Why the universe tests you right before blessing you

A first-person motivational/spiritual talk explaining why life often feels worse just before major positive change: the speaker argues that external reality mirrors internal consciousness ("as within, so without") and that suffering/tests occur to reveal unconscious, fragmented parts of the psyche (vulnerable/shadow vs protector). The talk gives a model for identifying and integrating those parts—notice triggers, locate sensations in energy-centers, dialogue and reassure the wounded part, then take practical actions—to shift state of being so one can access a higher-frequency reality. The speaker supports claims with personal anecdotes (toxic-relationship cycle, career detours) and closes with practical steps and paid coaching/community offers.

So you're trying to manifest something, you're trying to manifest wealth, you're trying to manifest a relationship, you're trying to manifest a holiday. But as you're moving closer and closer to that level, up to that next experience, that next dimension, you just feel worse and worse and worse. And I want to make this video to remind you that it is always darkest before the dawn. Things fall apart right as they are about to just come together for you. And I'm going to explain to you in this video the kind of deep inner workings of the universe as to why that's actually happening so you can really, truly understand it on an internal deep level, so you can actually navigate those stormy waters and come out the other end in the reality that you are trying to match up to. Because the problem is we get sucked into the test, we get sucked into the challenge. We fall victim to whatever is going on. And we think. We think that it's evidence that what we want is not coming because that's what it can feel like and that's what it can look like, when in fact the opposite is true. So we're going to get into it today. But the first thing I want you to know and the first point we're going to get into, if you don't understand how these points are related to what I just said, just stay with me because it's all going to come together. Every single thing that's in your reality can only exist because it is resonant with your state of consciousness up until this moment in time. Anything that you have in front of you is a reflection of something that was within your energy. It couldn't be in your life otherwise it is impossible. So it is either something you have embodied energetically or something you've subconsciously picked up on from other people. So even if it's something you may be looking at thinking, well, I didn't want this poverty mindset. I didn't want this toxic relationship pattern. I didn't make this. It's not that you went out and you went shopping for this pattern that is not serving you. It's that if you don't program yourself, you're going to pick up on the program of the people around you. So whether it's something you inherited or something you created, it is within you and it can be conscious or unconscious. So we all have many, many different parts of our consciousness and a lot of those are unconscious. So 95% of what is within us is actually unconscious. So even though you not be consciously thinking all the time I want a toxic relationship, right? Something in your subconscious is bringing that to you. It's within you, as within. So without. Everything in your life is a reflection of your internal world. And you will only achieve outer flow in your life when you achieve inner flow in your being. So. So if you're setting a goal to go to another reality that is different to this reality that you have been in, you're going to have to be in a different state of consciousness in order to be resonant with a different reality. It can't be this state of consciousness, because this state of consciousness that you have been in up until this moment and that you're probably in in this moment right now is resonant with the reality that you are perceiving right now. So if you're gonna go over there, then you need a different state of mind, you need a different state of being. You need a different state of consciousness in order to be resonant with that different reality. This is why things are so tough, okay? You might be looking around you, looking at everyone around you, maybe looking at your friends, looking at people you grew up with. Maybe you go on a nice trip. Like, I'm in Dubai right now and I'm seeing so much wealth. And you might be looking around you thinking, how does everyone have their career figured out, right? How did all my friends just know what to do? How does everyone have relationships figured out? How are all my friends getting engaged? How does everyone have wealth figured out? How is everyone driving these sports cars in this nice place, right? And it is because those people have different parts. They have different parts in their consciousness than you do, and that's it. So it's not actually that these people are better or worse than you. We're actually all exactly the same. We're all expressions of the divine. Everything else is just added on material, temporary, and it's illusory, really. It's not really relevant. It's all just added on by virtue of us playing this physical game. However, when you come here and you descended into this material world, you had a consciousness. And you may have inherited actually some parts from past lives as well that were you brought here to overcome. But you also go through certain experiences in your life that cause you to have distress, which causes your consciousness to split and fragment depending on your level of awareness at the time, okay? And your understanding of what's going on. So the certain experiences that happen to you as you're a child, as you grow up, and your consciousness splits and fragments and it creates two Separate parts in the moment of distress, it creates the part that was vulnerable and that was hurt in the moment. And that part is usually repressed and put into the shadow. That's your shadow self. Those are the unconscious parts of you. And then you also have a protector side that had to deal with that vulnerability and deal with that difficulty. And this is usually the part that you identify as because this is the part that kept you safe in that moment. However, we grow up and we do this unconsciously, so we're not obviously doing this and thinking it out, but this is how we protect ourselves. And every single human being on the planet does this. But we go and we grow up, and we all experience completely different things, and we all process it completely different ways. And then we end up developing this overall landscape of our psyche. When we're older, some of us