How I used AI today to win at work. #ai #law

Enrico walks through his daily ChatGPT workflow, using threading to build context and reusable Markdown skill files as prompt libraries. He shows how he built a custom AI assistant to navigate Amazon's arbitration system, and offers a members subscription for deeper training on these techniques.

So how did I use ChatGPT today? I can't even begin to tell you all the different ways that I used ChatGPT today. I did a lot of threading where I would start and create a foundation on a thread, build the context window, build the token chain, and then from that do all kinds of different tasks working off that thread. I just did a whole video that's going to be for members only. If you don't know, I do have a members-only option which you can join below. For $12.95 a month, you get exclusive content, much more detailed training on a lot of the things that we talk about here. And so I did a lot of threading, and threading is probably the most important thing that I do day in and day out because I spend a lot more time thinking about what knowledge and information and instruction am I putting into each folder, each thread. As I break everything up into components, I have the right strategy to go about my work, and I think about the end zone— where am I trying to get to?— and then I work backwards from there. What do I need to build in terms of a bucket of knowledge, a bucket of instructions, step by step, is going to get me there? The other thing that I did a lot today was to build skills, markdown files with very detailed instructions that I could upload into ChatGPT to do very specialized things like navigate the systems at Amazon for arbitration and creating very specialized tools that I could use to navigate the arbitration process. It's far more extensive than, say, a GPT assistant where you upload knowledge, where you then upload instructions. No, markdown files, which are skills which become .md files that you put on your computer that you can upload again and again and again are like this great prompt library that you build into these files that you can upload at any time. And they're very, very detailed. So instead of saying, hey, generally I want you to do this, or I'm thinking about that, these skills markdown files are, you're going to do this, then this, you're going to consider this, you're not going to do this, here's the format that you're going to provide the output, here's the approach that you're going to take. It's dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of lines of essentially code in plain English to build a skill that the GPT is going to execute when you call on it. So, I built a lot of skills and I used a lot of skills today. They're incredibly valuable. Again, members only will have some video content on how to build Markdown files with skills that you can use again and again and again. My name's Enrico. Go ahead and subscribe. We'll see you next time.
