on your goal so you can actually start achieving it. And this is going to be very simple, very straightforward, actual things that I've shared with my community and my clients that I've seen work time and time again. So step one is to start commanding your attention. This is literally module one. In my community, I teach people how to start taking control of their attention. It seems super basic and super simple, but it has such a massive dramatic effect on every single person that comes into the community and does that. Because a lot of the people that are doing this stuff, they already have some success, they already have some progress, they have some goals that are just out of reach. And the missing ingredient and the reason they keep falling off track and losing momentum is because they simply lack the attention to do so. This world, this society, the way things are set up, is designed to basically take our focus and take our attention. And your attention is your life force. So if you want to get focused on your vision, on your, on your dream life, on achieving your goals, you're going to need your life force. You're going to need to take the energy, the attention that's been gifted to you in this physical form and put it towards what you want. But if you're energetically drained, so we can see here this man in the red bubble, which most of us are, you're going to simply lack the life force, the attention to put on something else. So typically a regular person is extremely energetically drained. Because everything is designed to steal our attention. Social media, people's opinions, gossip. We're programmed to place a lot of importance on external things, news. And even the way social media operates, the algorithm is based off triggering our emotions so that it can feed off our attention. So like scrolling through TikTok, for example, that is you leaking your life force energy out constantly to all of these different things, all of these opinions, and you're left at the end of the day, whether you're thinking negatively about your job, your relationships, you're gossiping, you're complaining, you're focusing on news, you're Focusing on drama, you're watching tv, you're scrolling on social media, you're left at the end of the day completely energetically depleted. So even if we look at this, let's say you've got this full thing is your capacity, that's your full energetic bubble. But because you're spending it constantly on all these things outside you that don't give you any energy back, you, you are energetically depleted at the end of every single day. You have used up your tank, you have exhausted your energetic battery, you've paid attention to all these things that aren't paying you and aren't giving you anything back. And so you are left empty. So step one is to simply take that attention and that focus back off everything that's draining you. And your attention is so key because what you're placing attention on basically dictates what information gains access to you and your subconscious mind. So you're actually being programmed as well by everything that you're placing your attention on. Like one thing, a really dramatic small shift that you can make is to just stop consuming content for a few days. I have a three day challenge in my community in module one, where I get everyone to write down what's been stealing your focus, what can you swap it out for that's actually aligned with you and going to serve you. And I essentially just get everyone for three days to completely turn the volume down on all the distractions, on everything that's been stealing their energy and their attention. What happens is this energy bubble that you've got starts to recharge. So you were down here, now you're up here and automatically you are going to find it easier to focus because first of all, your mind is more clear because it's not full of all this junk that you've been programmed with throughout the day normally. And then second of all, you simply just actually have more life force because you haven't spent it away. So think about your attention, right? Think about it like you're, you're paying attention. You're actually paying with your life force into something. When you put your attention on it, it is very serious. Especially if you've got big goals and a big vision for yourself and for your life. You're not going to get there if you're wasting away your life force constantly on all of this irrelevant shit that doesn't actually serve you or your vision. So people who are very, very successful, they are locked in only spending their life force on their passions, on things that are going to serve them, on things that are going to give them energy. So I know a lot of you are sitting there thinking, I would love to have this outcome. I would love to be rich, I would love to do better in business, I would love to set up a business. But you're still going about your day, paying your life force energy to all of this random stuff. If that's you, you're never going to have enough energy to actually start building momentum and getting laser focused on what you actually want because you're drained. Your battery is dead. Okay? So recharge your energetic battery by taking control of your attention. Clean up your routines, change your environment to make it easier not to get distracted. Like, do the basic, basic things knowing that this is what you're achieving in doing that. This is really a superpower now that you know this, this is a tool. This is the ultimate hack. And, you know, successful people know this. And I even know for myself, if I feel I've got, like a big vision coming up and I've got a big goal that I want to work towards and I need to get focused, I will literally delete social media. I'll fast for a day. I'll clear out everything. Anything