Eric Siu outlines seven AI loops to automate business operations: revenue monitoring, content iteration, SEO updates, lead outreach, spend optimization (which he claims saved $500,000), code repository improvements, and engineering context preservation. He offers templates and a Loops Creator skill to viewers who comment.

Here are the 7 AI loops to build if you want to make money faster. Number 1 is powerful. It's the revenue watchdog loop. So the way it works is it can watch your pipeline. You can look for stalled deals, you can revive deals, you can look for stage drift. It keeps your pipeline moving and it can show you how it's going over time. This will help you find money. Number 2 is the content loop. Imagine ingesting all of your content, picking out the spikes, and then making new content from it, and then looking at what works, and then looking at doubling down on that, and then continuing that loop every single week. Number 3 is the AEO and SEO loop. You can look at what are doing. You can look at what's working for you. You can look at what your founders are saying on podcasts and looking at net new content you should be drafting, keeping, consolidating, updating— like all that type of stuff when it comes to SEO. This loop applies to it. Number 4 is the outbound loop. You can obviously research leads and you can send emails out there, but if it's not improving on itself over time, then it requires a lot of human attendance. This will help solve that problem. Number 5 is a finance spend loop. So this one saved me $500,000 alone just by running it the first time. And you look at this, it can look at where you're spending too much money, where there's duplicate spend. You can look at unused tools. You can look at contractor spend that you maybe shouldn't be spending on right now. You can look at renewal risk, all that type of stuff. This means looking at duplicate spend. It looks at where your spend is spiking. It's looking at where unnecessary spend is. Basically, it's going to save you money. Number 6 is the repo plus skill loop. So it can look at things that you should be skillifying. It looks at maybe fixes that have happened already, things that should be— looks at failed runs as well. And so you're constantly looking at how your repo could be performing better. And also it's looking at what should be skillified. Number 7 is the continuation loop. And so when you think about this, you think about engineering work moving across runs. If you're building on any harness, the context that you might lose or a lot of drift that might happen, you don't need to worry about that anymore. If you want the skill, which is our Loops Creator skill, as well as a repo template for this, just comment loops and we'll send it over to you.