might have certain vulnerabilities and certain protectors that make it easier to fall in love than others and so on. For every single category in your life, no matter what it is you're trying to conquer or overcome, but that is where your patterns are born. So when you know, you know you want to change your life, you know you want something to change, but you just can't seem to get yourself to change it, it's because it's going against some part of you that's been repressed that you're unconscious of. It's not that there's anything wrong with you. It's that your psyche, your consciousness, experienced something that was stressful, and in order to protect you and keep you safe, it split and fragmented, and it repressed the vulnerability and the hurt side, and it brought in a protector aspect of you that you could identify as to keep you safe. But what happens is we get older, and those parts of us that are meant to kind of keep us safe end up limiting us and stopping us from being able to see our potential, stopping us from being able to move forward, stopping us from being able to just demand more from life and believe in ourselves and open ourselves up to potential criticism and put ourselves out there. All these limiting patterns are just born from an old desire that you had to keep yourself safe, safe. And now you're probably beating yourself up over it when that is the opposite of what you need to do. All you have to do to overcome this is accept it. And this is like, I'm really just tapping into this overall critical energy that all of us have about ourselves. That is what's keeping you stuck more than anything. Because these vulnerable parts of you, your shadow self, the unconscious parts will continue to exist so long as you keep denying them, and they will continue to have their claws in you, and you will continue to be identifying as your protector side, and you won't be able to get out of your patterns that come with that until you address the vulnerability that the protector side of you is trying to protect. So let me. Let me give you some examples because I know that that is quite convoluted material. So let's say, for example, you have a vulnerable side of you. So maybe you were young and you were very emotional as a child, and maybe some people made fun of you. Maybe your parents told you off and you got the impression that it was unsafe for you to open up emotionally as a child, so you repressed your emotional side, that part of you that wanted to show vulnerability and relate to people. And a protector side was born. And the protector is the one who tells you, don't show too much emotion. Be cold. And maybe the protector also scolds other people for showing emotion. You know, the. All these things are born from this need to protect yourself from getting hurt in that same way again. So then maybe that ripples down into you can't emotionally connect with people on the level you want to. Maybe you can't form deep relationships. Maybe you can't get into a loving, long, committed relationship because you can't have that emotional capacity with someone, okay? And then, so you're in this pattern, and it spirals, and you're like, why can't I form connections with people? Why can't I do it? And you're trying to break out of this pattern, but until you go and soothe the part of you that is really scared to show emotions, then the protector side is not going to put its weapons down because it needs to guard that part of you. So when you can actually speak directly to that part of you that needs the protection and you can reassure them that it's safe, then the need to protect goes away and the pattern dies. So we all have parts, right? That's my main point with this. And if you're looking at someone who finds something really easy compared to you, that's just because they have different parts subconsciously than you do. So there's not anything wrong with you. Your soul came here and chose to experience this experience. Your soul chose your parents, where you were gonna grow up. It shows all of those things for very specific reasons because it was your path and your journey to go on. So looking at other people and having, you know, jealousy or comparison or all these Things come in is a waste of your energy and resources because the path that you're on, you were meant to walk it and nobody else. It was specifically picked for the expansion of your soul, not anyone else's. So you must tend to what's going on in your internal world and stop looking outside you for the answers. They're in you and they're in your subconscious, and they're in all these different parts of you. So if you're wondering why your life is just so miles away from what you want it to be, please remember that it is always a reflection of you. Nothing can exist in your world if it does not exist within you, even if it's unconscious. So this is the problem that most of us face. We have things in our reality, and we're like, why is that there? And where is that coming from? If we really don't know, it's because it's something that's buried in our unconscious or our subconscious mind that we don't consciously think about as, like, locked in a box far away, and we don't even know it's there. So that obviously presents a bit of a problem, because how can we make the unconscious conscious? How can we become aware of what we're unaware of so that we can overcome it? Because when we do that, when we can pull it out of the dark, realize it's there, we can overcome it. And then when we can overcome it, we can shift our state of being, which will shift us into a new reality. You follow? So how can we make the unconscious conscious? Right. That's the big question. You're not going to like the answer. By suffering and getting triggered and not resisting. Not resisting the vulnerability that flares up, not resisting the emotions, the discomfort, the things that we don't like when they come up, that's how we become aware. So it's not comfortable and it's not fun. But suffering, learning and suffering is growth. If you were to have a conversation with God before you came down here on this earth and you were to say to God, I want to be strong, I want to be patient, I want to be kind, then God will put you on a path filled with obstacles and challenges to make you stronger. You will be forced to wait for any payoff to make you patient, right? And you would be met with, you know, unkindness and harshness in order to make you kind. All of these things that you're facing in your life are not random. They're actually handcrafted and designed for you to overcome the parts of yourself that are blocking you from going where you're meant to go in this life. But we block our blessings because we're