They used to have 2 full-time people, you know, doing that job, and now AI has replaced that, right? And so they're just looking for efficiencies. I would say they're looking for ways to not so much replace people first and foremost, but more so to replace processes, because everything that you do with an AI or just business in general, you're paying for a process, you're paying for a workflow.
