Do it lonely. Do it scared. Do it full of doubt. Do it full of insecurity. If you've got a feeling that you were meant for more in this life, follow that feeling and let yourself doubt yourself. You're gonna be traveling from here, your old self to your new self. This vision, this dream, this full potential you that you have as you're going from here to here, you're gonna feel a ton of self doubt. You're gonna feel insecurity. You haven't arrived here yet. That doesn't mean you should stop. Guys, I get insecure all the time. I get full of doubt all the time. But guess what? It doesn't stop me. And you have to be strong enough. Your vision, your desire to fulfill your potential has to be strong enough for you to keep going despite that little niggle of doubt, despite all your flaws and your imperfections. Your flaws and your imperfections don't mean that you don't deserve what you want in this life. Be flawed. Do it. Flawed. It's fine. Every person on this planet is flawed. Every person has doubts. I get insecure all the time. Does it stop me and slow me down? No. I've literally been insecure for the past half a week, and I'll tell you why in a second in the rest of this video and how you can fix that and what's actually going on internally. But I went from being insecure for half a week to having literally so many goals come true today that I've been manifesting for so long. Why? Because I just kept showing up. I kept recommitting to this version of me who's at the standard and in the level that I want to be in, even though I was full of doubt because it meant that much to me, because I know I'm stronger than that doubt even when the doubt takes over. Sometimes you feel like you're not stronger than the doubt, but you are. At the end of the day, you hold the keys. You have the power. You can always take your power back from any person, from any situation, from any obstacle, from any challenge, from any setback, from any emotion or belief or story that you're telling yourself you can take your power back. So that's all you have to do. Every time you feel the doubt, you pull your power back and you say, well, what can I do instead? What can I do to make myself stop feeling so much doubt? How can I just move forward even when I do feel doubt? Take the action scared. Take the action imperfectly. Take the actions that make you mentally Feel afraid that make you overthink, but that your soul is calling you to do. Because that's going to be the stuff that transforms your whole life. I've changed my entire reality, you guys. Literally. Not even a year ago, yeah, just over a year ago. I was living in the box room in my family home in Ireland. I had no money, I had no man, I had no joy in my life. I was doing something that was not alone with me. I couldn't even admit my dreams, that I wanted to do coaching and YouTube couldn't even admit them. But you know what? I kept doing things that my soul craved, that I knew there was a burning and a yearning inside me to fulfill. Even though I was feeling so much doubt, even though I was feeling so insecure, even though I had trauma and I was scared of speaking up, and I had a throat chakra block and I had a root chakra block and I was, you know, not sure who I was or what I wanted. I kept following that internal pull towards what I really wanted. And I kept saying, it doesn't need to make sense, just keep going. It doesn't need to make sense, just keep going. And guess what? I'm standing exactly where I was dreaming of a year ago. It was a pipe dream. It was like someone else's life that's never going to be mine. Well, guess what? It's now mine. Because I kept showing up, no matter how. Scared, lonely, full of doubt. No matter how I felt. I kept coming back to what I wanted to do in this life, to who I wanted to be, to the energy that I wanted to embody, to the impact that I wanted to have. Even though it made no fucking sense to anyone else, even though it barely even made sense to me sometimes I followed that feeling above everything else. And that's what got me here. That's your compass in this life. And this video is going to be for people who know they have that feeling. It's not for people who are not resonating with this. You're going to know straight away if you resonate with what I'm talking about here. Hi, everyone. I just got done crying because I just realized that I was standing in yet again another level that I thought I would never access. I need you to stop doubting yourself. I need you to stop doubting that little voice inside you that's screaming at you of all the potential, of all the desires, of all the dreams, of all the creations, all the things that you want to make and create and be in this world. Stop doubting that voice within you that's trying to guide you to what you're meant to be doing in this life. Stop relying on logic. Stop making everything from the past mean that things have to keep being the way that they are. They don't. You can live your dream life. You can live your dream life, and it doesn't have to be hard. It doesn't have to be such a struggle. It doesn't have to be so difficult. And the reason I'm. I'm so emotional today is because I really thought for so long that life had to be so hard. And I just spent the weekend in Marrakech with the most amazing people, having literally the most perfect life ever. And I feel so sad for the version of me in the past who thought this was impossible. And I'd love to just go back in time and say to her, like, not only is it possible, you're gonna do it and it's gonna be better than you ever imagined. And I want you to know, if you're in the trench right now, if you're doing the inner work, if you're trying to overcome the insecurity, the self doubt, the limitation of all that internal stuff that's blocking you