that feels like noise, anything that's stealing my attention at all, it's gone. I'll put out my outfits for the next couple of days so I'm not having decision fatigue. I will just get super, super, super simple and basic. No distractions, no nothing for a few days. And that fills up and recharges my life force so much that I then have all the energy, all the clarity, and all the focus to put towards my vision. So it almost always results in some kind of quantum shift just by you taking control of your attention. Think about it like this. You're the vessel for this goal, for this dream, for this vision to come to life. There needs to be enough energy in your vessel in order to actually birth this thing. Okay? So you can't skip step one. And a lot of people do, and they're just trying to write their goals down and do it. And. And they can't do it. Do step one. And step two will be so much easier. All right, step two. You want to connect to an exciting vision. And every word that I said there is intentional. You want to connect to an exciting vision. Okay, so I speak to a lot of successful people who end up getting very stuck. I speak to a lot of driven people who end up just stuck in patterns of sabotage, feeling like they can't break above a certain threshold. And almost always, if I ask them, what's your vision? They get flustered. They're like, I don't know. And people can be scared sometimes to set a vision if it's really outside their current experience of reality. But that's the exact thing that's keeping you stuck is that disconnect from where you're freaking going. Okay, So I had a client who she wanted to set up. For the longest time, she wanted to set up her own business and she had like invested in crypto course and all of these things. And she was also working a full time job and she could not get herself to sit down and just start working on something on some kind of side hustle. And I kept asking what was her why? And she was saying, oh, I want more money, I want more this, I want more that. That was too small of a why? It was too small of a vision to actually get her to sit down and get outside her comfort zone and push herself to do this extra work. Right. It wasn't until we got super clear about what this really meant for her and what the vision with this was that she started actually wanting to sit down and focus on building this thing. So she ended up switching the business model to something that was exciting to her, which is AI and so she could actually connect to that. So when I said exciting, let me write down that word. It needs to be exciting. And I'm sorry if you fell for the hustle culture, because I have as well. But let me tell you, like the difference in my client, when we switched the goal from I'm going to do crypto to make some money because I want money to I'm going to do AI because it aligns with what I'm interested in and I'm excited about it. And the version of me that I could become in doing this and the service that I could provide to people, all of a sudden, this massive procrastination block that she had disappeared and she started working why? Because it was genuinely exciting to her. That vision was exciting. And so, I mean, I see I've seen this in my own life as well. I used to have a marketing agency and I had to like force myself to think about why I was doing that. Because if we think about, okay, what's your why? Whatever goal you have right now, what's your why? If your why is I want to make money, I don't have space to write this. I want to make money to then be able to, I don't know, set up this horse sanctuary, Isle of horses. So that's what came to mind. And then I'm going to be able to save a lot of animals and then I'm going to be happy. Do you see how happy is a million steps removed from step one, from the first thing, Right. If you can close that distance. I want this vision. Why? Because it's going to make me happy. I want this goal. Why? Because it's going to make me happy. Your motivation, your level of focus and clarity is going to go through the roof because you're connected energetically, emotionally to that vision. And so that's the difference between someone who's locked in and focused and working 12, 14, 18 hour days and it not feeling like work, it not feeling like anything. And this is what's going to put you in the 1%. I'm going to be just be so honest with you. Work ethic is important. Yes. All of these other things I'm going to share with you are so important, like having your focus, your clarity, everything. But if you're not working on something that is genuinely meaningful to you, you are going to not be number one in that field because number one is going to be the person who it means something to. If you're competing with a group of people and most of those people are more connected and excited about, for example, AI. Like if I were to go into AI right now, I will be bet by most people because I don't care that much about AI. Okay? But there are people who love it. They love it and they're going to beat me. Why? Because they're obsessed. They love it. And so what would the thing be that you could do for hours and not get bored? What was the thing be that just lights you up and you could do it without getting paid for it? What is the things that you did? What are the things that you did when you were younger that you have disconnected from that you could reconnect to in your vision? If you can find things in your life that you genuinely just love on a soul level and you can find a way to make money off them, you are going to be extremely successful because that's when you're able to get locked in and get into flow state. And the things that you produce from that level are entirely different because you've got like a soul resonance with this thing. Okay? So if I