Eric Siu talks about building an agency that doesn't need him there every day. He brought on a partner who has already built agencies that run without their direct involvement, and he's learning from them to create the same freedom for himself and his family.
I just launched an agency and the idea is to build it to function without me. I'm not even involved in the day-to-day. I truly want to value time with family, freedom, flexibility. I brought on a partner. He built previous agencies as well. He built them all to operate largely without him. And so I'm learning from him on how to do that because it's such a priority. And so that's, that's how I'm building this agency.
