These are the three things that companies are facing right now when it comes to problems around AI. So number one is compensation bans. So believe it or not, the vast majority of companies right now have not figured out compensation when it comes to AI pill people. So that is a big thing right now, and I'm talking about this in many groups that I'm sitting in. The second one would be AI adoption slash AI fluency. So you can buy all these AI products, but if nobody's using it, it doesn't make any sense. And the third thing is token optimization. So how do you think about allocating funds for frontier models versus subscriptions versus open source. Those are the 3 things right now. Let me know what you think I missed.
