A little short video because it has to be under 1 minute apparently. So today was a zone 3 and 4 brick session, but a brick session with a bit of a twist in that there were short distances. So 2K run, 10K bike, but repeated twice. So you're getting on and off the bike all the time. The big thing that I got out of today's session was trying to think more like a multi-sport person. I'm not going to use that word athlete because I think that I could get sued for misrepresentation, but Anyway, if you're going to do a 2K run, you shouldn't run it like a 2K run. You should run it like somebody that's got to do some cycling and some more running later on. And that was the main thing that I got through my thick skull today, even though I should know better. So it's always good to try and remember these things. Did the bike sessions on the Wattbike because the weather in the UK is still predictably shit and I can't be bothered to go outside, but I did do running outside. So see you tomorrow. Bye! Bye!
