Eric Siu on why companies rush to adopt AI without clear plans. Teams see 40% productivity gains, but most don't know what problem they're actually solving. The real winners build a single AI brain instead of scattered tools.
What I've learned from the AI needs from people is everyone wants AI. 2, they have no idea what they want. But number 3, they want it now. One company's like, we want to do 1,000 ads a month. We want this for ads. Another company is like, oh, we want the cold outbound. I've just realized that everyone needs a single brain. My team is saying I'm 40% faster. One person onboarded himself using one of these agents. He's like, it's a 9 out of 10. And someone else yesterday was complaining. He's like, hey, hey, how do we fix this? I like, I think I'm dependent on this thing now. So I think this is where the world's going.