like, why is this happening? This is so bad. I'm such a victim. Nobody else has it as hard as me. Listen, your suffering is there to teach you something. It's not there just to punish you. You're not being punished. You're being built and you're being shown. You're being shown what needs to change in order for you to go exactly where you're meant to go. But your ego is so in the way and your pride is so hurt by whatever it is that's going on that you can't see the lesson. And the lesson is, this is showing you something. It's showing you a part of you that can't come with you to where you're trying to go. When you set a goal, you can guarantee that you're going to be put down a path that is going to illuminate the parts of you that can't come with you to that goal. We just spoke about the fact that. That you here in this reality can't be the same. You there in that reality, it is a different frequency. You can't say the same. You have to be in a different state of being. So all the different parts of your consciousness, they can't all come with you. There are certain parts of your consciousness that are not resonant with where you're trying to go. And so when you set the goal, you're going to be put on the most divine path that you're not going to understand with your conscious human mind. But you're going to have to trust that this is the path, no matter how strange it looks, because it's going to give you the exact hurdles and the exact obstacles that you need to face in order for your consciousness to shift to the exact state that is resonant with what you want. So this is going to look like lessons, tests, challenges, failures, setbacks, all in the name of you becoming aware of. Of parts of yourself that you were unconscious of so that you could shed them, so that you could be in a state of consciousness that is resonant with where you're going. That's the whole point. That is the whole journey that you're on. Even if you can't see how. Even if you can't see how, there's always a bigger plan that you can't see right now. And I don't care how bad it is, guys. In my worst times and in my darkest Days. It was all preparing me for my greater good. It was all preparing me for everything I had been wishing for for years and years and years. My biggest blessings and my biggest breakthroughs have always come after my biggest breakdowns. Because in the breakdown, I found the parts of myself. I got deep into my subconscious. I got deep into all the vulnerable sides of me that I have repressed and pushed away. I gave them attention. I gave them what they needed, and that released them. And when I released them, I shifted and moved exactly where I was trying to go. And in the most divine way that my logical mind never could have planned or figured out. But looking back, I can see that me, before going through all of this, never would have been able to live what I'm living now. It was not made for that version of me. It was made for the version of me who was able to go through those challenges and face and release the parts of myself that just couldn't come to that level. So about maybe three years ago, I was visualizing living this exact life that I live right now. And I was taken on this massive detour, right? I wanted this relationship that I'm in right now. I wanted to have the career that I have right now, the lifestyle, everything. Everything that I have right now. It's insane, but I was always. Whenever I would visualize or I think about what I want, it was always this life that I'm living right now. And I never knew how I was gonna get there, but I knew I wanted it. And I was in. Guys, I was in a toxic relationship cycle like no other. I was just going to narcissist after narcissist, trying to heal them, trying to fix them. I had so many limiting. I couldn't even admit that this is something that I wanted to do. I had so many limiting beliefs around showing up online, doing coaching. Like, could I even make money doing that? I didn't even think it was possible. I was so embarrassed to even admit that it was something I wanted to do everything right. And I was living in Ireland. I had no way of knowing how I was gonna move. So the universe heard my request. They heard me say, this is what I want. And they said, okay, we're gonna put you down this path, right? They put me on a path. Huge. What felt like a massive detour, but it was actually the exact path I needed to go down to become who I am today. Because on that path, I, you know, met someone who helped me start up a business, who helped me end my toxic relationship cycle because it was that just eye opening as a bad experience, you know, at the time, it was suffering, of course, that made me open my eyes and realize and actually reflect on myself like, I've done this over and over again. It's not the other person. All this suffering I did, I started a. I left my nine to five. I struggled to make ends of me. I moved to the wrong place, I moved to London. Like, I went down all these roads and all these paths that caused me to then kind of hit a rock bottom. But I learned in the process to release the parts of me that were trying to fix someone. The parts of me that were chasing a relationship that was really bad for me. The parts of me that were trying to do things, that were pleasing other people, not listening to my own intuition. I had to teach myself that it was safe to let go of all these behaviors that were really, really limiting me. And in doing that, I had to face the vulnerable parts of me that were so hurt that those behaviors even came in in the first place. And it took me going on this massive detour and going so wrong to learn these lessons and shed all those parts of me so that I could really start going right again. So that was about a two year process, or maybe a year really all in all, but that was about a year process. But I'll tell you right now something I wish I knew back then, which I know now, so I'm going to save you some time. I made the process longer and I took the long route because I resisted the universe every step of the way. So when you're faced with something that at face value, you're like, this isn't what I want. This is bad. I'm uncomfortable. Right? Your only job is to stop resisting. Because the more and more you resist and you push back against it and you say, this isn't what I want, this is bad. And you label it and you push it away. And especially when that vulnerable side of you comes up, the part that's scared, the part that's hurt, and you push it away, and you push it away and you don't listen to what it has to say, the longer it's going to stay there. And if. If the universe is sending you something for you to uncover a part of yourself and