Let's take a look at some of the stuff that's going on today at the expo. So I'm going to show you this board. You probably can't read it because it's probably inverse, but what we've got here is we've got how generative AI is transforming digital customer journeys. This is kind of where AI is. It's like customer support chatbots, you know, AI assistants, voice assistants that are picking up your phone for you. No question AI does that pretty well right now, and so that's where the market is. But of course, as business users, we're looking for way more than that. So next one is implementing generative AI in real-world strategies and success stories. I'm going to be interested in that one for sure. Then generative AI and the future of software development. Well, we know again AI does software development really well, and that's a big big use case right now. We're looking for use cases for people like lawyers and CEOs and founders and entrepreneurs. Again, 12 o'clock, digital marketing in the age of generative AI. Of course you can generate great content, great marketing content using AI. No doubt AI does that really, really well. Then there's a keynote presentation on using generative AI for improving soft skills. Again, training— how do you learn? How do you train people? Great use for AI. Basic stuff, but that's what business is all about, right? Basic stuff. Next keynote at 2 is Case Study: Transitioning from 100 Years of Internal Experience to a Managed Service Provider. Not sure what that one's about. Another keynote, and this could be a fireside chat with, with Kaseya, and it's going to be unknown. So then we'll have some networking events. We've got some more stuff over here on Track 2. And in Track 2, we've got New World of Copilots and Enterprise Operations, Agentic AI for Enterprise Driving Business Transformation, Security Concerns While Developing Generative AI Applications, Ethical Implications of AI Keynote, uh, on Using Generative AI for Improving Soft Skills. Then we saw that one. So Track 2 appears to be more advanced stuff, so we'll be definitely checking that out. This is Wednesday. These are the events for February 12th that I'm going to be taking you today. I've got my, my press pass, and so join me and we'll cruise along together through the Generative AI Conference.
