I mean, this is why America, at least, what I think 60, 70% of people are considered overweight, and that number is continuing to grow. And that to me is crazy. When you look at people in Europe, when you look at people in other countries, it's not quite the case. And so we just eat a lot of processed foods. We're not paying attention to what we're eating. We have nasty environments. We have all these microplastics, things like that. People getting cancer earlier and earlier now, right? And so that's something to pay attention to. And other preventative things that you can take in would be getting your calcium CT scans to see if you have any plaque, right? Colonoscopies and the MRI scans to make sure that you don't any potential issues with cancer. So there's a lot of preventative things that you can do because ultimately you want to live a long life to enjoy more experiences.