overcome it, what it really wants you to do is to notice the vulnerability. Okay, so, for example, this toxic relationship cycle, I was in it. The universe showed me, right? Okay, if any of you have been in this cycle or have friends that are like this, you'll know you have to Come to these realizations yourself and like, you know, it can be so obviously bad in the moment, but when you're in it, it's so difficult to see it. So, you know, in that relationship I had the most awful things happening that like now I'm like, I would never, ever, ever deal with that. But at the time, because I had all these different parts in my consciousness, I saw that as an acceptable relationship. I saw that as the only form of love that I was familiar and safe with, right? So the universe brought me into this relationship. It had so many things I wanted, but it had very obviously a toxic pattern that I was kept getting caught up in. And if things happened to illuminate things to me and it illuminated parts of me and I was so uncomfortable with it that I was like, I'd rather not do the deep work. I'd rather not look at my shadow, I'd rather not face why I'm even tolerating this and go into that. I can't do it right now. So I'm gonna just go back into this relationship and elongate this lesson, right? Because then obviously things happened again and when it happened again, I was like, look, I need to go within here and figure out why I keep attracting this into my life and let this shit go. So then I did the work, but it took me, you know, over a year when really it could have been in the first four months because I resisted, because I didn't want to do the deep internal work. So also, you're only going to be ready to do the work at different stages. But the faster you can get ready to do do it, the faster you're going to be blessed. Because listen, you can't keep accepting bare minimum low level in your life and expect high level blessings to come in. If God is trying to give you a Lamborghini, but you're so attached to your Honda Civic, you're not making space for the Lamborghini to come in, right? If, if God is trying to give you a beautiful, wonderful, harmonious, loving, soulmate, connection relationship, but you're clinging on to this absolute bomb who does nothing for you, then you're literally saying to God, I'm fine with this, I'm fine with this. I'm gonna settle for this. Thank you, that's fine. I'm okay with this. I don't need that, I'm fine. That's what you're saying. So the more and more you just settle in your life and you don't do the work to actually just look at Your patterns, the more you block your blessings. Because here's the thing, you're not going to make another person change. You're not going to just force a situation into changing. You can't change anything external to you until you change yourself. When you change yourself, everything outside you changes. To reflect that, that's the biggest thing I want you to take away from this. So when I enter that relationship into the internal work and I really finally shed the part of me that needed to, like, fix someone or needed, you know, that narcissistic kind of relationship, when I finally went the vulnerability and I said, where is this coming from? What does this part of me need? Why does this feel so familiar? Why does it feel safe? Why is this the only thing that's attractive to me? Right When I really did that inner work and I let go of all those vulnerable parts of me and I just let go of the need for a relationship entirely. That's when I attracted my literal soulmate, right in the most aligned, amazing relationship I couldn't even imagine a couple of years ago, it was when I made the space in my life for it, but it was when I changed myself internally as well. I shifted internally completely to the point that any type of toxic relationship was reported impulsive to me. It was not in my energy field whatsoever unacceptable. And that is when the healthy love came in. Right? But you have to do the work internally to get there. You get yourself internally to a point that you feel that this is the only truth for you, this is the only way for you, and then that will be the way. But how you do that is you shed all those parts of yourself that need things to be the way they are. Because if there's something in your life that you want to change and you really don't like, but you just can't change it, you need to know that that is serving a part of you. Even if you hate it, even if you consciously think, I really don't want this to keep going, I deserve better. Whatever I'm suffering, it is serving a part of you. An unconscious part of you needs this. It needs it. So you have to go and talk to that part of you. So how can you figure out which parts you are limiting you? Well, when you set your goal. Going back to my other point, I went off on a tangent there. When you set your goal, you will be put on the path to illuminate those parts. You, your only job is to not resist the discomfort, the vulnerabilities that are coming up. Maybe you feel very insecure all of a sudden. Maybe you're being forced way out of your comfort zone. Maybe you're being shown that your relationship needs to change. Change. All these uncomfortable things that come up after you set your intention are actually exactly what need to happen. Because what they're doing is they're illuminating the unconscious parts of you that can't come with you to your goal. So let's say, for example, we'll go back to the emotions example. So you said you want to form deeper emotional connections with people and you want to get into your first, like, proper romantic relationship. Okay? You're. You're starting to get close to someone and you've really set your attention like, this is what I want. The universe might send you a very intense conversation, a very intense disagreement, a very intense situation that's going to trigger completely the part of you that is so uncomfortable expressing emotions. So maybe something happens that causes you to suddenly have an emotional outburst, and you're so deeply uncomfortable. And it's puts you in a situation where you're like, why am I feeling like this? Why am I having such an overreaction? This is so unlike me. And you might be thinking like, what has this got to do with what I want? It's the total opposite to what I want. It's happening. So you can just notice that part of you, right? So usually this is going to feel like a trigger event where you're having a reaction to something or you're having a response that feels kind of like an overreaction maybe, or it just feels so unlike you, right? Pay attention to those. Those are the unconscious parts of you that are coming up to be cleared. So when