So you want to clean out any junk that you have. You also want to make sure that you clean out the stale notes. Layer 3 is sourcing truth. So that means that you are labeling the source, the owner, the date, and the risk tied to the artifacts that you have. Layer 4 is permissioning. So making sure that you know who can access what and making sure that private stuff stays private. Layer 5 is feedback.
