8 AI Marketing Workflows That Will Drive INSANE Growth

Eric Siu walks through eight AI workflows for marketing teams: AI SDRs like Delphi for lead follow-ups, Lindy.ai for content repurposing, programmatic SEO, automated publishing with n8n and Veo, ClickFlow for content updates, and bots for team accountability. Each keeps humans in the loop while scaling work.

These 8 agentic workflows will literally make money while you dream. Imagine waking up to a marketing system that's running your content, qualifying leads, and coaching your team, all without having to lift a finger. Here's a no-fluff tutorial on how you can build this autopilot system for yourself. And I'm going to cover how you can automatically qualify and respond to leads in real time, how you can provide coaching and performance feedback at scale, and how you can keep your SEO and paid media optimized while you sleep. Also, I am going to show you how you can generate generate content from internal meetings because that's where your best stuff comes from, and a lot more. So let's get into it. The first workflow is for lead follow-ups. This workflow will send personalized, context-driven follow-up emails, texts, and Slack messages based on whatever criteria that you define. We're using Lindy.ai here, and these are the— this is the flow that, that's happening. And basically, when a new lead is added, We will have Lindy automatically go research the company, look at headcount, look at years of experience, look at the HQ location, their X profile, find recent news, capital raise, because all these things matter for us. So this is for our LinkedIn account-based marketing software, Carrot, and we want to know that, hey, are they actually a company that is in software development that has over 200 employees or so? And are they in B2B? Do they need account-based marketing software? And so in this case, if they are, if they seem like they are a fit, so it just says this, hey, first name, thanks for your interest in Carrots LinkedIn ABM product. Do you have 10 to 15 minutes to chat with my CTO and walk through this? Because we're doing these pilots right now, right? So then it'll send this message out. And what happens here, it actually doesn't send an email, it actually drafts it up. So it's in your inbox and you can choose if you want to send it and you can check every morning just so you can see that it's correct, right? You want to make sure that it's looking good. And especially if it's personalized, right? You can use other products out there. In this case, we just prefer to use Lindy.ai because it does a good job with the reasoning at these key steps over here. And I'll also send it to Slack as well to show if a lead is qualified or not. And then sales can decide if they want to jump on it. But I mean, basically this is doing a lot of the work, preparing sales and saying, hey, do this, do this. And then that's basically it. Now for this next one, you can also set up workflows before a lead ever gets to you. I use Delphi to create an AI SDR trained on all of my content. It qualifies new inbound traffic for me and answers the right questions, objections, and points people in the right direction. The cool thing about Delphi over here is that Delphi will scan all of your content and it will basically— it's trained on all of my content and it responds to people, qualify inbound traffic. You can see that it's trained on Look, 99%. So all this content over here, right? And the cool thing, I'm just giving a sense for some of the topics that appear. Hi, I'm Eric Siu. How can I help? So this is a little chatbot on the bottom right. What's up? I'm currently a business student taking marketing course. Hoping you would share some of your thoughts on the hottest marketing trends. Thank you for your time. Hottest marketing trends, hands down, it's about AI-powered marketing, AI search optimization, hyper-personalization, short-form AI chatbots and agents. And so this is not a bad answer. Let's see, what are your products and services? Let's see how it answers this one over here. So our products and services are digital marketing services, SEO, pay-per-click, content marketing, social media, email conversion optimization. We also have Carrot, our ABM software. This to me is like a little AI chatbot you can use. Again, point people in the right direction, get them on your email list, maybe sell them a little, you can sell them a course or something like that, or try to get them on the phone call. And so next we're going to dive into a workflow to help with content creation. If you're creating content from scratch every single time, You're working harder than you need to. Lindy.ai, which is my tool of choice, can help you repurpose meetings, webinars, and even internal docs into fresh content. And the reason I like Lindy is because it can reason at each step, and you can have OpenAI or Claude or whatever model you want to use actually reason at each step, right? You can have a prompt at each step for your workflows, and that's what I love about it. And so let me give you an example here. This is one of the internal meetings that we have. And it will come up with the compelling ideas. And this is what the output looks like. So it'll give me the virality potential, it'll give me 3 hooks, it'll give me the body copy over here. But if I scroll down, here's one that's interesting. Perplexity Labs as your secret competitive intelligence weapon. So this, because Perplexity Labs is new, that's— it's novel. So whatever I have to share, it's a novel insight. So the best content typically will come from internal meetings that you're having where you're not thinking about creating content. You don't have the pressure of thinking about creating content. You're actually— the pressure is you have to deliver to actually show your stuff, right? And that's why we have this compelling ideas note-taker. For