from being able to access your potential, but your potential is screaming at you to keep going and keep pushing. I promise you there's a reason that you feel like this. It's because you're meant for more. And you're going to get there. A thousand percent, you're going to get there. If you have that yearning and that desire and that knowing that you're meant for more, it's inevitable that you're going to get there in this lifetime that's going to keep pulling you and pulling you so you can trust that. I don't care how insecure you are, guys, I'm fucking insecure. Everyone's insecure. Everybody's insecure. Everybody's got trauma. Everybody's got problems. People seem perfect. I actually remember I realized this at a very young age. I was watching some modeling show. I think it was like an Irish actually modeling show. It was so strange. It was like Ireland's Next Top Model. Random. And there was a girl on there, and her name was Amber, and she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. And I started getting in a fit of jealousy. I was like, wow, I wish I was that beautiful. I wish. I wish I looked just like her and the way her nose was and her skin and everything. And I was seeing all the things that I wish I was that she was. And I was like, God, she's just perfect. I wonder what it's like to be that perfect and to be able to just model and run around and live life. Meanwhile, I have to do all this stuff I hate, right? I was quite young, can't remember what age, but I was really going in on my jealousy on this girl. And it was. I was allowing that to make me feel so insecure. And then, lo and behold, she's got alopecia. Like, severe alopecia. And the whole time she was wearing a wig. And so in one of the episodes, she comes out and she takes the wig off. And I was like, nobody is perfect. And even if they are, that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. Just because someone else has their stuff together, whatever. Most people are dealing with unseen stuff that you could not even imagine. And that when I watched that show, I realized, why would I waste my energy comparing myself to other people, putting myself down by comparison, when at the end of the day, I probably wouldn't even trade places with them? Because I don't want to model and I don't actually really want to do that thing. And the key thing is you guys. It doesn't matter if you're insecure. It doesn't matter if you doubt yourself. It's fine. All that matters is that you keep going. All that matters is that you keep going. I've created my dream life. Everything I was visualizing two years ago that seemed so impossible, I now have. And I did it through tears. I did it through doubt. I did it through insecurity. I did it through going red and my voice shaking and messing up and falling over my words and making mistakes. But I did it anyway because I had that internal pull and that push towards my potential that I could not ignore. No insecurity, no trauma, no self doubt. Nothing can get in the way of you and what you're really meant to be doing. If you just decide that you cannot allow your whole life to pass by with your potential untapped. There is no pain like the pain of untapped potential. You cannot allow your vision, your dreams, the impact that you can have in this world to be just abandoned. Why? Because you were bullied? Because you were treated like shit when you were a kid? Because you've made mistakes? Really? You're gonna let that stop you from having this amazing, magical life? You cannot allow that to happen. Accept that this sht has happened to you. Accept whatever went on in your past that is making you feel like you're not worth anything and say, you know what? That's not mine to carry anymore. You know what? I'm going to write a new story because I deserve it. And also the people who I'm going to impact in this lane that I'm going in deserve it too. This is for the people that know they're meant for something more and they kind of know what that something is, but their own doubts, their own fears and their own insecurities are stopping them. Listen, do it while you're full of doubt. Do it while you're fucking insecure. You don't need to be whole and perfect to start doing what you're meant to actually do in this life. You become whole and perfect by expressing yourself the way that you're actually meant to express yourself. Guys, when I started this channel, do you know how therapeutic it has been for me to be on YouTube? Not because of any amount of views, not because of any revenue I've generated, which obviously incredible. Now I can do this full time. It's like my fucking dream come true. It's because of who I became every single time I sat down and I turned this camera on and I embodied the version of myself that I've wanted to be ever since I was small that I was too scared to even admit because I was so embarrassed of it. That's the gift that it's given me. And that's the gift you can give yourself when you just show up not ready, afraid, insecure and full of self doubt. And you show up anyway and you do your best and you fall forward. That's all any of us can do in this life. That is all any of us can do in this life. And guys, I've spoken about this in my last video, but you waiting to be perfect, you overthinking and trying to plan to the end is killing your dreams. It's killing your dreams because you're never going to be perfect. You're always going to nitpick. Do you know in every single video I post there's something wrong? There's like 10 things wrong. Am I going to stop that from posting it? No, because why? It's who I am. I post and I'm consistent. And I'm also very, very focused on the fact that I change people's lives with my content. That's what gets me out of bed in the morning. That's what gets me