These 6 insane ChatGPT-5 use cases will make you a lot more money. Plus, they're going to change how you work for the better. So imagine automating deep research, streamlining complex workflows, and transforming massive data into clear strategies, all with AI doing the heavy lifting. So let's get into it. So the first thing I want to show you with ChatGPT-5 is the autonomous multi-step agent. So not a lot of people know about these or not a lot of people are using these right now. But I'm telling you, I've used these myself to help me book things for travel and help me with multi-step processes Without manual intervention.
All you need to do when you're in ChatGPT is go ahead and click on this little— it looks like a little mouse with a box around it, and you just hit agent. And so for example, I might be saying, and I'm going to dictate this out, I'm traveling to Austin, Texas next Friday. I want you to help me find the cheapest direct flights in the morning, and I also want you to help me find 3 of the best 4-star hotels that you can find. Go ahead and list them for me and go from there. The agent's going to start running. It might ask me for some clarifying questions, but you can basically see it running here. And the cool thing is I can just let this go and I can run it in different— I can start to run other chats while I do this. And so you can see it's already searching for flights and hotels for Austin trip. And then it can even, you know, it's going to get to a point where it can eventually just book it all for you. Okay. So now it's kind of, it's done the research for me and it only took 36 seconds and it didn't exactly have to open that agent. And so, What I'm going to do now is I'm going to just hit— if I wanted to book it for me, it's going to move it into action. It's probably going to open the browser as well, and I probably need to intervene here and there, but let's see how it works. Okay, so anyway, it says, got it, to take this all the way. I'm happy to take this all the way. It looks like it can, but it requires a quick consent checkpoint. So I can fill in all this information here and then it can basically complete this stuff, or it's telling me alternatively I can just do this myself, which honestly isn't that bad, but I like to have an agent do it for me.
So look, using this agentic flow is—it's cool, but it's just a start. What if you can instantly absorb massive amounts of information and make decisions faster for your business? So the beauty of this is using deep research within OpenAI, and it's become more powerful with ChatGPT Five. It deploys AI as an autonomous analyst to scour the web, so it consolidates insights from multiple sources into one clear report. And instead of using an analyst, I now have an infinitely patient. deep research autonomous analysts that can do this for me. And because I can make decisions faster, that means the company's going to make money faster and that's going to compound over the years.
And in fact, I want to show you how this looks.
So let's get into it.
So in terms of how to use supercharged deep research when it comes to ChatGPT today, for example, I just did a webinar and it went well with CXL. We've done one with RB2B. I did the talk at HubSpot's Inbound last week and I was like, okay, well, who else should we be partnering with to do partner content with to drive more Carrot.ai leads, which is the software that I have? And then all I did was I just hit this little deep research button down here. And then you can see it says research and it'll ask me clarifying questions here. And then I'll answer the clarifying questions and then it'll just basically start on the research. And sometimes it'll take a couple minutes, sometimes it'll take longer than that. And it'll show me who I should be partnering up with on the webinars podcast side of things. And it does a pretty good job here. It shows you different sources. This is a good start because I don't need to go Google around.
It's already looked at searching different sources.
And so any type of deep research I might need around different stocks, for example, you know, analyzing different financial reports, that this becomes super, super useful, especially now that it's using ChatGPT-5 and ChatGPT-5 knows the right model to pick.
So once you've gathered all that research and you've decided on actions you want to take, what if I told you that ChatGPT-5 could take it to another level by digesting your entire company's knowledge base? So before ChatGPT-5, there was a context window limitation, meaning that you can only put a certain amount of text before the chat couldn't be used anymore. Right now you can actually put 256,000 tokens into each chat. So the context window is a lot larger now. So what you can do is you can actually take hundreds of pages, maybe large legal documents or a ton of processes that you have to form strategic insights. So you can compare, you can summarize, interpret complex clauses across documents, legal documents, and you can unlock context that was previously impossible to handle in earlier AI models. So let's take a look at how this works.
In each chat, you can actually have a lot more text within it before the chat starts to break down. So that's a lot more useful because you can talk back and forth with the chat a lot longer. So especially if I'm doing deep research here, maybe I want to find more sources like this, or maybe I want to find people who have big email lists, or maybe I want to find the emails of these people, and this can go ahead and do it for me. So that is the beauty of, of using deep research and having these longer context windows with ChatGPT-5. You can just do a lot more with less.
The real magic actually comes in when you connect ChatGPT-5 directly with your live business tools. So now I want to talk about MCPs, which is Model Context Protocol, and that sounds complex. Don't worry, it's not that bad. What it allows you to do is it allows your LLMs to talk with different apps that you have.
So now I want to talk about how you can use MCPs for business data. So in this case, what I'm doing is I'm logged into ChatGPT on the web. Web browser and I basically hooked it in with our HubSpot. And so in this case, I'm having it analyze my pipeline flow over a certain period of time and then ask it to ask any clarifying questions. And then I basically answered those questions. And so it took— it did research, deep research actually for 13 minutes and it looked at 30 different sources. And you can see here what it's basically said, basically how much we're averaging and how many new deals are being created and that type of stuff, right? So if you wanted to connect your ChatGPT with your MCPs, all you need to do is this. You can just hit use connectors over here and you have a lot of different sources. So I have a couple of sources here. Dropbox, Google Drive is another one, HubSpot's another one, Google Calendar and Gmail, right? So what you can do is you can actually connect other MCPs in here. Notion can be another one. Linear is a project management tool, Canva. So there's a lot of things that you can do here, scheduling and all that. And you can use this with ChatGPT-5.
