Ella Attrill had a successful property business but felt stuck with too many ideas. Working with coach Emma, she launched a property coaching business, hit her targets, hired help, and moved to Mallorca to work from her terrace. She credits Emma with helping her simplify, delegate, and make bigger moves.
The moves that I've made in my business have been exponential. We first started working together, I knew that I wanted to do something, tag on something onto my property business that I already had that was very successful. Same time, I was still very much working in that business. It was just a process of getting really clear on what I did want because I had so many ideas and so many directions that I wanted to go in. So we really narrowed that down and played to my strengths. Now I've opened a property coaching business which I didn't think I would be doing right now and have the confidence to do, but it's been very, very successful. I've reached my target of clients and I'm serving them and they're getting some amazing results as well. Really thankful for that. We have spoken about systemization and I've hired a VA throughout this whole process, given me the incentive to take the plunge and move abroad. So I'm now Sat on my lovely terrace in Mallorca. I think I would have actually done it if it hadn't have been for the coaching that I've had with Emma. Really just made things so much more simple in our business. And yes, it's busy still, but it's given me insight how to outsource everything and how to play to my strengths and all of that. So I'm super, super grateful for Emma.
