In this guided‑imagery sample from Dr. Emmett Miller’s “Freeing Yourself From Fear” program, the narrator invites the listener to settle into a comfortable chair and recall a past situation where deep relaxation could have been useful. The listener visualizes the scene, identifies a point in the narrative to apply a relaxation technique, and mentally rehearses the steps of tensing and releasing the body. While maintaining this relaxed state, the listener rewrites their internal script, imagining a more confident, focused response and a satisfying outcome. The exercise ends with a brief promotional cue directing the audience to the full program at shopdrmiller.com.