to show up. And when I do that and I'm in that lane, nothing external can faze me. And guess what? I stopped being so Insecure. I stopped being so full of self doubt. Why? Because I'm in my fucking lane. So everyone else's lane doesn't matter. Shock. You only care about what Polly and Sue and Joe and Sally are doing when you're not focused on your own shit and in your own lane. That is the only time you ever care about any of that. That's why. Haters. Comments from people saying weird shit on my videos or DMing me weird stuff. You know what? In the beginning it used to faze me. Now I could not care less. Why? Because I'm in my lane. I know who I am now and I know who what I'm creating in this life and I know how much it means to me. And that's the only why that I need. And that is the only why that you need. You don't need to be perfect. You don't need it for validation. You don't need it to make it mean that you're good enough. You need to do it because it's what you want to do and why you're here. That's your only reason. That is enough. And through doing this, yeah, you're going to still have phases where you feel insecure. I'm more confident than I've ever been. But guess what? I still get triggered sometimes. I still get insecure sometimes. So what? It's not the end of the world. It's not gonna stop me from showing up and being the best version of myself that I can be. Going to the gym, eating healthy, looking after myself, drinking fucking green tea even though it tastes like cat piss. I still do it. I don't want to, but I do. Why? Because I have a vision that means so much to me that I have to protect myself and my energy and I have to keep moving forward. And that consistency in yourself, knowing that you are being the character that you want to be despite feeling insecure and like you don't feel fully secure in it yet, is going to stop you from spiraling into insecurity to the point that you can't take action. You have to keep taking the steps. Insecurity feeds off of you not keeping your word. It eats that shit up and it grows and it gets strong and it keeps you small and it keeps you from seeing your potential. And it's going to be badgering you and badgering you, but you have to punch it in the face and keep your word to yourself. Insecurity also is born by you comparing yourself and trying to be something that you're not. And I Don't mean this is the fine line. This is the kind of nitty gritty that I want to, I want to get into your, your brain right now because this confused the living daylights out of me for so long. You're not trying to be something that you're not, but you are trying to improve that which you are and get closer to who you truly want to be and your most aligned self. So rather than you trying to show up as someone else and feeling that internal conflict and feeling fake and feeling misaligned, that's going to make you very insecure. Your authenticity makes you feel more secure, right? But you want to be authentic, but you want to be optimized and authentic. Do you know what I'm saying? You need to be yourself. Always be yourself. Always do what's aligned with you. But be a better version of yourself. Be the upgraded pro plan version of yourself. Not this watered down, full of doubt, questioning, not taking the actions that you know you need to take. Version of yourself. That's what I mean. So you're not trying to be something that you're not, because that's going to make you insecure. You're not being an excuse making, moaning version of yourself. You're being the fully accountable, embodied version of you. That is where insecurity dies and people say, oh, visualize your higher self. You know, just show up as your higher self. You expect to kind of do this stuff once and be so empowered and be so in awe with life as if it's just going to be perfect from then on. When you keep setting goals that are bigger than your current experience, you have to become bigger than you have previously been. So there's going to be periods of discomfort where you overcome your old self and align with your new self. And you're just going to have to ride that wave and let your shadow come up. Let yourself get triggered. Let yourself be insecure. Stop demonizing yourself when you feel doubt and insecurity. Say that again. Stop demonizing yourself when you feel doubt and insecurity. It's fine if you're insecure. It's fine. What are you gonna do now? What are you gonna do about it? I'll give you some tips. Don't look at Sally and Jo and Polly and John. Don't worry about them. Worry about yourself. Worry about what can you do to bring yourself back in alignment with who you truly are, how you truly want to show up in the world, and how can you focus on your character and embodying the character that feels good to you, that's what you can focus on. Not all this external stuff. Not worrying about your relationship or your bank account or how people perceive you. That is control. Watch my last video on feminine energy. I go into this on a deep, deep level. You're. You get insecure when you're trying to control and force everything in the world to fit you and perceive you a certain way and make sense according to what you think is right and what you. How you think things should be. You become very secure and you actually gain more control over yourself and your reality. When you let go of trying to control the external world, when you let go of trying to be something you're not, and you fully, fully come back into your own frame, come back into your own energy and say, who do I want to be if everything were to go to shit today? Or if everything were to go perfectly right today, who am I embodying? What character am I playing? That's where your power is, and that is where you will go. If you're feeling insecure, if