Will someone be able to create a massive agency with AI without headcount or people? Okay, so what do you think about that? I don't think it's possible, but I think you're more on a different spectrum than I am.
I don't think it's possible either. One thing I've been telling my team is that, you know, we have to continue to keep the talent bar unreasonably high, not just high, unreasonably high. Because my take on it, and I'm exaggerating a little bit here when I say this, but we can only afford to hire the top 5% of talent over the next 10 years, right? And this top 5% of people, they're going to be managing a thousand, tens of thousands of agents and a lot of the resources that they needed, that they've been constrained by, will be unconstrained.
