Do you go hire the super experienced person or do you hire the young person who's very enthusiastic and has, you know, kind of high agency and fast growth and eventually we'll get there? We have historically skewed towards the younger person. Right. What we now are realizing is that, can we get good at selecting? Do we need enthusiasm or do we need experience? That framework doesn't mean that the person with experience doesn't have enthusiasm or the person with enthusiasm doesn't have experience, but there are 2 different types of people to go hire. You have to ask yourselves, what is the job we need done? And then who is the type of person that can fill that job?