you're feeling doubt, allow it to be there. Allow yourself to sit in it. Stop comparing it to external things and making it mean something. Sit in your own energy and figure your own shit out. I'm just having a little smoothie. I don't know why we can't just admit when we're feeling insecure. If you can just admit it, that is the starting point. You're gonna release so much shame when you can admit things to yourself, because the shame is really what makes it so painful. So in honor of the vulnerability of that, I'm gonna tell you, I felt really insecure this last week. I often feel insecure every single month coming up to my cycle. But that's, you know, as a woman, whatever. I felt really insecure this past week. Why? Because I had raised the standards for myself in my life, for my business, for everything my standards raised. And as so long as you are going to keep growing, you're going to have to get comfortable with having periods of doubt and insecurity because there's going to be a moment where you set and you go, you set new, a new standard for yourself. And this version of you is going to go, well, how the am I going to get there? I can't do that. That's so uncomfortable. And then you might procrastinate a little bit, taking the aligned actions as the version of you who's at that level. And as you procrastinate those big things, those boundaries, those actions, that's when you might start to feel that insecurity in yourself because you know you set a new standard, but you're not acting on it yet because you don't feel comfortable fully to do it yet, or whatever reason, whatever, energetic block, limiting belief, excuse story, whatever. I'll give you an example. I have been needing to set boundaries, just certain boundaries in my life, in my personal life that the next level standard that I had set required. Those boundaries existed in this dimension. In this dimension, this old one, they didn't. And I kept putting off setting those boundaries and I was like, I'm too busy, I will deal with that later and it's fine. And I'll deal with it later and it's not that important. I'll do it later. Yes, it is important, because now, guess what? That seeps into your energy. When you're putting off setting the boundaries and doing the things that the next level version of you would do, you are then going to start feeling what self doubt and insecurity, because you haven't shown yourself that you can embody that energy. So I was putting off setting these boundaries and I also was putting off taking action on these really big ideas and projects that I had in this new level, like any action at all. And I had to cut ties with something that couldn't come to this level, right? So I had like four things that I needed to do. Some boundaries, some cutting ties with things, and some actions that this level required me knowing and becoming aware of this level over here and the desire for this level. And I'm seeing the vision for this level. And I know the energy of this level and I know who I have to be at that level. And I know it's going to be magical and amazing. And it's where I really need to go next to have a bigger impact and do what I want to do. And that doesn't go away. So now I have to sit. It becomes a weight rather than an excitement. It becomes a wait. Why? Because I'm bogging it down by not doing the stuff that I clearly know I need to do that's blocking me from shifting to that level. And that's why I was feeling insecure for the last week, because I couldn't trust myself to show up for my own new standard. And it's almost like when you go out into the world, when you view yourself, when you meet people, you're feeling that you have so much untapped potential that you can't express to other people or you can't even express to yourself because you haven't shown up for it. This is something that all my clients struggle with as well. This is a little bit different, but it's kind of a similar dynamic. So when you set a goal or when you start working on a new project. So 90% of my clients, they're leaving their 9 to 5, or they're, you know, setting up the dream business, doing something that's more aligned, trying to grow their dream business, that kind of stuff. Usually the clients that are leaving the 9 to 5, normal, hustle, culture, way of life, and they're moving to set up their dream business, work on the dream projects, whether that be music, inventions, whatever, they have a period where they feel really bad and insecure around the old people from their lives. Why? Because they haven't fully shifted into that new identity. So I always give this example. It's like the old you is here and the new you is here, and you're now painfully aware of this new you, and you're painfully aware that this is actually where you want to go. And I say painfully because it's painful, because you're still here, right? And you've started moving away from the old you. So you're maybe in the middle here, floating around. You're not fully here yet, right? There's still a few energetic things you got to clear limiting beliefs you got to break down, actions you need to be able to take, energies you need to be able to embody in order for you to show up fully here. So when you're in the middle here and you're in no man's land and you haven't fully committed to the new level and done the uncomfortable stuff to show that you're at that level. When someone from your past who knows the old you comes in, you don't feel strong enough yet in this new energy to say, hey, this is what's happening. This is who I am. You don't even need to say it. Sometimes it's in your energy. But that is a struggle that most of my clients face. They're in that in between, and they want to say, like, hey, stop reconfirming that I'm this old person. I'm not that old person