Hello there. In this clip, we are going to talk about a comment that someone shared over here. What would I do if I were starting from scratch? Would I start an agency or an agency program? This one's from Luck Lewis. Which one would be more profitable upfront to support the other? By the way, if you guys like videos like this on business, entrepreneurship, productivity, leveling up in general, don't forget to subscribe, rate, review. Doesn't matter what platform you are on. So let's talk about this for a second. What would I start first, an agency or agency program? So it's kind of, um, you can't put the cart before the horse. You gotta have the horse first, right? So the agency is the horse. You can't really make an agency program if you don't really know how to run an agency. Okay? So here's what I would say. Have the agency, use it. If you want to build other businesses around it, go ahead and do that. Agency is great cash flow and then you can build an agency program. It's going to generate more cash. and you can continue to scale. What I would say that you wanna avoid though is doing too many things at once. Because what happens is you might decide, oh, you wanna start an agency program, then you wanna start a software business, and then you wanna start another agency service, and then you wanna serve this different niche, and you start going all over the place. And then what happens is your success is kinda scattered across everywhere and you don't reach the goal line fast. So it's better for you to focus in one area, build an agency first, get it successful, and then maybe build an agency program, and then you can scale out from there. Funny story, I was on the plane the other day, and I was looking through my Apple Notes, this is from like 2011, and I had these income goals. Okay, here's my income goal for the year. It also said, here's the other things. It said, I was involved with this trailer project, had no idea what to do in this space, okay, hit $10 grand a month on that one. And then I had these other ones like Upper Training, which is an e-commerce site I had for IT training, $10,000 in sales per month. By the way, I bought that site, it failed. I bought a magic site, it also failed as well. Poker website, 10,000 visitors a month. And then also another project, oh, 33,000 users. Wow. So it's like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 things that are completely unrelated, and it just made success that much more difficult. It's already hard to work on difficult things in one niche, which is kind of what I'm doing right now. But when you go into disparate niches and you decide that you're gonna start working on this thing, that thing, this thing, that thing, you will never ever become successful. Because I'll tell you that it takes focus to achieve success. Uh, one time Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, when they met, people asked them, what's the one word you would use to describe kind of success? And they both wrote on a piece of paper and they flipped the paper over. What did it say? It said focus. Okay, so focus on one area, build the horse first, then you can add the cart, then you can add all the other bells and whistles around it, and then you will become quote unquote successful. Let us know what you plan to do in the comments, what kind of business you plan to build, what kind of horse you plan to build in the comments. And don't forget to rate, review, subscribe, whatever platform that you are on, and we will see you tomorrow.
