Are You Ready To Outsmart 99% Of People?

This content was created by Eric Siu. This content was uploaded by Eric Siu. This is a YouTube talk titled "Are You Ready To Outsmart 99% Of People?" (uploaded 2026-04-13). The excerpt is a single-speaker presentation in English (labeled SPEAKER A) aimed at founders and business owners explaining practical use of autonomous AI agents — how they differ from basic AI, concrete use cases (SEO agents, product-qualified-lead outreach, CFO cost-savings), tooling (Claude, Claude Code, OpenCLAW/NemoCLAW, ClickFlow, Carrot), enterprise/security tradeoffs (NVIDIA enterprise stack, HIPAA, permissioning), and calls to action (hiring at Single Grain, services at SingleBrain.com). The speaker gives hands-on examples, deployment and safety recommendations (virtual cards, limited device access, scoped permissions), and encourages leaders to prioritize agent-driven automation.

Everyone's talking about AI, but almost nobody is talking about how to actually use agents. They might talk about agents. They don't talk about how to use it. And that's exactly why most people are going to get left behind. An AI tool answers your questions, but it can only do shallow productivity work. But an agent goes in and it does the work for you. That's not a small difference. That changes everything for founders, business owners, really, whatever you are exactly. It changes it for everyone if you have high agency. If you don't understand agents right now in terms of how to actually use them, you don't actually understand where AI is going. So you might be wondering, what exactly is an agent? The way I look at it is an agent or autonomous agent will actually go in and do the work for you. I would say to their credit, Claude, they are doing a lot of things that are making their— they're making autonomous agents basically. So you have Claude Cowork, you have Claude Skills, you have Claude Code, you have Dispatch, you have Remote Control. All these things now you can control it, you can run schedules, you can run loops where the agents are actually doing the work for you and they're remembering to do the work. That's what it is ultimately, right? Like the work that we do, You want people to repeat tasks. You want people to remember things. You want people to strategize for you as well, right? The agent can do all of this. And the more information, the more context that you feed to the agent, the better. What I actually have on my screen right now, I just said, hey, you know, this, this AEO conference over here, they just released their slides. They released their video talks. Are you able to crawl through this website and tell me what we can apply to our Oracle SEO agent to upgrade the scaffolding? So it literally did that. I didn't expect it to do it. It actually went through the entire website and said, hey, Oracle doesn't do these right now. It doesn't do AI citation monitoring. It doesn't do prompt curve analysis. It doesn't do offsite consensus scoring. So what I did, I took this, I forwarded it to my SEO team. And the SEO team, by the way, they have an agent that collaborates with them that helps them with data pulls. It helps them with strategy. It helps them with execution using our AEO software, ClickFlow, which produces content. It helps with AEO tracking as well. And we're just trying to continue to get better. So I might read something and then I'll ask the agent, hey, can you do the research here? Boom, it did the research. Not only that, if I wanted to take it to the next level, I can do that, right? So I can literally hand it off to do these things. So So I'll give you another example. Within our software, we can see who is a product qualified lead. A product qualified lead is someone that is showing usage within the software, and we might want to reach out to them if they're a big company, right? So I'll give you an example. There's a multibillion-dollar company right now. Let's just say they're in the software space and they are using the software, but maybe they're not as engaged as we'd like them to be. So that's a good opportunity for us to reach out. And so this agent basically will look for people like they're qualified for us to talk to based on their engagement within the app. And it'll also come out with an angle to reach out to them with. And I'll say, hey, Eric, do you want us to reach out to them with this angle. Now imagine if you can take that process, because all work is just a process at the end of the day. You can hand it off to your team and just have them repeat it over and over. So you as a founder, as a leader watching this right now, the way you work with this is you just keep trying to unbottleneck everything, right? And so to me, this agent's hooked into our goals. It's hooked into a lot of the software tools that we have. It's hooked into our CRM. It's hooked into our sales intelligence tool. It's hooked into a host of things, right? You also have to understand that there are no solutions. There are only tradeoffs here. So the more autonomy you give it, the more you increase the risk. And that's something you have to decide what's worth it for your company and what isn't, right? Our company, for example, when we work with