even compare myself when I was doing my marketing agency versus now when I do mindset work, my marketing agency, I had to force myself. I was thinking, okay, my why is I'm going to get like freedom. I'm Going to be able to have business skills. And those were important to me, but it was too many steps removed from what I was actually doing. And so it was a good stepping stone for me. But now what I'm doing is I'm doing this work because I freaking love it. Because I'm obsessed with it. Because I was doing it for years before I had content, before it was a business, before I got paid in any capacity for it. So if you can find that thing, you're going to make the shift, which is what I've seen from forcing myself to have to lock in, forcing myself to have to sit down, forcing myself to have to think about long term. Okay, how is this going to work out for me and connect to a greater vision to. When I sit down now and do this work, I lose track of time. When I sit down now and do this work, I get into flow state. And I don't want to stop it because I love it. Right. And so this is what I mean when I say you're connected to the vision. To the point that not working on it would feel worse than working on it. Okay? So it needs to be something that's exciting to you. And a lot of people are blocked from doing this by fear and by their old identity and by their limiting beliefs, which we're going to get into in a second. But I just want to ask you, what would you do if you weren't afraid? What would you do if money was not a thing and you could just pick something, start really thinking bigger. I know times in my life where I've lost momentum in the things that I was doing. It's because I was disconnected from my vision. And maybe my vision got too small and it wasn't exciting anymore. So make it exciting. Ask yourself, what would you do if you weren't afraid? And go for that. And then I want you to actually connect, right? And really think about it. So you can write this down. You can visualize it, you can imagine living it, whatever you want to do. You can make a vision board. All of these things are really good practices. Why? Because imagination is reality. So as within, as without. You need to connect your consciousness to this dimension, to this quantum field of possibility in order for it to begin to materialize physically through your physical vessel. Until you imagine it clearly, until you picture it and create it in your mental reality, it cannot exist for you physically. It needs to exist vibrationally within you first. Okay? So you're the one who's going to have to connect your consciousness to this reality. To this vision. Otherwise it's not going to happen physically. It cannot happen. Everything that is in physical reality first existed as a mental image. Even in the hermeticism we see, the universe is mental and the all is mind. So everything that exists actually first existed as a mental image of the all. Okay? And this is the illusory 3D plane that we're living in. And if you want to see something as a 3D illusion in front of you, you have to create it as a 4D picture in your mind first, and it would be projected then outward. Okay? The moment you get more serious about what is in your mental landscape and about connecting really, really, really, truly connecting to this vision is the moment that your physical reality will lose its. Its grip on you and it will start to shift dramatically. So this is your dream, this is your life. And I want you locked in with a vision that sets your soul on fire, because that's going to get you more focused than anything else. You can overcome any. Any perceived limitation or any perceived flaw that you have. There's actually a quote that I love. Let me see if I can find it. Okay, so this is a quote from Thinking Grow rich. I absolutely love it. When you simply work for yourself or for your own personal gain. Your mind will seldom rise above the limitations of the undeveloped personal life. But when you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break bounds, Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new world, a great world, a wonderful world. Dormant powers, faculties, and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a larger man by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be. That's Christian D. Larson. So this. I love that quote so much, and it is so true. Connecting yourself to an exciting vision allows you to transcend your old self so fast and discover things about yourself that you could never even believe were there. Step two. Exciting Vision is so important, and it's so important that you really, really, really start to connect to it and stay connected to it. Visualize it every day, write it down every day. Do whatever you need to do. Be obsessive with this. Okay? People are doing this. I know super, super successful people who do this constantly, every month, they're writing down the vision, the goals, everything. And it works. It expands you. So write it down, write it clearly, and make it exciting. Step three, you need to surrender the old mind. And this is the one thing that is going to slow you down once you've connected to your vision is your old doubts Your old logic, your old insecurities, your. Your old way, how trying to figure it out, trying to force it into existence. No, you are going to get in the way. So I wanted to give this visual. Basically, this is you currently, and this, these are your different thoughts and your different paradigms. It's the way that you look at the world, it's how you focus, it's what you believe is possible, and it's how you believe things should be or things can be. The paradigms that you currently hold in your mind are the things that have gotten you the current physical results that you have in front of you. So