you're getting triggered, that unconscious part of you is coming to the surface to be heard. It's. It's that part of you that is getting triggered that you have pushed in the back of your mind. That part of you feels like it's right back in the moment when it was initially hurt. So you're going to have the same emotional response in your body, but your only job is to not let the protector come in and tell you, repress your emotions, run away from connections, you know, deny that you feel anything. That protector side is going to try to come in and do that, but your only job actually in that moment is to not resist. It's to actually accept. So when you're getting triggered, when parts of you are getting triggered, here's how you do it. You literally allow that emotion to come up and you interrupt your usual pattern of saying, no, no, no, no, I'm pushing it away. And you just sit with it. You notice where in your body you feel it. So it's going to be in one of your seven energy centers. So it could be your root at the base of your spine, your sacral at the bottom of your stomach, your solar plexus, where your belly button is, or your navel is your heart and your chest, your throat here, your third eye or your crown. So if the part of you that's been triggered is related to your safety or your security, for example, you're going to feel that in your room. If it's related to your sexuality, your pleasure, your relationships, you're going to feel it in your sacral. If it's related to your self esteem, your willpower, shame, pride, you're going to feel that in your solar plexus. Solar plexus is probably one of the most common ones. It's your belly. If it's related to your, your heart, your love, right? Your openness, it's going to be in your heart. If it's related to your expression, your ability to voice what your, your needs, your ability to be perceived, expressed in front of other people, you're going to feel that in your throat and so on. It's usually. You usually don't feel here or here. But your third eye is your clarity and your intuition, and then your crown is your connection to the divine. Okay? So you're going to feel where you feel the discomfort when you're getting triggered. That's the first step. You want to notice where you're feeling it. And then you want to just literally imagine that you're pulling out. Say it's in your heart, for example. You're feeling the discomfort you're feeling really, really bad or really triggered. Never run from that. Sit with it and pull that energy out and look at it like it's a dark ball of matter with your eyes closed. And you want to just look at it and say, hey, what's wrong? And let it speak. So they might say, this person is going to hurt us. They're going to think we're really strange if we show our emotions, they're going to reject us or whatever. Okay, so you just hear this part out. However irrational or weird or whatever it needs to say, let it speak, because the reason it has control over you is because you have just kept repressing it. So it gets worse and worse and worse. I always say shame is created by pushing things in the dark. And when you push things in the dark, they become a hairy monster. But when you take them out and you just hold space from them, they just turn into a little furry hamster. They're nothing to be scared of anymore. So what could have felt like anger or like deep set hurt or anger or pain or hate? When you really take it out and look at it, it's usually just a little bit of feeling unsafe that has turned into this big scary thing because you've pushed it so far away. So you want to just hear this part of you out and it's almost a childlike, it's almost always a childlike part of you and you want to just have compassion for it and say, I'm so sorry I haven't listened to you. I'm here for you now. I'm with you. I understand you. I love you. I'm sorry I haven't listened to you. I accept you. I accept everything you have to say and really listen to what it has to say say and then you can reassure it, you can say, hey look, I'm a grown up now and I know it's safe to express myself. What do you need? I'm going to provide that for you. I'm going to look after you and I'm going to make sure you're safe. So you don't need to keep shouting so loudly when we express our emotions. And then you can give it something else to focus on. So then you can say now instead when we express our emotions you could say something like, this is amazing and this is wonderful and people are going to be able to connect with us and this is super safe and I feel really good doing this. You want to just really start radically accepting all the parts of you, even the ugly parts. And that is what's going to set you free. So this is why right before you're breaking through, everything is falling apart. Because first of all, well, there's a few reasons why, first of all, your new identity, your new friends frequency, your new state of consciousness is being tested. So you're basically being sent the ultimate test. You're at the breakthrough point. It's a really good sign when you're sent these tests because it's shown that you've already traversed to kind of the upper limit of the experience that you're having right now. And you're about to cross the threshold to a new experience. And the universe is going to have to kind of shift you and expend energy getting you into a new reality. So it's going to come in and test you, you and make sure that your New frequency is strong enough to break through the threshold to go through to the other side, but it's also going to say, hey, right? You're at the gate. Basically, if you can visualize this, you're at the gate of this new experience. You're really about to walk through the doors. But there is a ticket officer who works for the universe right there, and he's like, oh, hey, yeah, right. Before you go through, we just need you to kind of peek in and just click, clear out any fear that you have around connecting with people on a deep level that can come with you if you want to experience this. So we're gonna just put you in this little test. We're gonna put you through this experience, and the goal is to just become aware of this part of you and understand it so you can release it. And when you do that, you can come through the gate, okay? So you really can't get through to that experience until you go through this test. Learn what it is you need to learn, because that test is shifting you to the state of consciousness that is basically your ticket to that experience. Okay? So your frequency is being tested, your commitment to your new identity is being tested, and you're also being guided to shed the parts of you within your consciousness that can't come