anymore. I'm this person now. But they're not fully there yet, and they know they're not, so they can't say it. So it can be very triggering, and it can make you feel very insecure when you're in between and you haven't fully arrived here yet, and someone comes in and tries to tell you you're back here, you feel like you don't have the internal shift yet to say, hey, no, this is who I am. You don't have the evidence for it yet internally. So you don't feel strong enough yet in this new energy to say, you know, this is who I am, this is what I do. And that thing is gone because you, you don't, you haven't actually made that shift fully yet. So that's where you can get insecure as well. When you are painfully aware of you want to be here and everyone else only knows you for here and you're still in the middle here. Does that make sense? I feel like it will make sense for the people it makes sense for. So get yourself out of your misery by first of all knowing it's okay if you're in the in between. Sometimes it takes a while to shed your limiting beliefs and to be able to take certain actions. And there's some things that you need to learn, some shadow parts of yourself that you need to become conscious of. You can watch my other videos and all of that, but don't beat yourself up if that happens and you become insecure. Just know you're in the in between and you're becoming and that's fine, you're just becoming. Next time you beat yourself up over that, say, I'm becoming, I'm becoming. But then say, well, what can I do right now to stop becoming and start being? Because that's going to take you from the middle to there. You're gonna be there, right? So this is what happened to me when I left my nine to five and I started my own business. I was so like not identify with a business owner. I had so many attachments to my past identity, my past self. I couldn't fully see myself in this new identity that I really had to force myself. Before I could confidently say that this is who I am now and this is what I do. I had to force myself to release a all the attachments to the old and to really embody the character of this new energy that I wanted to be. And when I did that, the more and more I did that and I just kept taking those steps outside my comfort zone towards my alignment. The more I was able to say, yeah, this is who I am. I've shown myself that this is who I am. I know this is who I am so I can let go of the past. And people now don't even obviously question that because it's been so long since I've shifted that it's been A couple of years. But in the beginning it was really hard. It was really hard because I had done a whole law degree and I was seen a particular way by my family in particular. And I felt I really had to make it make sense to them in order to be able to communicate it clearly. But actually the only person it needed to make sense to was me because when it made sense to me, that energy emanates outwards. People won't question you when you make. When you're doing what makes sense to you. And you know, behind closed doors, you're showing up as the character who's at the level that you're desiring as much as you can, as best you can, and you're letting go and releasing all the old attachments. That is an energy that emanates outwards where people won't be like, what are you doing? Oh, are you this old version of yourself, not gonna happen. Why? Because you have shifted energetically. You won't need to explain yourself, you will just have an energy about you where it's who you are now. So that's what happens slowly but surely, sometimes very quickly, when people really start to go and let go of all the fears and the doubts and it doesn't make sense and what if it doesn't work? And the logic and the control and the attachments and they just really start embodying who they want to be. That is the energetic shift that happens. And then all of a sudden the day will come where people are asking you, how did you do it? Oh my God, that's amazing. Wow. Incredible. Whereas at first they think you're a weirdo because you think you're a weirdo because you don't know what you're doing and you're not committing really to this thing fully. So I guess my advice to you is just keep committing, keep recommitting, keep showing up. If you've got that pull inside you for a dream, for a life, for just fulfilling your potential, please keep showing up for it. Because I promise you the day is going to come where all this inner work, all this insecurity, all this self doubt is going to evaporate. You're going to be standing in your dream life and it's all going to be worth it. I was going to end the video there, but I just remembered, if you're having trouble letting go of control, getting into your intuition, getting into flow and really accessing your divine creative power, I'm doing a three day challenge in my community on the 7th of March. It's going to be run live. There's also going to be a recording available to watch it back if you miss it. It's going to be super powerful. We're going to be going through how to ground into your energy and feel safe into your body so you can let go of trying to control the external world including what people think of you, how you can lean into the process, into the character, into the becoming, releasing old traumas and old wounds so that you can feel safer and heal out of survival mode. And then I'm going to be teaching you how to play in your desires and how to actually really get into the feeling of your desires without needing them to make sense logically which is so powerful it's changed my whole freaking life. So if you want to join us live in the community that's happening on the 7th of March. You can find all the links down below. I love you guys. I will see you all in the next video.
