great talent, often they're not looking for a job. Just a couple weeks ago, I saw someone that did really good creative work. He was marketing himself very well. He's doing 7 figures a year right now as a 22-year-old. And I think the sky's the limit for this guy. And I just wanted to talk with him. And we ended up meeting in New York and we ended up walking for about an hour or so. We went to go, go get tea and, and that was great. And who knows, maybe our, our paths will cross in the future. Maybe we can partner up. Maybe we can do something in the future. Maybe we can partner up, uh, from agency side in the future too, right? I'm always on the hunt for, for talent and there's always angles to figure out how to work together. And sometimes it might take you 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years to hire someone really amazing, and that's okay because great talent, often they're not looking for a job. But if you keep the conversation going, that's going to help you.