into that level. Okay? That's all that's happening. So it's not that there's anything wrong with you, and you really block your blessings when you resist the test and when you feed into the test because you're just on the training ground, it doesn't mean that there's anything gone wrong. And most people fall at the last hurdle. Please remember, it is always, always the toughest battle right before you win. So when things get really, really bad, do not allow your ego to get sucked into that. Do not allow yourself to revert to your old habits and your old hot patterns. Because when you can stay strong and stay committed to where you're going and keep an open mind as to what the actual lesson is here, what is this trying to show you? That's when you'll pass that test and you'll be able to break through, and all of a sudden, you'll be at the other side and you realize why everything had to happen in the exact way that it did. You can't keep acting like a victim in your life. These tests are here to grow you. You are not a victim. You're not just being sent random shit for no reason. Anyone who goes through a massive amount of suffering is an extremely strong person. Who's capable of way more in life than someone who never goes through anything. You are being sent all these challenges because you were meant to be a strong person who's capable of handling things that most people can't. But when you start saying, woe is me, why is this happening to me? You can guarantee you're repelling your blessings in that moment and you're stopping yourself from seeing why the thing is actually even happening in the first place. It's not about you're not good enough. It's not about, you know, comparing to other people. It's not about. Not about being overly attached to things in your external world. It's all about you. Actually, it's all about you. Nothing is random. It's all to shape you and mold you into the exact person that you need to be in order to access the level that you're going to. None of it is accidental. None of it is accidental. And the other part is you're not gonna figure out the plan. You're not gonna know the divine path before you, but know that it is a divine path. You will not be able to see God's plan and you never will. If I were to tell myself two years ago that where what I was experiencing was exactly what I had to experience in order to have everything I had wanted ever since I was a child, I would have said, what? No, I'm not doing that. That doesn't even make sense. I don't see how that connects. But it was exactly what I had to go through. And I would not be the person I am today. I would not have all the blessings and all the miracles and all the manifestations come true in my life. If I hadn't gone through the trenches in order to evolve me into the person who can have the state of being and the level of consciousness that is resonant with what I'm experiencing right now. But the answer is in your vulnerability. It's in the stuff that you don't want to look at, right? That's a big clue. That's a big indication. If you can really sit with your negative traits and your negative characteristics and get brutally honest with yourself about the parts of you that you push into the dark, that's gonna put you ahead of 99% of people and set you free from most of your limiting patterns and most of the seemingly accidental or coincidental suffering or limitation in your reality. So when you're complaining all the time, when you're talking badly about other people, when you're impatient, when you're not gracious when you are. What's another one? When you're greedy, when you're lazy, when you're all of these things, you think that it doesn't mean much, but it does mean much because your state of being is constantly being created by how you are behaving and thinking right, and feeling. And that state of being is constant, constantly creating what you're experiencing. So everything matters. How you are reacting, how you are embodying yourself as a character in this world. It all matters. And that's what you actually have control of in this life. You can't really control anything outside you, not at all. And most of us suffer in this life because we're trying to control everything that we can't. And we're not trying to control ourselves at all. So we're trying to control our boyfriend, our girlfriend. We're trying to control our friends, our family. We're trying to control this, that, the other thing, what's going on in the world. And so we're basically. I've given this analogy before, but we're basically sitting in a car driving through life, and instead of just looking where our own brake and our own accelerator and our own steering wheel is, we're looking out the window trying to see into other people's cars, trying to tell them how to drive. And it's like, well, no wonder you've come crashed into a wall. You're not looking in your own car. And that is what's driving you in this life. That is really all that matters. You must look at your own internal workings, your own levers, what motivates you, what demotivates you, what makes you scared, what makes you shy, what makes you vulnerable. Start paying attention to yourself. Because when you truly know yourself, that's when you're going to know your reality and know why you're getting the results that you. You're getting. And then you're going to know what to change. True self mastery leads to reality mastery. So if you really want to alleviate your stress and your suffering, stop looking at other people, stop looking outside you. You're the reason for everything in your life, as harsh as that is. Your energy and your state of consciousness is what creates everything in your perception. Okay? So if you want everything in your perception to change, go to the source. It's all about you. And you can control how you're showing up, no matter what your circumstances. Let me tell you right now, I don't care if you're working the worst job ever. If you're working a minimum wage job, and you're so unhappy. How you work that job is going to decide your opportunities into the future. So how you do one thing is how you do everything. And your energy is what matters more than anything else. No matter where you're at right now, you can change your energy. You have the power to do that. It's not about your circumstances, it's not about other people. You have the power to shift your state internally at any given moment, no matter your circumstances, which means you have the power to shift your circumstances. Your state comes first. You're the cause, your mental vibration, what's going on in your internal world, mentally, who you think you are, what you believe should be true about yourself, what character you