There's no sense in me doing this all on my own if I can't share this with my team and I can't help my team get better. It is actually a failure on my part if I become way stronger and my team becomes weak. Like they don't get stronger. That means I'm not a good leader. As much as possible, your job is to bring the people who want to come along and create the conditions for success.
