Eric Siu breaks down four tiers of AI marketers: those who reject it, those using ChatGPT and Gemini, those running agentic workflows with tools like Lindy and Zapier, and those building products with Claude Code. Aim for adaptive or transformative.

So there are 4 levels of AI marketers. Number 1, you have people who are at an unacceptable level. Number 2, you have people who are at a capable level. Number 3, you have people that are at an adaptive level. And then number 4, you have people at a transformative level. Someone who is at a not acceptable level right now, this is someone that is not willing to use AI. They're not even willing to open up ChatGPT. They don't believe in it. They believe it's using too much energy. You know, AI is overhyped, it's overrated. They're pushing against the future. That is at an unacceptable level. The second level would be capable. Capable means is they're using ChatGPT right now. They're maybe using some custom GPTs. GPTs, maybe they're using Gemini, maybe they're making some gems and things like that. For some companies, that capable level is acceptable. Now the next level would be someone who is at an adaptive level. So this is where someone is using agentic workflows. Maybe they're using tools, they're using Lindy, maybe they're using general agents out there like Manus. That's at an adaptive level. And if you know how to use Zapier or Lindy or any of them and build these workflows that are kind of connecting to each other, these are things that are at an adaptive level. Now the 4th level is transformative. Transformative means that you're using products out there like Claude Code to build products from scratch. And so you're actually understanding how all these systems tie in with each other, and you are now a manager of infinite intelligence. In my mind, you should aim towards getting to adaptive and transformative as soon as possible. If you want more AI tips like this, just hit follow.
