Current AI can draft 400 words but can't handle the last mile: editing, adding citations, linking sources, expanding to 1,500 words. Real breakthroughs won't come for five to ten years. High-quality content still needs humans.

The last mile, we still need humans. We can't rely completely on AI right now, and that's why I think we're overhyping AI. As marketers, we like to overhype things. I think given where it's at right now, it's amazing, but I think in the next 5, 10 years or so, we're going to see the real stuff. I think there's still a ways to go. We need humans at the very end of it. We need an editor to come in, add more citations, add more stats, link to things as well, expand the piece of content because this is 400 words. Let's expand it into 1,500 words, into 2,000 words or so, then we have a real piece of content.
