Grokbot mistakes to avoid. Number 1 is having bots that don't really do much in terms of providing ROI. So ideally you have something like a speed-to-lead bot that will follow up with your leads within the first 60 seconds or so. It will actually call them and get their information and log it into your CRM. That's the definition of useful. Number 2 is having too many bots. If you have too many bots, it's too difficult to manage. It's too much context flying around. Number 3, you wanna make sure that you have a chief of staff bot. Most people don't have a chief of staff bot. You wanna make sure that this is a manager bot that looks over everything else. And make sure that everything is organized, making sure that work is continuing to advance. Number four is not categorizing the different bots that you have. It makes it easier on your eyes when you see the different categories of the bots and where they live, and you can kind of put yourself into the context of hey, do I want to work on sales right now? Do I want to work on recruiting right now? Do I want to work on marketing right now? Do I want to work on personal stuff right now? You have to define the headspace that you're in at the moment so you can focus on it. Follow for more on AI business and marketing.