feel like you're playing in this world. Your energy is what is creating everything around you. And you can change that. No matter what's happening, no matter if your family are triggering you, no matter if your friends don't understand what you want to do, no matter if you're being, you know, criticized at work. You can take your power back in any moment because you decide how you react. The world is going to keep throwing shit at you. The world is going to keep turning, and things are going to keep happening. You are the one who's responding to the events, and that is all you have control over. So when you respond differently, the world then responds differently to you. For example, if you're working a job, waiting tables, and this is actually something I've experienced firsthand, you could go to that job and you can complain and you can moan about how bad your life is, but what is that going to perpetuate? It's going to perpetuate how bad your life is. Or you can go to that job and you can be the best, best waiter or waitress. You can be the best person in that building. You can have the best energy, you can give the best customer experience. You can connect and network and use it as a springboard to meet people. And this actually happened. Where I live, there's a really nice restaurant me and my boyfriend went to. And the one of the waiters there, he had amazing energy. He was so engaged. He was talking with us. Really great conversation with us. He was really interested in what we were doing. And he managed then to get an opportunity through my boyfriend for exactly what he wanted to do, right? Just because my boyfriend was like, that guy has such good energy. He really seems like a great guy. And I'm gonna put him in touch with this other person because this is what he wants to do. And I know someone who can help him get into that right? And I want to recommend him because my boyfriend knew the manager of this place. I want to recommend him for promotion in here as well, because he'll do amazing. You could have someone else who showed up for that job and just got by and they wouldn't have gotten anywhere. They wouldn't have gotten anything out of it. So that's the point I want to make. No matter your situation right now, your situation doesn't matter how you are reacting matters. And that is your choice. The situation can highlight to you your strengths or your weaknesses, depending on how you act. The situation can highlight to you that you're a victim or a victor, depending on how you act. It is all within your control. But nothing in this life is above you. Nothing in this life was designed to keep you down and keep you small. It's actually all the perfect place for you to learn and develop and grow if you just allow it to be. Allow it to be something that you use to your advantage in whatever way you can and watch how opportunities and miracles and things unfold for you in ways that you never could have imagined, all because you responded differently. I don't care who broke up with you. I don't care if you got kicked out of your house. I don't care. I've had the worst things imaginable happen in my life and they've turned out to be the best, weirdest, most coincidental blessings in disguise because of the person that they turned me into. And the way that you can take your power back is you decide, right? This I decided when I was 17. So you can decide here today that no matter what happens to you in your life, you are always going to come out swinging and you are always going to become stronger because of it. And that is how you take your power back. So no matter what happens, no matter who broke up with you, no matter what, if you lost your job, you can always say, this is happening for my greater good. There is a divine plan, and I am going to use this to make me stronger and even better than I ever have been before. That's how you master life. That is how you really see what life is trying to shape you into. Because nothing is random. Nothing is random. And that's a fact. And the minute you let it have power over you, and the minute you become a victim to what happened, you completely lose the value of what happened. What's happening to you is happening to create you into the person that you're meant to be. But when you resist and become a victim, then that is never, ever actually going to happen. You're not going to get the value from the suffering if you just dwell in it. As grim as that sounds. You have to be open to the lesson and you have to be open to gaining the strength that comes with the strength, suffering. The only way you can do that is by stopping being a victim. And it's a decision. You just decide that no matter what happens to you, you're gonna come out swinging, that you're stronger than any hurdle and any situation, and you're gonna take the lesson and keep moving forward because you're strong enough to do so. And this happens sometimes with me. If I go through a bad period or I keep getting knocked or I feel like I keep getting just hurt or knocked down, I will remind myself and just say, hey, look, you're acting weak and you're acting like a victim right now. You're strong enough to deal with this, so start fucking acting like it. And literally, I'll say to myself, I'll wake up in the morning if I feel like I'm getting into this kind of victim mindset for a couple of days. When I wake up, I'll say, good morning. You're strong enough to handle whatever happens today. You are more than strong enough. You've overcome this, this, this, and this. And this is what true for all of you. Look at your life and see how strong you've been in the past. Look at your life and look at the times where you thought you would never get over something and that you would always be attached to that person or you would always regret that decision, or you would always, never, ever just get over whatever it was that you were dealing with. And look how you managed to get over it. You're strong enough to deal with what you're dealing with right now. You're strong enough to deal with anything that comes in your path. If you weren't strong enough, it wouldn't be be in your path. So sometimes you just need to remind yourself of that. Even when things get low, even when things get bad. Remember, it's part of your divine plan and you are absolutely capable. Not only capable, but you specifically are meant to overcome this specific challenge, to become exactly who you're meant to be. Take your pride and your ego and your victim mindset out of it. There is no room for wallowing. There is no room for selfishness. There is no room for any of these egotistical characteristics. You have to become bigger than the situation and zoom out and realize