5 levels of AI in companies. Spoiler alert, most businesses are stuck at level 0. So level 0, no AI. These companies still do everything manually. They're paying people to copy paste between spreadsheets while competitors automate half their workload. Level 1, you got ChatGPT users. They use ChatGPT to write emails or brainstorm, but that's it. They think prompts are productivity, but they're really just scratching the surface. Level 2, you got power users. Now they're using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT with MCPs for deep research or complex analysis. They're 5 times faster, but still manually connecting dots between tools. Level 3, you got workflow builders. They start using tools like Zapier, Make, Lindy to automate full workflows. Instead of typing prompts, they trigger actions. This is where AI assistant turns into an AI teammate. Level 4, autonomous agents. They use Replit's autonomous agents to build actual tools, calculators, or products, things that no-code can't touch. That's when AI stops saving time and starts creating real assets. And level 5, you got subagents. The top percent right now build subagents in Cursor with Claude Code and MCPs. They can spin up entire teams of mini employees that can work for you and do all sorts of tasks in minutes. That's a new definition of leverage. And this is just scratching the surface of what's possible in the next few years. Follow if you're done learning AI and ready to leverage it.
