A short motivational monologue urging listeners to constantly monitor and redirect attention inward. The speaker argues that attention habitually directed outward dissipates our personal power and creative energy; by calling energy back into the body, slowing brain waves, and accessing the subconscious, one can let go of old stories, feel safety in the body, and create healing and new possibilities.

Monitor where your attention is going constantly. When your attention is constantly outward and it's constantly on the habitual thoughts and beliefs and emotions, you will continue to get the same outcomes and the same results and the same feelings and the same thoughts. When we come here on Earth, we're all given the same amount of power and energy. And what happens is we, a lot of us, end up tuning outwards to everyone around us. And we give that power away. We give that power away subconsciously. We're constantly just pouring our energy out, our creative energy. What happens when you call your energy back to yourself and you reintegrate back into your body and you put your attention on just feeling safe in your body, Your brain waves slow down, your attention flows into your subconscious. You really truly then in that moment believe that anything is possible for you. You believe that things can change for you. You can finally let go of the old story and you become present and the old story no longer exists for you. And that is where you can create healing. That is where you can create something new.
