3 big ones for becoming an AI-first company for Duolingo. So their CEO laid it out in an all-hands call. Number 1, AI usage is now part of their hiring process. 2, AI usage is part of their performance reviews. And then 3, teams will only get headcount if they've proven they can't automate more of their work. This is just the very beginning. We already have our AI standards of excellence. I might make it public, but it's 12 pages. I think these manifestos are a lot easier because they're just 1 page and you either get it or you don't.
