And imagine that you can just sink into this pause as though you're sinking into a wonderfully soft cloud. And as your body continues to relax itself more and more, from time to time you may become aware of unnecessary thoughts that enter your mind, questions, memories from the past. Projections into the future, irrelevant doubts or distractions. Now become aware of the air as it enters and leaves through your nostrils, and imagine that your nostrils are like two little exhaust pipes that go directly up into your mind. And with each breath out, imagine that you're breathing out any unnecessary thought that might be in your mind. And as you breathe each unnecessary thought out of your mind, You're aware of being in control. You are the master of your thoughts, and during the remainder of this relaxation period, no thought is powerful enough to remain in your mind. With each breath out, you breathe out unnecessary thoughts, and with each breath in, you breathe in fresh, clean air that swirls through your mind, cleansing it rejuvenating it, and energizing.