after you've connected to your vision, these old paradigms, these old thought patterns are not going to be the ones that take you there. So you've got to start stepping outside of that old paradigm, that old mind, if you really want to start moving towards this new vision. Especially if it's one that you know is like an entirely different dimension and a different experience. It's going to be a different version of you by the time you get there. It won't be you. Because this version of you sitting here today got you the results that you have right now, today. So rather than diving into your limiting beliefs and dwelling on all the ways that you can't get to this thing, I want to give you a little shortcut and a little hack. And I'm going to share with you through an example of one of my clients. He basically came to me and he was a super, super driven guy. He had a sales agency that he just set up and he was hustling like, I mean, he was putting in 20 hour days, he was super motivated, he had a clear vision, he was excited about it. And he even had like an identity framework. He had all the things that you needed. But the one thing that was blocking him is he would not surrender and let go of control to the point that he was able to get out of his own way. So this, I almost want you to think about this like you're living in this, in this character. You are consciousness playing a character. And the character that you're playing is what's going to block you from moving towards the vision unless you get space from the character. So he was still, even though he was doing all the right things, he was still playing the old character because he was trying to force everything and figure out everything from his old perspective and his old mindset. What he did is he started meditating every morning to gain awareness and gain space. And he was dropping out of the character and into the player of the character, into the observer, into the pure consciousness energy. And from there he was able basically to come over here. He was able to basically separate and come out of thinking that this was all of who he was, all these thoughts, all these beliefs, all these perspectives that he had. He thought that was just who he was. But when he started meditating, what that did is it created space between his old mind and his consciousness, his observer state. And he was able to see all his old patterns and all the ways he was looking at things that were limiting him. And because he knew from meditating and he surrendered and he realized, I'm so much bigger than this old character, he was able to then let a lot of that go without needing to go in and directly rewire any beliefs or anything like that. He literally just realized he wasn't just this ego who had this beliefs. So within a few weeks he was able to release all these limitations, all this like struggle that he was identified with, because he stopped identifying with it. He surrendered. He made space. He let go of the old mind. So this is really about connecting to the divinity within you and that higher consciousness, creative aspect within you. And you can't be connected to, to that when you're so in your ego and in your old self. So one of the best ways you can do this is you just sit down in silence for 10 to 30 minutes a day in the morning and just create that space. Another way you can do it is through journaling anything that gives you space and stillness and reflection and awareness. As soon as you become the observer of the self, you're no longer identified with the self. So anything that you can do to go into that observer energy that will start to disconnect you from your old self and you'll be able to open up to new ways of thinking and new ways of looking at your vision and your situation. I really want to emphasize the importance of the surrender of this. Okay, so your ego is going to really want to try and figure this out. And if you keep trying to figure it out from your old mindset, you're going to stay in the same situation, especially your logic. We live in a very left hemisphere world. Your logical side of you is going to really try to start computing this and think, well, how is it going to happen? Well, where is the evidence this, that that's what's going to kill it, that's what's going to infuse you with doubt, it's going to slow you down and it's, it's Just not going to work. Because you, you, your logic here, up until this moment can only understand everything that you've experienced physically up until this moment. Because your logical, ego driven side is programmed by the physical world. So if you're introducing a vision that you haven't physically experienced at all, and you're just imagining this and you're writing it down, your logic cannot compute that. So you don't need to listen to it. What you need to do is surrender and let go of trying to figure it out. Because what happens then is you allow your consciousness to continue to stay connected to this vision even though your logic can't figure it out. And then what will happen is you'll start getting intuition, okay, that comes through your right hemisphere, that imaginative side of you. It'll come through your body like a feeling. And it's not going to be logical. But that intuition is going to prompt you to take inspired actions. And the inspired actions are going to be what manifest this thing, thing physically for you, not the actions from your old logic. And actually what happens here is basically you're connecting your consciousness to this dimension, to this, the frequency of this reality. When you refuse to allow your old logic to come in and crash your party, you're allowing yourself to start tuning energetically to that frequency. And when you do that, then your logic starts catching up and giving you ideas and