SEO, you can use programmatic content creation, which can be automated based on search intent data that you have. You can look at longer tail, high intent type of keywords that you might want to go after that are not as competitive. And this way you can scale content without having to write endless articles all by hand. You can try to automate it completely, but I'd recommend that you semi-automate it and have a human in the loop. And make sure it's good to go. Okay, so here's an example of a PSEO page on the Single Grain website. As you can see, it says location, digital marketing agency in Los Angeles. So this is a location-based page over here. And you can see your dedicated digital marketing partner in the heart of Los Angeles. And then this part is customized over here and why Single Grain is a top digital marketing agency in Los Angeles. So it has all this. And then you can see here's a little Los Angeles location. And then, you know, it goes through a couple of case studies and things like that. But this page is clearly customized for the location. So PSEO, programmatic SEO, is not exactly— I wouldn't say it's dead today, but you still might as well take advantage while you still can. Now, another content workflow that saves a ton of time for editing and managing content is by using products like N8N. And this makes it possible to create short-form posts, carousels, and schedule content very easily. And so here's N8N. Here's an example of a template here that says generate and auto-post AI videos to social media with Veo 3 and Bloatato. And so Veo 3 allows you to quickly do text-to-video. And if you have a workflow here that allows you to create content at scale, you can repurpose content from your long-form content into X content, into LinkedIn content, into short-form YouTube content, or use Veo to stitch it all together. You can actually do that now, right? So I would just caution you not to create a bunch of AI slop that people aren't going to watch. You want to make sure it's still quality, and that's why you still need to have a human in the loop. The last content-focused workflow is one of the most important that ties in with content updating and consolidation. You're looking for workflows that automatically find outdated content, consolidate articles, and update pages, find internal links and things like that. Now, there are a lot of tools that you can use, but the tool of our choice is our tool that we created ourselves, which is called ClickFlow. This is just our solution called ClickFlow where we're giving 25,000 words for free and it helps you update, delete, consolidate content, helps with internal linking, helps with just the rote SEO tasks that your team wouldn't want to do. And our team has reported that this at least saves them 35 to 40% of time, and it does 35 to 40% of their, their job. And it's just going to get higher over time. Now let's talk about workflows that can be used for people management. This is more of a business workflow, but you want your marketers working the highest leverage priorities. So it's relevant and that you're That you're ultimately, you're hitting your marketing metrics a lot more often. We have this daily accountability bot and it'll go into our Slack, it'll look for the top thing that people are working on for today and it'll coach them on that. It'll also look at the top 3 things that they got done yesterday. And the whole idea here is that if you're paying people for their time, you want to make sure that they're working on the highest leverage things. And so you as a human being, you can't be everywhere at once. This allows you to be everywhere at once. And I can tell you the moment we implemented this, Everyone got better. And you can see here, all it does every day at 2 PM Monday through Friday, it's going to grab the messages from the last 24 hours in the standup channel, and it's going to give everyone feedback in public, 1 through 10. How did they rate? What was good? What could be better? And at the end of the month, there is going to be a leaderboard that shows you how many times people consistently submitted and also how their average rating turned out to be. Currently, we're in the earliest stage of workflows, and they're only going to get better from here. Something on the horizon is automated ad bidding, and that's where a lot of these ad platforms are going. Meta has said that this is where they're going to be in 2026. When we think about how we're developing for Carrot, we want people to be able to— we want Carrot to come up with B2B insights based on their business, based on the ads that they're running. And then we want to come up with insights where we can just do it for them. So the future of marketing is going to be one-click where a lot of it is just going to be, hey, here's all the insights, here's what we think you should do. Do you want us to just do it for you? And then boom, it's being done for you. So this is our account-based marketing product called Carrot, and you can see with Carrot things are going to change. Personalized LinkedIn ads, you can make these within minutes instead of weeks. We have different reporting in here, and we have these personalized landing pages. So what we see the future of all this, where this is all going, is that we're going to see automated ad bidding. We're already seeing that with Meta. We're seeing that with Google. We're going to see that with everything. With the data that we have, we're going to make it easy for people to just say, Okay, we see all these insights. Do you want us to just fix it all for you? And do you want it to be a one-time fix or do you want it to be automated? Now let's just keep it going. So that's it for this video. Now that you've got the tools to set up different AI workflows, I'd love to hear your ideas for other workflows to add to this system. Drop a comment if you have any.
