I believe that the future of AI is in 5 to 10 years, we're going to have fully autonomous agents. There's a good chance we're going to have artificial general intelligence where they're actually smarter than us. What I fundamentally tell my team now from a talent perspective is, guys, realistically, we can only afford to hire the top 5 to 10% of people because these people will be very smart. They'll be very strategic. And these people will be controlling maybe hundreds of thousands, if not millions of agents. And these agents will be doing their bidding for them. Anybody at least working at my company, you better be a top tier A player because if not, you're going to be left in the dust.