ways. How so not only do you get intuition from your subconscious mind from connecting your consciousness to this vision, but you also, eventually your logic starts catching on because your subconscious mind does not know the difference between something that's real and imagined unless you tell it the difference. Okay, so this is like a catch 22, but you want to be very delusional. You want to be really concentrating on your vision and don't let your logic tell you that this is impossible. That's how you really start to introduce this frequency to your energy. That's how you start priming into that reality. And then your logic can start going, okay, what about this? And as well as that, you'll get intuition from your subconscious from being connected to that vision. And I can't, I can't describe to you until you experience this how it works. I'm very a logical person by nature. I have been my whole life. This is like the secret sauce that you people don't want you to know because you're so powerful. When you realize this, when you realize you're not this logical, ego driven self bound by your physical circumstances. You are a creator, you are fractal of God. Consciousness. So you have God creative powers within you. But you have to step outside this logical, humanistic perspective in order to realize this nature and in order to get those divine insights that are going to propel you towards this vision. I've had the craziest intuitive things happen, like stupid little specific things and then really big things. And they always, always have been breadcrumbs that led me to my grand vision. And they're things that my logic from my old self never would have come up with. Never, ever, ever. So get okay with it not making sense and get okay with just letting that go. Because of course it's not going to make sense to this old version of you, but you're not going to stay this version of you. It makes sense to the version of you who's already there and that's who you're becoming. So this doesn't matter. If you stay entrapped and enmeshed in your old way of thinking, you're not going to even believe this is possible and you're going to lose focus. A lot of people, they lose focus. Like my client that I mentioned a minute ago, she really just didn't even believe in her vision for a long time, and so she didn't stay focused. Why would you. If you don't think something's possible, why would you sit down and put in the reps and do the work towards it? You won't. Okay. And as well, if you're forcing actions from your old mindset and you feel like you just don't really know what you're doing, you're going to lose focus. You're not going to have momentum. It's going to feel like you're just shooting in the dark and you don't know what you're doing. So you've got to be okay with not knowing how the hell you're going to get there and be okay with just questioning your old mindset and stepping outside of it. That's going to help you stay focused because you're going to start thinking differently about the vision. You're going to start having new perspectives, new ideas, new everything. And that's going to help you see, stay on the path and actually start doing the things that are going to get you there, which is going to keep you focused. Because what's going to happen next, which is step four, you're going to start building momentum by taking aligned actions. And once you have momentum, it's actually easier to focus than it is to stop focusing. In a weird way, this happened with my client who finally surrendered and got out of the way and started opening up to all the ways this could happen and all the perspectives. And he literally really released control. And he started getting insane insights and ideas and intuitions as soon as he started surrendering and relaxing and getting out of his own mindset. When he started really just relentlessly taking action on every intuition, every divine whisper, every nudge, whatever you want to call it, he built momentum through so quickly to the point that he was like, planning retreats. He was networking with, with different groups of people. He was joining different groups. He changed his environment. Like, everything changed really, really quickly because he built momentum. And then he was at a point where there was no going back. It was easy for him to focus. It was easy for him to be this version of him. And when you're in that energy, you're dangerous. You're locked in with your vision. You've got momentum. You. You're moving towards what you want, and nothing can knock you off that. Then you start getting results that the old you never would have been able to predict or realize. And then it's just a snowball, right? The amazing thing about this is you are only ever a few decisions away from building momentum in a new direction. And the first couple of decisions, they can be excruciating. And if they're excruciating, I want to let you know that that's okay. That doesn't mean you shouldn't make them. It's a sign that you're exiting your comfort zone. So you're completely exiting this old frequency and this old way of thinking. It's a sign that you're reaffirming that you are this new version of you who is going to align with the energy of your vision. It's a sign of growth, and it's a sign that you're changing trajectory in a new direction and you're building momentum in a new direction. So maybe the first decision you make is going to put you way outside your comfort zone, but your intuition, you had this, this idea, so you have to follow it. The second one is still quite difficult. The third one is difficult, but after that, the ball is rolling, right? So even my client, he had this idea to bring in this new service in his business. And at first it felt really weird for him to do that, but after the first few times