I think there are 3 types of AI people at a company. You have, let's call it FCA, okay? So you have people who are fanatics, that's the F. You have Cs, these are the converts. And then you have people, A, these are the anchors. So let's start with the anchors first. The anchors are the people who are unwilling and these people that are dragging when it comes to AI and these people don't like AI, okay? Those are people you probably need to rotate out of your company. Then the converts are the people who are willing, but they just, to your point, they need to be guided, they need to be taught. And so they're down to do it, you just need to show them. The fanatics, these are people that are talking about the latest things. Oh my God, this is happening over here. Oh my God, check this out over here. They're trying all the new things all the time. There's only a handful of these people in your company. These are the people that you want to bring with you.
