If you're publishing a GPT to the store, you need custom Terms of Use written by a lawyer, not just a copied template. A generic document won't protect you from liability when users interact with your GPT.

you do need to develop your own terms of service and terms of use. I'll put a link to this in the description, but we've got a template for you to refer to. You can't just cut and paste it, that's not going to work for you. You need to have an attorney develop it for you, but you'll see the types of issues here that you need to have in your terms of use. So this could be the terms of use for everyone that uses your GPT.
