Sugar is a poison you're eating every day. Eric Siu explains why added sugars are killing you, though natural fruit is fine. He spotted M&M's in the studio as proof of how sugar sneaks everywhere.

It's really simple. Don't eat sugar. Sugar is a poison. The body was never evolved to eat sugar. We didn't have sugar in our diet 10,000 years ago. It was 50,000 years ago. But natural sugar is okay? Like watermelon? Yeah. I mean, fruit is great. I'm looking at your studio here and I'm seeing a whole bunch of M&M's and candy. Good thing it's not my office. Okay. But it's like the stuff that we eat with our sweet tooth, everything has gotten glucose. And glucose is a poison. It's a fuel for your brain too. But the amount of sugar we're eating and taking into our diets is killing us. And it's everywhere. So I do my best to cut out all sugar possible.
