Eric Siu shows a gamified business dashboard built by Fable Five, where buildings represent departments like product and finance. Team members complete quests for rewards, get daily briefings on metrics, and see real-time alerts when something breaks, like a drop in user activation.

Fable Five built me a video game that helps my business make more money. Check it out. Okay, so this is the business command center. You can call this world of business, and all these buildings are different business functions that you might have. So you have product, you have finance, you have sales, et cetera. And you can see finance is thriving over here, there's gold coins coming out, and you can see product is actually kind of on fire over here, it's burning, right? And why is it burning? Because your activation rate has gone down on your product, and you can see that these numbers are going down, so these are, this is something to pay attention to. All this to say is that you now get a daily empire briefing that your team can see, and you can see what's on fire over here, what are the leaks, what are the opportunities, what should we be attacking, which then leads to different quests that your team can take on. And if people accept these quests, maybe you can bonus them, maybe you can pay them using stablecoins, you can leverage smart contracts here. And then also with the connectors that you have, you can have Stripe, Mixpanel Analytics, you can have HubSpot, you can have Gong, you know, all these different tools in here. And then this basically makes work playable. So if work becomes playable, that means you're gonna grow a lot faster 'cause everyone's having a lot more fun and they're way more engaged.
