Here's how to buy back your time like a billionaire. So most people know that the wealthy will do anything to protect their time. The wealthy will do anything to buy more time because time is an asset that cannot be renewed, and so you have to protect it with as much care as possible. And so one thing that you can do just to start buying back your time like a billionaire is tracking your time. So I have a daily time tracking template that I'm looking at here, and you can see earlier today I tracked my time at 15-minute increments. So in 15-minute increments, I'm taking a look at what I'm doing there. And so I'm just noting it here and I'm putting in what I did. And I'm also putting in the value of that task as well. So from low dollar sign to lots of dollar signs. And I'm also defining whether it gave me energy or it drained energy from me. Ideally, what you want to be doing is focusing on tasks that are high value and tasks that bring you energy. Then you can decide what to delegate and then you can decide what you want to continue to do.