he did it, he realized, no, no, no, this is really something. And I can see now how it actually is contributing to the vision, because in the beginning, he couldn't see it. And the thing is, you're gonna have to jump before you're ready and start building momentum with these aligned actions. You're not gonna be ready, and I want you to stop waiting to be ready. Like, that's gonna keep you so stuck and keep you so unfocused. By the time you start getting these new ideas and you have an idea to do something, there's still gonna be parts of you and parts of your consciousness that are still enmeshed in the old identity. So they're gonna be parts of you that are screaming at you not to do this. That is not a reason not to do it. Those parts of you are going to fall away as soon as you actually do it. So you're going to have to jump before you're ready. You're going to have to just get the ball rolling in the new direction. But once that ball is rolling, you are going to get locked in so fast. And then it's not even going to be a question of motivation or discipline, because you're locked in with your vision and you have momentum, and it's easy to stay focused when you're in that energy. You're only ever a few decisions away from new standards, a new environment, a new focus, and a new baseline. The thing as well that you need to remember is we do not rise to our highest expectations for ourselves. We fall to our lowest standards. So you need momentum. Like, in terms of the things that you're doing, the things that you're focusing on, the actions you're taking. You need to start actually physically building momentum as soon as you get the ideas to do that, because otherwise you're going to keep falling to the standards of your past self, your minimum standards of your past self. And you're not going to be focused on your vision. Even if you take the example of going to the gym. Like, the first few times that you go to the gym, you're just like, this is terrible. I don't want to go. You're trying to talk yourself out of it the whole time. You basically have to force yourself to go because there's parts of your consciousness that are still enmeshed with the old identity and the old frequency. But you getting your ass up and going to the gym, that actually rewires your subconscious. Experiences that involve your emotions rewire your subconscious mind. And so you showing yourself, no, this is who I am now, before you feel 100% ready, starts to rewire your identity and what you think is possible. And then you go again, and then you go again, and then you go again. And now because it's rewiring your. Your energy, your perception of yourself, what you think is possible. Now you're thinking, wow, when I go to the gym next time, I'd be really excited if I could have this energy drink and I might play this playlist. Next thing you know, you're making a playlist for the gym. Next thing you know, you're excited. Next thing you know, you're like looking at your program. The next thing you know, you're dreading rest days more than you're dreading going to the gym. Why? Because you've built momentum by taking aligned actions in line with your vision. And you're. You're more and more connected to the vision the more the snowball builds to the point that you don't want to lose focus. You don't want to come off that track because it's who you are now. Okay? So that is how you become dangerously focused. Step one, you command your attention. Recharge your energetic battery and stop spending your life force on all of this stuff that's draining you. You need that energy for yourself and for what your soul is asking you to do. Okay? You owe it to yourself. So get your attention back. Get your life force back. Realize it's not worth it. Step 2. Connect to a vision. Connect to an exciting vision, one that sets your soul on fire. And really connect to it. Make sure it's something that I want this because it excites me. Not I want this because it gives me this, which would give me this and that might excite me. No, close that gap. Make it exciting and really connect to it. Step three, you want to surrender the old mind. Get space from the old way of thinking. You can do this through meditation, through journaling, anything that's going to give you self awareness. So you stop sabotaging your vision with logic and doubt and insecurity, and you start actually opening up to the fact that you are a divine creative being with creative God consciousness within you. Okay? Do whatever you can to reconnect with that and get outside your old limitation, your old logic and your ego's way of looking at things. Realize that's just a character, but you're the consciousness. So you can play a new character, a character that aligns with this and doesn't sabotage it. That's going to help you stay super focused because you're not going to get in your own way anymore. Step four is to build momentum with aligned action. So as soon as you've gotten the old character out of the way, you start actually aligning with the vision and you start opening up to this thing actually happening to you, you're going to get inspired action. You're going to get ideas for inspired action. As soon as you get the ideas, as soon as you have the new perspective, the nudge, you take action. Do not sit on it. And the first action you take, you're not going to feel ready. That's okay. Do not wait to feel ready. The fact that you have the idea means you're ready enough. You wouldn't have it if you weren't ready to act on it. So there's going to be parts of you that resist it. That's fine. As soon as you take the action, you're going to rewire those parts. Then you take another action and another one. Now you have momentum. As soon as you have momentum, congratulations, you have become momentum. Dangerously focused.
