In this podcast episode, the hosts walk listeners through seven marketing tools they recommend for scaling and improving various aspects of a business’s marketing operations. They start with Sendoso, a gifting platform that can be automated via Zapier to engage, acquire, and retain customers through physical or virtual gifts. Next, they discuss Attentive, an SMS messaging service praised for its high open and click rates. The third tool, Audience.co, enables the creation of handwritten notes at scale using robotic automation, which can be combined with Sendoso for a memorable outreach strategy. The fourth recommendation is Google Data Studio, a free business intelligence dashboard that aggregates data from multiple sources (often via Supermetrics) to give marketers a unified view of performance. The fifth tool, Revealbot, automates ad analysis and optimization across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Snap, and pushes alerts to Slack. The sixth tool, PicSnippet, generates personalized images with dynamic text (e.g., names or handwritten notes) for email campaigns to boost conversion rates. Finally, Flick.tech is presented as a solution for discovering, organizing, and tracking Instagram hashtags, allowing marketers to replicate successful hashtag strategies. The episode concludes with a standard call‑to‑action encouraging listeners to rate, review, and subscribe.

Today, we are going to talk about 7 marketing tools to help you level up. So the first marketing tool, I actually mentioned this a couple episodes ago, is going to be Sendoso. So Sendoso allows you to send gifts out there to really help engage, acquire, and retain customers. So you can send coffee, you can send maybe Amazon gift cards, maybe you can send virtual lunch to an entire team, all this type of stuff. You can actually automate it now because they have integrations with tools like Zapier just to make things a lot easier.
The second tool that we have for you is Attentive. Attentive is an easy way to generate more SMS software. Sorry about that, my baby's saying—
You're fine.
Hi baby. Yes, hi baby. Go wash your hands. Thank you. The second software I have is Attentive. It's an easy way to communicate with people through mobile messaging. It's an SMS tool. It works extremely well. Check it out. SMS has amazing, not just open rates, but amazing click rates.
The third one is Audience.co. So this is from a friend of mine and Audience.co basically allows you to create handwritten notes by robots at scale. So if you combine Senoso with Audience.co, now you're going to have this really, this amazing weapon that can help reach out to people and people are going to remember you for it.
Number 3, I love—
I think number 4.
Number 4?
Yeah.
Number 4, I really love Google Data Studio. Everyone uses Google Analytics, but very few people, even though I talk about it, use Google Data Studio. It's free from Google. Think of it as your business intelligence tool that marketers should be using because it can connect all the data that you have from different places all into one. And you can use Supermetrics to start plugging a lot of things into Google Data Studio. So one view, you can get a pulse of what's happening with your marketing, where you need to, you know, pay attention to, where you need to focus to really grow.
Number 5, Revealbot. So Revealbot is powerful automation for analyzing your ads, optimizing your ads, works with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snap. And it also combines this to push everything to Slack. There are, I know Facebook and Google have their own automation tools, but Revealbot, this is something that we're testing out right now. And it seems to really help save us time. I'll report back on it later when my team actually tests a little more. And I actually got this tool recommendation from Justin Brooke from AdSkills.
And number 6, PicSnippet. So PicSnippet is a tool when you're sending out emails to people, you'll find that a lot of your emails won't convert the way you want. PicSnippet will actually send out custom images where you can put handwritten notes in there, people's name, and it dynamically changes. So it seems super custom, which will boost your conversion rate. I've used it for so many years. It works well, but not too many people talk about it.
All right. Last but not least, this is also another one from Justin Brooke. This one's called Flick.tech. So it's F-L-I-C-K.tech, and it helps you find, manage, and analyze Instagram hashtags with Flick. That's the headline on the website. So what I like about it is that it gives you the ability to categorize or group different hashtags. And then so you can save them for later and you can see which ones are performing well and you can see where you actually started to rank. I haven't found a good tool that helps me organize my hashtags. In some cases, I'll look at posts and 40% to 50% or 60% of people are coming from hashtags. And I haven't figured out what are the ones that actually work? How can I duplicate my success? Remember what measures What you— what gets measured gets managed. So check out flick.tech. Yeah, please rate, review, and subscribe to our podcast. It really helps us grow, and we will see you tomorrow.
