Hi, my name's Ed, and in this video I want to show you how you can save a ton of time putting together workouts for your clients. I looked at a lot of PT software and they were okay, but none of them really let me write workouts the way I wanted to, the way I would do with pen and paper. So I developed the BitFitter platform and And if you like what you see, you are very welcome to start using it free of charge. Okay, let's jump straight in and see how easy it is to write a workout using Bitfitter. Okay, so before we can create a workout, we need some exercises. To find that, let's go into our programming toolkit and launch exercises. Creating new exercise, really quick. New exercise, give it a title. So let's call this, I don't know, let's make a side plank. And we can create a narrative for our client to tell a client what to do. And then we describe this kind of exercise within the system. So it's going to be a strength exercise. And we're going to measure it in terms of time, and we're interested in the RPE. Next step is to add a video. I keep all of my videos in YouTube, so let's just go over to my YouTube channel, and there's me doing something a bit like a side plank. We click on the share button, and the bit we want is right here. The code at the end after the forward slash is the share button. So we'll just copy that— actually, we just copy that bit there and go back to Bitfitter and pop that in there. Click Save and we're done. Next step is to create a workout. So we're going to Workouts and create a new workout. Let's call this Killer Summer Abs because one day it will be summer. And again, we can describe our workout, and in other videos you'll see where these descriptions pop out. But for now, let's just write a description of the workout like so. And again, we describe the workout. So this is a strength-based workout. It's going to take roughly 15 minutes. It's not going to need any equipment. It's good for intermediate-type people. In fact, let's make it simple, it's good for novices, and it's going to focus on core. Once we've done that, described our workout, we then need to add some exercises to it, and we do that down here in the workout card. So to edit the workout card, we go into here, and you can see we have a list of all our exercises and a blank workout card. And it is as easy as pie. We drag the exercise from the library into the workout. So let's— I think we created a side plank, so let's pop that in there. And maybe we want them to do a regular plank as well. And so we just drag that over to there. Maybe we want them to do a few press-ups, like so. And maybe we want them to do some bicycle crunches, because why not? I'm sure you can probably write more imaginative workouts, but this will do for now. In fact, In fact, let's make press-ups the first thing they do. Once we've got all of the exercises that we want for our workout over here in our card, we just click on any— click on them and specify how many sets or how long. So for our side plank, we're going to do 2 sets and each one is going to be 30 seconds long. So we'd specify all of the Durations and reps as appropriate for our exercises. Go back to our workout and you can see now we've got our workout card built. Click on Save and we are done. Okay, so hope you agree that creating workouts in Bitfitter is going to save you a ton of time. Once you've got your workouts in place, then they're available for any of your clients. You can charge them for them, you can give them away free. Creating workouts is a great start. You can then use workouts to build programs, and in the next video I'm going to show you how writing programs is just as easy and how you can sell them to make more money. So if you are interested in doing that, then click on the subscribe to this channel, and I'll see you in the next video, which you can find on my YouTube channel. See you soon. Bye. Bye.