other companies to help them build out these, these AI agents, we use an enterprise-grade version that's from NVIDIA. And we use that because it has a lot of enterprise-grade scaffolding, security concerns and things like that, HIPAA compliance. That's all in there, right? And then that's, that's within our Single Grain side of the company. Hey, quick break. If you're looking to work at an AI-forward company, we are hiring at Single Grain. So Single Grain, we are a tech-enabled marketing services company, and our mission is to be the marketing partner that B2B companies The way we're looking at things right now is we are going hard on tools like Claude Code, and we have different products, Carrot and ClickFlow. And our mission is to hire the best possible people who are very AI-forward, who love to nerd out on marketing, and who want to go into this future. And so it's not going to be an easy thing, but you can check out our careers page by clicking this button over here, or just go to singlegrain.com/careers, and we'll see you on the other side. So you might be wondering at this point, do you need to know how to code? And the answer is no, because I don't know how to code. It does force you to understand CLIs, like command line interfaces. It does force you to understand GitHub repositories and things like that, but this is where the world is going anyway, so you might as well just do it now. If you want to build these things, everything that I showed you I built myself. Okay, do I work on it with my team as well? Yes. And the good news is now, by the way, the Single Brain website, if you go to that one, that was launched by myself. Does it look the most amazing? It's, it's passable, right? And it's already collecting leads. That's what matters ultimately. Any of you can do this. I'm telling you right now, you can go to X, Just start learning and then just start building. You can start with Claude first, and then if you want to start to get more complex, you want to open things up, maybe look at using OpenCLAW, maybe look at using NemoCLAW. But the action is all on X right now. That's where the smartest people are. And then I would encourage you to hang out with people that are talking about this stuff all the time. And again, like, you might be worrying too, like, are agents too risky to trust with real business tasks? You want to limit the blast radius here. So in terms of credit cards, give it a virtual credit card, give it its own device. So I have— I use OpenCLAW. I have it on my own device over here. It's very limited on passwords. It has its own email address. It has its own Apple ID. I don't let it send emails from, from my accounts, like my main accounts. I let it send from maybe other accounts too. So you have to look through what are all the security considerations, because the way you set this up in the beginning is very important, right? The, the .md file, the permissions that you're allowing it to do. If you're allowing your agents to go into your Slack instance or your Microsoft Teams instance, who is allowed to make changes to that, right? What information can it pull? Are you looking to hide sensitive compensation information as well? Like these considerations you all need to think about. These are all practical considerations. Is it risky? Well, is it risky to have someone join Do humans make stupid mistakes? Yes, they do. So computers also make stupid mistakes, right? So you have to think about what you're willing to let it do. And like I showed you earlier, these agents are actually running inside my business. I mean, one of the CFO agents, right when I use it, it helped me cut $500,000 in costs. So it is a very real thing. It's not BS. You have to start using this stuff right now. And Claude is probably the easiest way to get going. Look, the final thing I'll say is this. You might be thinking, oh, I barely have time to learn the basics. I got to focus on my business. This is your business right now. There is no other business. I'm going to be honest with you. No founder I know right now that isn't texting me saying, "Oh my God, I'm working till my eyes." Literally, I work every day until my eyes hurt. My eyes are painful by the end of the day. Every single day, we're all working harder now, and we're worried. Like the people that are work at our companies, the people that are eating it up, we're like, "Oh my God, that's amazing," right? Like we want everyone to be like that, but not everyone can be like that. You can't be like that as a founder. If you're watching this, you're a leader right now. I would just say that you need to dedicate probably. I'm going to say this right now: You're probably going to be spending more time, but probably 50%. You're spending more time, 50% of your time at least on this stuff, figuring out. What parts of your company can you start automating right now? Or what parts of your job can you start automating? Because I'll tell you this, at our company, if you know how to do this stuff, if you automate your job away completely, I will pay you more money because you know how to do that. That is how all this works. That's why I'm saying if you don't understand how agents truly work right now, you don't understand AI.