And so when you hook all these things together, you're gonna get the right insights on who you should be following up with. And you can even ask it to craft personalized follow-ups based on whatever the last conversation was or whatever the context was with these last people. What's gonna happen is you're gonna make more money cuz you're looking to have more sales conversations. And so that eliminates the need for you to log into multiple dashboards so that ultimately what this means is you can streamline reporting and decision-making, and that is gonna lead to nicer decisions, that's going to lead to nicer revenue. Most AI writing tools were built by engineers who've never written a blog post in their lives. ClickFlow is entirely different. It's built by my team of SEO marketers and learns your business inside out, delivering automated, scalable content that is optimized for search engines and reads like it was crafted by your own team. No more managing freelancers, no more babysitting briefs. Just press go and grow. So head to clickflow.com and get your first 25,000 words free. That's not a typo. 25,000. Go get them. Clickflow.com. All right. So this next part's exciting. So when you combine MCPs with coding tools, you can actually build specialized AI agents for your exact workflows.
What I like doing is building AI-powered subagents.
So let's say we have subagents that are helping us with SEO, coming up with the right keywords to target, or to help us with finance, or to help us with A/B testing. So let me show you how this works.
Now, This is going to be a little more complex, but this is a setup that I have within my Cursor. So Cursor is, it's an IDE, or basically you can just look at it as a coding editor. And I don't know how to code, so don't worry about it. It's just the interface that I use. And I also use a tool called Claude Code, which allows me to make these little subagents very quickly.
And I'll show you what I mean in a second.
And then you can connect it again with MCP. What I'm showing you on the right side over here is I actually ran this blog decay optimizer. And what it does is it just looks at the top 10 blog optimization opportunities for my site. So look at historical conversions, traffic declines, SEO opportunity implementation needs. So I'm not going to bore you with all the details. But this is someone that, that something that's doing the analysis for me. So I basically have this SEO analyst. And you can see all the work that it's, that it's doing within here. And all I need to do with this blog decay optimizer, if you want to see how this employee works, is it's basically a prompt. And so You can see here it says you're an expert blog decay optimizer specializing in identifying and revitalizing underperforming blog content that previously drove conversions. Your expertise combines SEO analysis, conversion optimization, and content strategy to maximize the ROI of existing blog assets. So it does all these things. Here's the core mission, here's the analysis workflow, and then here's the output requirements. Now it's very simple. Now once you, once you have it set up, I just kicked— I clicked this Claude Code button over here. And I just type in /agents, okay? And I'll hit create new agent. And let's say I want an agent that's like a finance agent that will help me figure out what the trends are from a finance standpoint and also even help me with projections over certain periods that I— certain time periods that I define, okay? So basically you can look at this like a financial analyst, okay? And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to dictate this out. So you can use a tool like Super Whisper. And so I basically say what I want, or you can type it out. If you want, and it's now generating this agent. Now, this doesn't take too long to do. I can use the ChatGPT-5 model over here, which is GPT-5, which is the latest model. And then I can make these employees on demand and I can generate these and I can run them in multiple tabs. And so, you know, whether it's, you know, weekly reports I want or blog fresh, blog refresh opportunities or blog decay or a business insight report generator, or I want a talent sourcer from LinkedIn, I want all these things, right? And in this case, you can see all the MCPs that it's pulling from. My point is you're going to gain a lot more leverage by doing this, by creating these subagents. And yes, it's going to be a little bit more time setting this up. And if you watch some of my other videos on my channel, you'll see how we go about setting this up. But the way you want to look at this now is you're becoming not just, you know, 2 times faster, but 10 times, 100 times faster eventually.
So ultimately what this does is it improves accuracy and efficiency of these subagents. And ultimately you can scale operations by giving each AI teammate its own job description. So now I can have multiple tabs of these subagents. Happening, I can create these sub-agents on the fly. And that to me is a superpower.
And I hope that you take advantage of this so you get stronger and stronger as well.
So the last part here, question I want to pose to you is, is what happens when AI stops being just a tool and when it actually starts to act like a colleague? With ChatGPT-5, you can have an agent that just talks to people on your team based on every— all the datasets it's been trained on. So maybe you're onboarding someone in China What if you can have a custom GPT that's trained on all of your data? Okay. And when you're talking to it, you can say, hey, I'm actually Chinese. Please train me on this onboarding in Mandarin. We're going to be able to break down language barriers. Okay. You're going to be able to train people at scale. And when you can create these AI teammates tailored to your company's tone, culture, and workflows, and you can continue to, to, to train it over time to help it get better, you are going to have infinitely patient people on your team that will help with onboarding. After this recording, I'm literally going to my leadership team. To train them on recruiting. But in my mind, I'm like, wait, why can't I just take this video after when I train these people? I'll take the transcript and just continue to do these trainings and then eventually plug it into a custom GPT and then have it train future people. And then I know it's doing it based on what I like. That is an idea that I just brainstormed live. But you don't get these ideas until you try these things. That's it for this video. Which one of these are you most excited to try? Drop a comment below. And if you want more ways AI can help grow your business, Check out this video and we'll see you on the other side.