this is part of the path. Literally, when you're going down a path of self transformation, you're going to have phase one, where you don't believe it's possible at all. You're going to have. But you're going to do the work and try to manifest and visualize or whatever. You'll have phase two where you're starting to. But you still have a lot of limiting beliefs and you're still addicted to your old way of being, right? This is the thing we're all addicted to. All the parts of ourselves we're all addicted to how we're thinking. We're all addicted to our suffering, weirdly enough. So you're gonna go through this cycle each and every time you set a goal. And the cycle is designed to get you to realize that being addicted to this suffering is not the way. And it's gonna get you to open your eyes and realize that you need to let go of this addiction in order. In order to shift. Okay? So it's all a game of awareness. When you're addicted to something like a certain form of suffering or a certain thought pattern or a certain habit, this. These. This path that you go down, the cycle that you go through is specifically designed to get you to realize that being addicted is just not going to work anymore. Okay? So you have to become aware enough to actually be able to break that addiction. So that's what the path is designed to do. So you're going to have phase one. You're setting an intention. You want to change your life. You have a high level of motivation, but you don't believe really it's possible. You don't really know how it's going to happen, but you're just going to do the work anyway and try your best, right? You might start journaling, meditating, visualizing. Phase two, you're doing the work. You might feel a little bit better, but you still have so much doubt. You're still super addicted to your old self and your old way of being. Phase three, you might actually start to feel you're breaking away from your addictions. You feel better, right? You're feeling okay, I feel better. But you might see hints of it in your physical reality, but it still hasn't really shifted. And then phase four, everything starts to break apart. Right? When you're moving from phase three to phase four, you're going to go into the testing phase. You're going to go into the shedding phase. And this is where life is throwing you shit to get you to break Your addiction to your old self and all the parts of you that can't come with you to whatever level you trying to get to. And if you persevere and make it through that phase, then you're going to end up at the end of the cycle and in the new dimension, in the new reality that you've been trying to get to. So that's what I mean when I say you need to be bigger than the problems and the obstacles. You need to realize that they're part of the path and the exact thing that you've been asking for. So you don't need to worry, you don't need to catastrophize. You are safe, you are protected, and you are always being divinely guided. So you don't have to stress, even if it seems you can't figure out how it's relevant. Trust that it is. Trust that it's meant to happen exactly as it's happening. It's actually not that complicated of a process. But the thing is, we become so attached to this version of us. We become so attached to our suffering, to our thinking patterns, because we think that's what's keeping us safe. And we become so attached to the protector aspects of ourselves mostly that we can't break through our own bullshit and our own patterns. And it's mostly because we're scared to look at those negative sides of ourselves that those protector sides are looking after. Essentially, the moment you're going to break through and the moment you're really going to start letting shit go is when you really sit with the vulnerable parts of you and you really help them to understand that it's not unclear, unsafe to go for whatever they're scared of. So whether it be more money, whether it be a career change, putting yourself out there online, a different type of relationship, right? Parts of you think that, that those things are unsafe. That's why you haven't been able to break past this point and go for them. There are unconscious parts, you, that think that those things are unsafe. So when you can finally stop judging and repressing those parts, you, you and you can just sit down with them and really, really help them to understand that it's not unsafe, that it's actually more safe to go for these things and have these things. That's when your behavior changes. Because the party that's trying to protect that vulnerable part of you is not going to feel the need to protect that vulnerable party anymore. So it's not going to separate you in social situations or stop talk you out of posting online or anything like that. When you ask this part of you what it needs, you better actually show up and do the action that that party you needs to see in order to know that it's safe now and that they can let go of this fear. Because if you don't take the actions and take the steps to actually show that you've got it and you're taking care of it in the physical world, that masculine energy, then that part of you is not going to be able to relax. You have to say, look, I've got this and I'm going to do this, this and this to look after us and you don't need to worry anymore. So whether that be creating a budget, whether that be creating a self care routine, a meditation practice, whatever it needs, you have to actually take the physical action as well. And by the way, you can talk to the vulnerable part of you through journaling. That's a major tool, through meditating and imagining it like I showed you a minute ago. And you are going to notice this in ways you wouldn't even imagine. Because your protector identity, part of you who's trying to keep you safe or trying to keep this vulnerable part from getting triggered is going to be very crafty. So if for example, you have a fear of being judged, but you really want to post online, the protector part of you is going to come up with really good reasons as to why you shouldn't post online. And they're going to be very convincing you, your protector might be so strong and doing such a good job at keeping that scared part of you safe that you can't even consider posting online. So that is the danger of this. You could be absolutely crushing life. That could be your calling, your path, your purpose, where all your fulfillment is. But you've such a strong protector trying to protect such a vulnerable part of you that you can't even consider posting a video online. So that's why this work within your shadow is so important and it's the biggest thing that will set you free. That's all for this video.
